El apartamento es una maravilla. Confortable. Colchones bien. Alojamiento bien ubicado entre dos calas.

La piscina. La gente reservaba las tumbonas y no había hueco. Las duchas de la piscina no las usaba nadie porque ponían las tumbonas justo en esa zona.

Que no hablan castellano todas las actividades y recreativas en Inglés y somos una familia de españoles que vivimos en España ,me dicen que la piscina es hasta las 7 y nos sacan del agua a las 6:30 cuando mejor está

Zeker de moeite waard om nog eens een keer heen te gaan voor een paar dagen.

Prima zwembad. Alleen een van de Jacuzzi bevatte Chloor. Mijn zoon is drie dagen ziek geweest. Activiteiten in de avond. Top, erg gezellig en leuk voor de kids. Fitness prima maar kan wel een paar nieuwe dingen gebruiken.

Wifi kan en moet beter. Niet meer van deze tijd. Bestek, borden en glazen nogal karig. Bedden zijn te klein. Je zou zeggen dat ze nu toch wel eens weten dat wij Noord-Europeanen langer zijn dan Spanjaarden. Jacuzzi met Chloor!!

Clean, family friendly with good service - however quite noisy with competing animations.

The pool area was great for holidays with kids. The appartement clean and the service friendly.

We paid extra for ocean view but it didn’t say anywhere that that meant having loud music blasting between the hotels. Finally we didn’t benefit from the view because of the noise, which even high up wasn’t great for us or the kids.

Pleasant

Spacious room and sea view from the balcony. Really beatiful beach very close to the hotel. Nice pools and a supermarket around the corner.

It was impossible to sleep because of the noice coming from the other apartments. Drunken people partying till 4 am. The hotels own karaoke show was also really loud and horrible and lasted until midnight.

Superb

The apartment was spacious with a large balcony that gave us more space for our toddler. We didn't feel like we had to be in the centre of salou or out we could just chill in the apartment. They were also very accommodating for coeliacs and the breakfast was lovely.

It was a bit too quiet in the evenings but that was just the time of year and the hotel did put on entertainment and the staff were lovely.

Friendly staff , food we ordered was OK and reasonably priced,,lady working in bar was friendly ..

Bedroom ,could not sleep due to noise from air handling unit on roof,had to leave after 2 nights could not put up with another night of no sleep...this is not a 4 star hotel

A great, warm summer break

We stayed in one of the renovated rooms, which was lovely, with a huge balcony (sea view) with sunbeds, a clothes drying rack and an outside dining table. The kitchen had all of the basics -- aside from an oven which you don't usually find in kitchenettes-- including a toaster, kettle and microwave, and the grocery store on the ground floor had most basics. The staff was hard-working and very helpful and patient. We were able to park in the provided spaces each day, despite their being limited availability. The pool is small, but big enough to wear kids out. Books that guests had left behind were available for borrowing in the laundry room, which was a great surprise.

The only thing I can think of is that the menus catered heavily to a UK audience at all meals (as did the menus of most of the restaurants within walking distance and even in Salou). This is not the fault of the hotel as they have to make their clientele happy, but just not something I expected but probably I should have been ready for given how popular the location is with British tourists.
