Beautiful road with a caring and hospitable landlady. Breakfast was excellent and many of the breads were homemade and very healthy. Ordered a lamb tagine and was humongous. Meal was lovely. Thanks for the warm hospitality. ♥️
The light in the room was rather dim and mattress was a little soft for my liking. Other than that a huge and beautiful room.

Beautifully renewed Riad, But poor maintenance.
It needs maintenance. Our bedroom door was broken and couldn't be locked. Shower didn't work and was clogged. Terrible bed & linens. Nickita, who kind of runs the place, tries hard to make up for the inconveniences but she can only do so much. Roof terrace only accessible for the young & fit.

All was OK, until....
Nice place. However, had just spent 10days touring the south & the Atlas in establishments a third of the price, sleeping in freshly laundered sheets each night. Here we are expected to sleep under a used blanket & used duvet! So if you wish to stay here, bring your own sheets. Advice, book elsewhere.

Nothing at this place is likable.
We checked in and shown to our room. It was not what we expected as we had paid for an upgrade. Shortly after we were shown our room, the manageress came up and asked us for cash. Apparently a city tax although we had already paid that through Booking.com
We complained that our room door didn't lock and the manageress assured us the room was secure. It was not, so we ended up carrying our valuables and passport with us on the first day of sightseeing. When we went out for dinner, we commented on the fact there were padlocks on some of the doors, which seemed odd.
The next morning, when I went to have a shower, the shower tap was broken and grotty and there wasn't any hot water. The manageress tried to convince me there was hot water and we had a "discussion" for over an hour. I told her that hot water is mandatory, and without hot water to our room, we would be leaving and asking for a refund.
She tried to get us to take a dirty room that had just been vacated. When I told her the rooms don't even lock and there is no security, is when she pointed out that is what the padlocks are for! Honestly, padlocks on the door of your room is not acceptable. Neither is no hot water with grotty showers and used toiletries. When I told her I was leaving, she burst into tears, pulled my arm and begged me not to leave. She said the owner would sack her immediately.
Nobody needs this on Holiday. We moved to other accommodation. The owner refused a refund.

Location is very central. By far the cleanest room and up-to-standard bathroom during my three weeks in Morocco.

Well located in the medina - only a short walk from the Place Lahdim. Easy to find and to get to - the signs are easy to follow. Exceptional hospitality. Their chicken tagine is one of the best I had throughout my trip in Morocco (and they pulled it together with only an hour's notice). The area around the Riad is very walkable. I also loved the garden in their central courtyard. Definitely a place to relax and enjoy.

I travelled alone and was greeted by the owner who made me feel like a family . Accommodation was perfect , warm shower , good bed , good size room . Yummy breakfast . Water in room when I arrived wonderful hospitality .
Only thing I did not approve was the dark Alleyway with no light . Had to get the taxi driver 2 walk me down to the Riad , people were so helpful and I appreciate that.

Its a beautiful place with very nice and helpful staff. The whole inside is decorated beautifully and it feels like a private inside medina :D The balcony is also beautiful and has a nice view. (You even have warm water in the shower which was a rarity for us)
Its kinda hard to find but locals are very helpful and if in doubt just call the owner:)
The doors are kinda thin but it did not disturb us at all.

Fantastic location and very helpful staff
It's a 300 year old building, so not everything is perfect. That is fine with me, but don't expect the Hilton

Amazing place to stay. It's right next to the main square in Meknes, but difficult to find the first time since it's down a tiny alley. You might need to find someone to show you the way or call them. But it's well worth it once you find it. A beautiful riad with very unique rooms, clean and quiet and the hosts are very friendly.
No problems.

Riad has pretty decor and they helped arrange taxi to volubolis.
It's very noisy location! Did not get any sleep while there. I would not recommend this place if wanting to sleep. The noise from the nearby medina is just too much. Dtaff is nice and room visually nice but again, just too noisy of a place.
