Parquet qui grince dès que changement de position dans le lit Des capsules de café proposées mais pas de cafetière dans l'appartement.

Endroit idéal où nous retournerons souvent.

L'emplacement est idéal. Tout près du chemin de la Barre et du sentier de l'océan. Un arrêt bus à quelques mètres de la résidence. Transport vers Biarritz, Bayonne ... très bon marché, plus besoin de prendre la voiture pour aller visiter. La chambre est très confortable ainsi que la literie. Nous avions loué un studio et avions donc possibilité de faire notre propre cuisine. Le petit déjeuner de la Villa Clara est à 12 euros mais très copieux. Un endroit idéal pour passer un week-end ou même une semaine. Je recommande fortement.

Juste un petit bémol bien que nous n'ayons pas eu de problème : la réception à cette période de l'année ferme relativement tôt en fin de journée.

It was nice surroundings to be in. We really liked the pool area and the jacuzzi- it was shady and well kept so a good place to relax. The room was nice too on the whole and the bed was pretty comfortable. The location was good as it was only 5 minutes walk from the beach. It was also great to have free parking on site. The reception staff were also friendly and helpful.

Cleanliness was good but I wouldn’t say spotless. It would have been nice to have a vending machine or some such to get some water or a snack.

A stunning location with a good room

The location was wonderful, and the grounds are stunning and I loved the private courtyard with spa!

Our apartment didn’t have a seperate bedroom, there was just a curtain to seperate the living room from the bedroom.

value for money great location

great location in a chic beach residential area , beach bar just 8 mins walk 25 min walk along flat beach boardwalk to the main restaurant square. jacuzzi was fabulous . apartment had everything you need . shower excellant

pool wasn’t heated so as it was early season the sun wasn’t strong enough to warm it up enough yet

The location and tranquility. it’s very secure and private.

Lack of information when we checked in. Rarely anyone on the reception desk. The apartment was dark, great fir sleeping, but not reading. No English TV channels.

Superb

The villa was clean and comfortable. The bed gave us an excellent night's sleep. It was very well situated for everything we wished to do in Biarritz. Having toilet rolls available on arrival took away an immediate necessity and was greatly appreciated.

A cup of tea or coffee and some milk in the fridge would have been a nice welcome to our stay. A little bottle of shower gel would have made our first night rather pleasant as, on our arrival, we had no idea where we could do the shopping.

We liked the location and the quite place and The team was really competent and attentive.the access on foot to the beach was very pleasant

the worst hotel. I cannot understand why booking.com is referring this on their web site

the property is nice but the property manager and staff are very rude. my wife was orally attacked when she checked-in and I experienced the same thing when I arrived later. no hello, no welcome only agressive tone.

they ask you to remove the bed sheets, clean up the room and remove garbage??? in a 4 stars hôtel I never seen this,

The hotel is perfect for a beach / surfing break with Biarritz's only 10 mins away.

The room was comfortable for two people. The air conditioning was an excellent addition. The wifi worked very well. The hotel location is perfect for all the amenities in the area.

Not really acceptable for €140 per night for 1 person - although, I’m not sure how this compares with similar properties

The host / reception manager was very helpful

Cats food in reception, no cleaning staff, no breakfast possible due to no availability of kitchen staff, requirement for emptying own trash into outside trash bins, unkept gardens, requirement for extensive refurbishment of the property, headroom for bed only 2 ft from the ceiling (claustrophobic), clothes rail behind a free standing light in the living area, poor quality generally and obviously run on a shoestring by the property owner/s.

Very relaxing and good value for money given the whole experience Z

The staff were super helpful . Great location and very good value for money . Beautiful view over the sea and ideally situated fir a relaxing holiday .

They layout in the apartment wasn’t totally user friendly . Very good rooms but limited cupboards . Nothing major but if it was a full apartment it would have been a problem .

A good resting place to visit the area

The swimming pool is excellent, very well kept. The free parking lot is really necessary, the location is great just 5 min walking from the beach. The studio apartment is small but very well equipped and clean. They were flexible with checkin and check-out times. Access to Biarritz and Bayonne is easy

Water instalation was very noisy, we could hear the tap and the bath of our neighbors really loudly. The bath has no curtains or way to prevent everything from getting soaked
