Lovely staff .always pleasant. The room was nice and spacious and overlooked a lovely garden.
The bedrooms did not have tea making facilities in the rooms. Breakfast was not too palatable either.

Very spacious and well appointed rooms. Excellent breakfast and dinner. Very friendly and welcoming staff and management teams.
A larger discount for an extended stay would have been welcome.

I can’t think of anything that I disliked about the property.

Large room and very clean. Bed was nice. Amazing breakfast too.
Parking was a bit strange and busy road. Room could use more decor such as curtains and pictures.

The quietness of the room
The check in was every poor : we arrived at 3:10 we went to the front desk to check in was told by a girl, to see her partner at the back that he will check us in . Went to him them was told that our room wasn’t ready yet but he was going to give us a other room ; went to the other room which was over looking the main noisy road even though we had booked and paid extra for a room with a garden view. Called reception was told we had to come down and they were going to give us another room . So we have to haul all our suitcases down again to reception. Then given the key to room number 60 no offer was made to be escorted to the room or anyone to bring our suitcases even tho we seem other people getting there luggage & being shown to the rooms . We felt a bit like secondhand citizens once we entered the reception area : that’s is why we decided to go up the town to eat :we can’t recommend this hotel and the boy & girl at reception at the reason for this .👎

I have nothing negative to say. We got married here a few years ago, and come back every so often for a night, and love it.....

Great breakfast
Got early check in. Coldest day of year so far and there was no heating on in room. We were going to a wedding and needed to change. Very difficult to change as it was a very cold room

Excellent breakfast buffet and friendly service staff. Caoimhe was very attentive
We booked a double room, however it was two single beds pushed together with two single duvets folded hostel style at the bottom of the bed. The matter was positively dealt with by the night duty manager and we moved to another room which was beautiful

Room, meals
Got a call around 12pm on our 2nd day demanding very firmly for us to change our room as our room had been requested by another person. After strong instance by the receptionist I reluctantly agreed, however, I stated that my husband was resting in bed as he felt very tired. My husband is 88 yrs of age with underlying health issues. This did not seem to bother her . she asked we move by 1pm . I then mentioned it to my husband who said if we had to move he would prefer to check out of the hotel. I packed our bags and I went to reception desk very upset at this stage and said we did not want to move . Receptionist said she needed to speak to manager. I waited, she could not get through to the manager and asked I continue to wait. I refused saying I was going back to my room to my husband and that the manager could ring be there. At this stage I had packed our bags ready to leave hotel
My husband was still still in bed. After about 30 mins I received a call from the receptionist saying ok to stay in the room. We felt that we were very unfairly treated and it left us feeling very unhappy . We had previously stayed last June and were looking forward to our 2nd stay. My husband and I have travelled widely over the years and have never experienced treatment like this .

It’s clean and generally well cared for.
The staff isn’t friendly and preformed at below average levels. my breakfast order was never picked up from my door.
There’s no explanation about breakfast being included or where to find it.
I was seated at a dirty table that was never cleaned. The building is old with long winding corridors and no good directions. I couldn’t find my room and was treated rudely by cleaning staff when asking how to find it.
I will never return again.

Breakfast was very good — it is basically the same breakfast served in hotels everywhere in Ireland.
There should be a connection between the car park and the hotel, without needing to walk out onto the street to enter.
The windows of our room were covered with bird poop.

Adare is a beautiful place to stop on way to Kerry. the hotel is ideally situated. The room was modern and spacious. The breakfast was delicious with lots of choice .
The iron! But great hairdryer and really lovely, friendly staff so no complaints

Lovely cosy room. Clean and modern bathroom. Old school charm in service style. Tasty food in the bar. Friendly reception and bar staff. Central location. Good parking. Good breakfast.
Cleaning staff came into my room a few times to clean before check out time, once without knocking.
Was put sat in an awkward spot with high footfall at breakfast- when travelling solo these little things make a difference. Swimming pool a bit dated.

Elegant building and grounds with a lovely park just across the street.
