Für unseren Zweck sehr gut geeignet mit sehr freundlichem Personal

Die Nähe zur Straßenbahn und unserem Zielort. Es ist außerdem sehr praktisch, dass sich im Erdgeschoss ein Restaurant befindet.

Freunde wohnen ums Eck , daher war die Unterkunft für uns ok Wir haben " nur " übernachtet und sonst nix genutzt dadurch dass sich im EG ein zum Hotel gehörendes China Restaurant befindet hat es unerträglich nach Fett gerochen . Wenn man dort ist , stickt man .... Sollte abgestellt werden . Das ganze EG hat gerochen

Great value

Best tasting fried rice with beef, including eggs and spinkling of noodles, I can remember, and coffee. Best quality towels and chair I have encountered. Friendly helpful service.

Decent place with nice staff

The staff was really friendly. They helped me to store my bike inside and they were checking constantly if everything was ok. The cleaningless level was really good.

I booked a singles room but, in my opinion, it was too small. I got a salad for breakfast which was a bit weird. I am vegetarian so I don't know if they were trying to adapt to my needs but it was not what I was expecting for breakfast. It tasted good, though :)

No reception or people to attend, to help with Taxi…. Just a phone and you news you understand Chinese people in the phone.

Room cost more than 200€/night for one person without breakfast and the smaller than a shoes box. not clean

good a few hours nap and shower after a long drive

I cannot say the hotel was extremely good but it is acceptable with the price if you compare. I only hired the hotel for a shower after a long drive and a few hours' naps. It was okay.

the staff speaks a bit of English so be ready if you don`t speak German. I would not stay there for a few days. There is a Chinese restaurant down there it feels like the smell is going upstairs a bit, yet I was very tired to comment on this. If you don`t like this type of food. Think twice.

Hardly saw any staff and received no service. Overall a dirty and very expensive place to stay.

The hotel was bad at language and not present. My hotel room was very run down and very dirty. For the price an insolence and directly insult.

Ok value for money

Good location and speedy check-in

In parts the room was very dirty. I am not complaining about the bed or bathroom, but the were many dead insects in the lamp, windows very dirty and cobwebs in multiple corners.

Horrible experience. Terrible customer service.

I was not able to stay at the property. The hotel had the entire reception and restaurant area under renovation, uninhabitable, dirty. Although the room was not affected, I could not stay in those conditions. There was no staff, there was only one manager and you couldn't ask even for a bottle of water. I asked for a refund but they were very rude and I didnt receive any compensation. moreover I had to incur in extra costs to stay in other hotel.

The pictures posted on Booking are not real. I reserved this Hotel as I liked the pictures but the reality was totally different.

It was a great last minute budget friendly hotel with easy access to public transit.

The staff was very friendly. Even though they were quite busy with the renovations they went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of well.

It was a little bit confusing coming in to the hotel. It doesn't have a normal lobby and I wasn't sure where to go.

Disappointing

Location was good.

They had no reception desk. The water temperature was very inconsistent. We were not told beforehand that they were renovating and that there would be noise during the day. No warning was given that the water would be switched off during the day. The owner had a poor attitude towards complaints.

Central for our needs

The breakfast listing is in error, there was none. The staff, a young couple running the place, were wonderful, helpful, very pleasant. It was just a few steps away from transit stops, take tram 709 from the train station for a direct route, and close to the Flingern neighborhood.

A hair dryer would be a nice addition, along with a water kettle for making coffee or tea.
