Comfortable room with somewhat faded decor

Private Parking, comfortable bed

We left our motorbiking helmets on the floor over night and in the morning they were full if flies that looked like termites. The bedroom needs a coat of paint.

Hotel Sant Roc Rocks. Great staff, beautiful historic Inn, good food and location.

I only struggled with the perfumes of the cleaning products in the room and the pillow, which was a little hard for me.

Nicely remodelled room with exposed original rafters and secure parking.

Superb

All Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The hotel was very clean throughout. The breakfast was exceptional. Good, secure parking. The hotel is well placed for the old Town and cathedral.

The service was excellent The food was brilliant and reasonably priced. The staff member who was in the restaurant was amazing. She was considerate, engaging and supportive. The receptionist was extremely helpful and responded positively to all our requests. The secure parking was brilliant - it gave knowing our bikes were secure. Thank you for a lovely stay

Everything was really good value for money. We were most worried about this hotel -we were driving from the UK to Barcelona- as some reviews were not great but it was brilliant.

Not a place to relax

The location and the building is wonderful

Don't expect to relax. Our massage was in a large cold room with wires hanging out of the ceiling. The massuers had no clue what they were doing. I have had hundreds of massages in my life. This was the worst: I was stroked with cold hands and when I asked for a little bit stronger was told "no". The hamam afterwards is poorly constructed and dangerous. My wife needed first aid treatment due to burns. The staff seem like nice people but are poorly trained. Worst was the manager's attitude at the end of our stay. She only had excuses. Not once did she apologise. For the massage apparently we ordered the wrong type (we didn't. We explained to the massuse what we wanted) The rooms are full of dust. I showed the manager photos. (I wrote my name on the wardrobe) She was disinterested and still no apology. She only wanted us to pay and go. Incidentally the beds are large, bit they're cheap foam mattresses on a camping bed support and not what I'd expect from a 4 star hotel. It's also noisy. This so-called 4 star hotel survives only on its external historical beauty. (By the way I'm not the type to complain. I think this is my first bad review, but the manager's attitude which permeates throughout meant writing this is my only option. Hopefully it helps someone avoid a very un-relaxing stay, and save some money. This place is e xpensive!

Nice and very clean but a bit run-down hotel

The property is very old and run down a bit. It feels as if you enter the 70s. It would be totally fine, even romantic, if not for the noise and the cold through the windows. The hotel is close to a busy road. I guess changing the windows would solve the problem. The breakfast was good and the location is excellent.
