Close to centrum
We got a rooms just 1 floor up to a grill party. We ordered 3 star hotel that rooms are silent. When i went down to reception and asked to change room the answer was no. When i show vulgar, drunk people yelling like in my room, the manager laughed. For her it was funny. She didnt agree to check out and full refund but she want us to check out without refund and ,,go to 5-star hotel”. We informed that we will complain hotel on booking.com and next day we got message that hotel compained us on booking that we destroyed phone in hotel room.
Truly malice, unproffesionall hotel service.

Beds were very uncomfortable. Bar and reception closed at 9pm.

Huge fireplace at the sitting area, good breakfast ( plenty selections), good-looking hotel

The hotel looks nice but this is the one which prefer profit over customer.
On breakfast i noticed a mold on one of the cake repeatedly.
There is ping pong downstairs but nobody refills the ball for the game.
There is sauna outside but you have to pay additional 15EUR/hour/person.
At the end of the stay we had to pay 20EUR for fridge even we did not use it.
These all made me quite dissatisfied.
3.5
The hotel was comfy, cozy and nice. The location was great, close to the ski lift and restaurants. The breakfast was nice, with multiple options, though no vegetables.
The service level disappointed us. Reception doesn’t work after 9 pm, therefore there is no possibility to contact the staff if something happened during the night (we had questions about hearing). Bar and fireplace are in a common room which is not available to guests after 9 pm as well, and we practically didn’t have time to sit there as a group of friends. To add to that, the staff was not very friendly and was not responding well to simple requests (such as give glasses etc.). It’s a pity because the facilities are very nice, and these service issues can be easily solved.

Very clean well maintained hotel in a great location for skiing. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes walk away. Breakfast is fine with lots of different things to eat but maybe a little boring after a few days there.
The hotel has a nice boutique type bar that has hundreds of bottles of Wine, Champagne etc and a decent amount of bottled beer however despite all of this there is no Alcohol Free beer even though they have the reqular Forst beer which has a popular 0.0 version which is available in other places locally including the shop across the road. Being a non drinker in Ireland everywhere has at least 1 or 2 alcohol free options but its a bit hit or miss in Italy in general.

Nothing to be liked - this is an expensive nightmare
No service - hotel practically closed most of the time - and extremely unpleasant personnel. Location is as bad as could be - no, you can’t walk to cabinovia, you may skate -iceskate- if you dare to do that for 10 munites, I assume carrying your skiboots and skis.

- Room size
- Room heater worked on the first day only. 2 other nights we was freezing.
- Hot tub is nice and beautiful view, however water was stinking and there is extra charges to use hot tub and sauna, which no one said or no writing about it.

Breakfast good
Location good
Bar should have been open till at least midnight.
We would have liked to have a drink and relax by fire before going to bed. Hotel lounge was shut far too earlier some nights as soon as 10pm!!! Hot tub and sauna should be charged as an extra charge they should be free for guests
