Todo es súper caro. La.piscina no puedes apoyar la toalla en ninguna hamaca a no ser.que pagues 50€. Y tampoco te.puedes sentar en ningún sitio a no ser que re to.es algo. La pzona de piscina muy mala. Te hacen la.habitacion cuando insistes.

Prima verblijf daar gehad, met fijn personeel!

De ligging was perfect. Het ontbijt was enorm veelzijdig. Het personeel is enorm vriendelijk. En bij ons werkte de airconditioning gewoon. Heel blij mee! Mooie ruime slaapkamer. Wel gedateerd, maar prima!!

Het is echt enorm gehorig! Het lijkt mij niet echt fijn slapen in het hoogseizoen als het nog drukker is. Deuren hoor je echt dichtslaan. Mensen die je hoort schreeuwen op de gangen op elk willekeurig tijdstip. Iets op de deuren plaatsen zodat ze niet dichtgegooid kunnen worden zou al helpen.. en een klein koelkastje zou fijn zijn.

Non ci tornerei

La vista mare fantastica, lo staff tutti carini e pronti a me aiutarti, per quelle che sono le loro possibilità. Colazione non male ma non molto variegata. Posizione non male ma preferisco , visto che è la 3a volta che vengo ad ibiza , alloggiare nella zona centrale perché altrimenti per spostarti devi prendere sempre un mezzo, noi avevamo il motorino, preso a noleggio accanto all albergo.

Premetto che ci hanno chiesto i soldi in anticipo appena arrivati, la stanza non dispone di minibar, che anche per tenere L acqua in fresco era fondamentale , stanza umida, perennemente sporca abbiamo avuto le lenzuola uguali e sporche per praticamente 6 notti, il pavimento della nostra stanza perennemente sporco, balconcino lasciato alla salsedine ho avuto sul tavolino per due giorni una cicca di sigaretta non mia, monouso ci hanno spiegato che ad ibiza è vietato e c hanno dato un flacone di sapone che andava bene per tutto, da premettere anche il flacone sporco. Infatti ci siamo andati a prendere bagno schiuma e shampoo ad un market qua vicino. Asciugamani una per il viso e una per la doccia, per bidet nulla. Appena arrivati ho fatto presente che c era una puzza di fogna importante, la ragazza mi ha confermato che avrebbe mandato qualcuno, ma nulla, tutta la vacanza siamo stati con le finestre aperte , nonostante L Umidità perché se si chiudevano le finestre la puzza di fogna era sempre più presente. Nella stanza , tra le varie voci, c era scritto che avevamo a disposizione il ferro da stiro, ma no! Ti mandano sotto in uno stanzino , ovvero la lavanderia dell hotel, per farti stirare la camicia.cassettina di sicurezza? No! Anche quella de la vuoi devi pagare 3 euro al gg e lasciare tutto sotto all entrata e ti viene consegnata una chiave. Telefono per chiamare la reception? No! Insomma… non mi sento proprio di consigliarlo, anche perché per la cifra che chiedono onestamente mi aspettavo molto di più.

Buon compromesso ma scarsa pulizia

Hall/esterni dell’albergo carini e curati, tanti posti dove potersi rilassare, piscina bella. Colazione abbastanza varia e abbondante, specialmente per quanto riguarda il salato, qualità nella norma. Ci hanno prestato un ombrellone gratuitamente per la spiaggia, restituito al checkout.

Pulizie nelle camere molto scarsa. Abbiamo soggiornato in hotel per 6 notti e più volte abbiamo trovato federe e asciugamani con peli/capelli, asciugamani talvolta anche macchiati. Un dito di polvere sopra alle pale del ventilatore a soffitto, polvere/capelli/peli a terra, particolarmente sotto al letto. L’ultimo giorno ho persino trovato un ciuffetto di ciglia finte sulla sedia della camera, appartenente ad un’ospite precedente. Dispenser sapone e scovolino wc usurati ed arrugginiti. Si puó migliorare ragazzi!

A pior experiência de sempre que tive num hotel em toda a minha vida!

Muito pouco, a localização mesmo junto a baía. De resto não recomento de todo a visita. Hotel antigo, como se fizessemos uma viagem ao inicio dos anos noventa de uma forma muito má!

De praticamente tudo! Aqui no booking o hotel é apresentado como um hotel de 3 estrelas, no próprio site tem simplesmente duas. O quarto era muito desconfortável. os lençóis tinham manchas de maquilhagem, o tapete que estava aos pés da cama estava sujo, provavelmente já foi creme um dia, estava cinzento, a TV tinha unicamente canais de radio a funcionar. As mesas de cabeceiras eram simplesmente uma caixa e um banco antigo e em mau estado. As portadas das janelas eram antigas, e os cortinados não tinham nenhum sistema de blackout. Na casa de banho a banheira levava demasiado tempo a escorrer a agua, ficando tudo sujo e sem possibilidade de limpar. A ligação do chuveiro estava partida, o que fazia com que a pouco pressão que a agua tinha, fosse ainda menos! O hotel não dispõe de champô ou gel duche e as toalhas brancas estava todas com manchas meio amareladas! Por fim, o quarto ficava situado perto do elevador que fazia um barulho gigante. A insonorização das portas de entrada do quarto praticamente não existe, e ouve-se tudo o que se passa no corredor a qualquer horas do dia ou noite. O pequeno almoço era básico, com produtos de mínima qualidade e muito mal confecionados. O jantar também era muito mau, comida aquecida, seca ou gordurosa. Acabámos por fazer o checkout no segundo dia e procurar um novo hotel, com um completo desprezo pelos funcionários do mesmo, sem nos apresentarem qualquer solução.

Perfect location, lovely staff and a

The reception staff were so helpful and kind. We were able to borrow beach towels daily during our stay and nothing was too much of a hassle. The location of the hotel was perfect for us. A short, gorgeous walk to San Antonio and right beside a small beach and restaurant - couldn't have asked for more. The hotel is perfectly clean and has gorgeous views! Loved it for our short break.

Water pressure in shower wasn't strong - but we managed. Also, one of our sockets didn't work in room and with 3 of us sharing it meant a lot of shuffling around - however, an extension cable would solve this problem!

Top location for good food

1. The location of the hotel was really convenient with plenty of restaurants and shops right outside the hotel. There was a bus stop right outside the hotel with airport shuttle bus and good link to the beaches. Buses in Ibiza are never on time tho so be prepared. 2. The air conditioning was working. I was very worried it wouldn't work after I read some of the reviews on booking.com, but it worked. 3. Staff cleaned the room every day + fresh towels and they did not move any of our items, nothing was missing. 4. The staff were very friendly, prompt and with a sense of humour. They stored our milk in the fridge in the reception. 5. The view was stunning, we had a double studio with a sea view and we could sit on the balcony and watch the sunsets whilst listening to Spanish songs played in the garden. 6. There was a wide selection of food and drinks for breakfast. 7. There was an option to get beach towels from the reception free of charge. 8. Some of the reviews said that there were issues with water supply in the bathroom, we did not have this problem. 9. Nice Spanish music in the garden which could be heard after 10pm so it can be both an advantage and disadvantage depending on the guests. I didn't mind because I always sleep in my earplugs. 10. There was a live event with Spanish singers in the garden and they sang&played Spanish bangers which was free for everyone to enjoy. 11. There are trees in the garden and there's a little bit of shade. The hotel looks nice and well-maintained outside.

1. No kettle and no fridge in the room, no coffee and tea tray too. This could be read in the hotel description but still... Paying £200 a night, I consider this equipment as a must. 2. Food and drinks at the hotel bar & restaurant were overpriced so we ate outside of the hotel but restaurants which offer cheap food were very close so it wasn't a big deal. 3. No drinking water in the hotel. Bear in mind that the water in taps in Ibiza is salty so you can't drink it. 4. The swimming pool was always busy because it isn't big enough.

the property was clean and had very nice views

the property was very dated and needs some upgrades to all areas. the pool area has a timber deck to it which was literally falling apart with screws on show that when staff were informed nothing was done about it. it also had two pieces of timber fall into the pool causing dirt and old plasters to fall into pool. disgusting to be brutally honest. to top it off a packet of crisps was €3 and then you were immediately told not to eat at pool if it was your own food from the shop. pretty poor and a rip off tactic

Very nice quiet hotel right on the beachfront, friendly staff! Would definitely go back

Very friendly staff, easy check-in, great size room and terrace! Right on the beachfront which is very pretty for sunsets. Super close to lots of mini beaches with crystal blue water or not far from other bigger ones. Also close to a supermarket, some restaurants and the bus stops right outside!

I don't really have any real negatives but if I was to try and say one thing, it would be that there was no working outdoor shower by the pool at the time so when you came off the beach you couldn't take off the sand before going into the hotel. HOWEVER, I came in the week before the hotel was about to close for the winter so it makes sense.

The hotel was nothing like advertised. Do not waste your time or money! I was absolutely disgusted with what I walked into. Rude man on reception who we tried to speak to about the amount of flies in our bathroom and the fact of no running hot water. Where we were then told hotel was closed so this is how it is. If the hotel was closed then it should not be falsely advertised on booking.com. Once leaving our room to explore the rest of the hotel we could not catch our breath! We immediately checked out and would never go back!

great time apart from the strange hotel manager

the outside was great as well as the the barman and the waitresses good location + on the beach

the old male manager seemed very angry for no particular reason when we arrived. he then proceeded to follow us to our rooms 10 minutes after we arrived and opened our room came in and accused us of not paying for our room whilst we were lying naked in bed this will be caught on the cctv cameras if higher management want to look into this on 15th September around 1pm. he knocked on the door and opened within roughly 5 seconds which is very unusual he then came back and harassed us for a second time.
