The place is very idyllic and surrounded by beautiful nature and flowers. We loved our room and it was very clean and quaint. I even forgot a jacket there and the staff offered to mail it back to me. Fantastic service!
Everything was great.

Nice and quiet location. As it is in an old house with appropriate furniture and paintings, it is in a very special environment.
Try it out!
The room was a bit dark, I found.

Lovely Casa Rural in the middle of nowhere, so you'll need a car to get there. Friendly staff (and pets) and a good base for exploring the region. Being there in Autumn, when it's wet and colder, adds its own charm to the place.
We have no complaints.

We loved the country feel, next to the lake and forest. A beautiful setting in an old ranch house. Accommodation is lovely, garden/outside area needs a bit of attention. Although quite a distance off our Camino route, we really loved our 2 night stay, made use of the barbecue facilities and on checkout enjoyed an early morning walk around part of the lake back to our Camino route. Jessica and staff were very attentive and friendly.

+ Friendly staff, great environment and place, good swimming pool, close to bay, it has a nice place for barbeque. it has a free parking available and nice garden around. The place was so good the combination of garden, forest and bay are amazing and definitely you have to have a car to reach there. Pets are allowed there.
- There isn´t any noise isolation, You could hear every single movement and noise from other apartment specially during night. In that night there was a family who has a party till 5 a.m and we couldn´t sleep because of their noise.
About the cleanness of the apartment, there was some dead insects in the bathroom and the plates were oily and weren´t clean.

The approach to the accommodation is amazing, you head down a steep winding hill, convinced you are not going the right way, through a modern residential area, then the road peters out into a pine needle-covered single lane track which opens quickly up in a hair pin bend to a wooded parking area. You have arrived at this characterful old lodge. It was raining when we arrived so we tried our best to take our shoes off on getting inside as the property was very clean and we did not want to track mud through it. We had some trouble getting hot water but figured it out in the end. It was nice to have a large kitchen and fridge area as well as relaxing lounge area. The price was very good for a 2 bedroom property. Breakfast was ample and the waitress was very chatty and pleasant. We stayed in one of the modern 2 bed. apts. a few paces from the main building, but they also have very pretty traditional rooms inside the actual lodge as well. The view out out the back looking into the forest and from the front gazing across the calm sea was very nice. We loved walking through the rain-dripping trees down to the water's edge and marvelling at the calmness and beauty of the area. If you are looking for a lively scene in walking distance, look elsewhere. We found the bakery a 5 min. drive from the hotel, there is little else available in terms of any restaurants, only a cafe. The decor was lovely and the place has an incredible historical feel.
In our 2 bed modern apartment, it had not been made clear that the bathroom was on a different floor to the bedrooms, so if you need to use the toilet in the night you have to make sure you are properly awake and ready for a walk down a flight of steep stairs and across the lounge to get to the toilet. I would not book this accommodation choice again, on that fact. It would be nice to have some solid, continuous paving from the car park to the apartments so that it is easier to roll luggage on wheels rather than drag it over separated flat stones and dirt to get it from the car park into the accommodation in rainy weather.

It was fabulous. We booked the family apartment and it was spacious, clean and luxurious. Walk-in shower, nice beds and a place to sit outside. The swimming pool is great and the restaurant offers really good food. Breakfast in the morning is a great start of the day with fresh fruits, different cheese and meats, yogurt and cakes. But above all, the people are sooo nice. Our boys got a basket of fresh fruits and vegetables upon our departure. Also they allowed us to charge our car…truly recommendable!!

It is a gem of a place if you want to find some peace and quiet. The staff were lovely. Very nice and clean swimming pool.
Pazo Larache is located just 50 m from the water where you have an amazing view on the bay.

That they allow dogs. The guesthouse is from the 18th century, which is an experience in itself. The gardens. The pool.
The room was a bit out of shape, a chair and table were almost broken, some lamps didn’t work. The shower massager didn’t work.
The noise: under our window there were always people talking from breakfast till midnight. I don’t it was other guests or the staff but it is a bad idea to have such noise under the window of guests who are coming to relax in this rural place.
No breakfast included for the price

The pazo itself is so beautiful, in a quiet and hidden location in a busy and cramped area. Jessica, if I remember well, who checked us out in the morning, was extremely nice!
The experience could be so much better given how beautiful the building and the surroundings are. The walls are so thin you can hear everything. The room and mattresses are old, and the room wasn't super clean. We arrived at around 9pm and were checked in (in a rush) by an unprofessional employee who lives next door and whose kids make a lot of noise. It is a real shame.
