Perfect hotel. Spotlessly clean, lovely rooms and food, incredible staff. Very highly recommended.

I can't rate this hotel highly enough! The location is cental, but lovely and quiet, the rooms are spacious and absolutely spotless, the facilities are wonderful, and breakfast is a buffet-style with an incredible choice of different foods to suit everyone, and all of it fresh and delicious. The staff were the most friendly and helpful I have every known. Very professional, but really caring. I had had a very bad experience at my previous accommodation (nothing to do with this hotel), and the staff here went out of their way to make me welcome. We decided to have a late Christmas celebration together (as we live in different continents) and my friends asked the staff if they could put a little festive decoration in the room. We came in to a Finnish Christmas wonderland - they'd even wrapped up little presents from us. Absolutely wonderful. They really made our holiday one we'll never forget, and made us fall in love with Finland!

Breakfast was good and there were a lot of options. The rooms were a good size and modern. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and the ski area.

The right place for stay in Levi, in the center of everything

location in the center of resort, comfortable rooms, nice restoran and cafe right in the main building, Zero Point is very near (100 m)

Finland is a magic country, Levi is a Finish Las Vegas. Great experence.

The location is an ideal. You can easily and quickly reach any destination - restaurants, pubs, ski lifts, shops, supermarkets, and transportation. It is worth mentioning a good breakfast, varied and tasty food for every taste. The room is warm and equipped with a sauna, which is a huge benefit when it is -26C

The room was cleaned only once a week and then upon request; nobody cleaned the trash from the room.

Best hotel in Levi "city" if you need to be in the middle of the action

Clean, relatively quiet, spacy room, good bed.

Hotel has been constructed from separate buildings. Only way to connect without going outdoors is by underground garage. Garage itself was fine, but - as warned by some - tricky to park. A lot of pillars and low ceilings with pipes. Walk the aimed route before entering - if you are not guru in mirror-reversing. Also, we asked for a quiet room but got our room from just above the noisiest disco & karaoke bar. Would have hoped some other building in stead. Be warned.
