A nice hotel for both business and leisure trips

Get In Get Out…thats the only thing easy.

location is superb

1. there was noisy work going on in the facility. 2. the windows aren’t sound resistant there is considerable noise from the play area of decathlon till late night. 3. the buffet breakfast had hardly any variety.

Location and helpful staff.

Due to the rain we were in the room for quite some time. When we checked in the only English channel was republic TV. Nothing else. No English movies. When we brought it to their notice it was only rectified next day more than 12 hours later. They say it is out sourced. But surely when recharge can happen online it was indeed irritating. Post recharge the number of English channels was minimal. The same cake and other sweets at breakfast was there all 5 days. No variation and not fresh. We have been going here for many years. Restaurant too was better

Just another city hotel in a nice location. Friendly staff.

The room curtains should be replaced. The night curtains were dated and did not fully darken the room, the daytime ones were old and ripped and would not offer any privacy. Outside the hotel there was some construction work, giving a very strong sewage smell, but I guess this is outside the hotel's responsibility.

Overall, I love the hotel. I have stayed here many times and will stay in the future.

The Breakfast was good. We had enjoyed the breakfast.

The rooms are not maintained well....especially the club rooms. The show does not work I cannot even stand straight and take bath. That is pathetic for a club room. The bath tub leaks. I had complaint to the front office but they never updated me on that.

Excellent Location, Comfortable stay, Friendly staff and value for money

This property is an excellent value for the money. The location is perfect with effortless access to Churches, ATMs, Colleges, Brigade road, MG Road, Church Road, and Quality shopping. The breakfast is good but limited dishes. The room is good with all the needed amenities.

The Television inside the room doesn't have enough channels. Most channels (Tata Sky) are locked as the hotel has subscribed to the free/basic package.

Value for money!!

I was there with my family for 4 days and it was a pleasant experience. I've been to Bangalore before and stayed in other hotels but IRIS is different. From the time we checked-in it felt like home. Reception and support staff are courteous, rooms and breakfast - value for money, location is exceptional, lot of shopping options by foot, all modes of transport within a stone throwing distance. Lot of positives. There was a small issue with the bathroom which was not a major thing so I asked them to fix it before the next guest checks-in.

Lovely staff during my 1 week stay

I stayed for 1 week. The staff It is almost unbelievable but all the staff gave me a good experience right form the start. From doorman to security to reception and breakfast staff , even the omelette station crew was good. Whoever is hiring or training staff for this hotel, keep up the good work. You have some really good people there. The location It is pretty central and close to most places you'd like to see. You can we to commercial street and some small stores and shops. It is right beside a College so the surroundings is always busy but safe. The room Always cleaned up and the staff always asks in the hallway if I need it cleaned. Every day, always. The breakfast I feel that it has a good selection and it also changed everyday which was really great. I also like the omelette station, it was really nice. Make sure you order the dosa, surely kooks good. Service in the area was also great. The attendees were hospitable and sincere. Helpful and accommodating.

You need to keep the AC on to make sure the room does not get stuffy.

Rebuilding going on

They are rebuilding the hotel, very noisy you can't sleep.long because of the noise from the rebuilders. You can't acces the rooftop to relax, swimming is possible with the construction noise and workers that are staring at you. Spa is closed. You pay for something you won't get. Personal not always correct

Good hotel & staff. Front office Mr. Miraj was great to interact with.. Good Buffet Breakfast.Overall Good Stay & will try it again. Also the security person in the front area was of great help.

South Indian food should be made available for dinner.
