La atención, disposición y amabilidad de las 2 personas que intentaban, sin éxito atender tantas personas.

Lugar demasiado pequeño, los 2 días no tuvimos mesa para sentarnos, y tuvimos que subir a pieza para tomar algo, en bandejas, tremendamente incómodos….

Buen hotel de paso

El desayuno excelente, muy bueno. La ubicación estuvo bien para nuestro propósito de seguir viaje, pero si quieres conocer Temuco es un poco alejada de los lugares más turísticos o de restaurantes o centros comerciales. Las habitaciones muy cómodas y la atención muy buena, todo el personal muy amable.

Que no tenga restaurante para cenar. Nuestra intención era comer algo para descansar y seguir el viaje, pero la cena es con comida calentada (no cocinan) así que tuvimos que ir a otro lugar y no hay nada cerca.

Practico y cordial

Estamos agradecidos que nos permitieron hacer check in anticipado, todo estaba bien y nos recomendaron un buen restaurante cercano (Camarón)

Llegamos cansados desde Santiago y no pudimos dormir una siesta porque había alguien haciendo ruido con un taladro en una habitación cercana

Excelente atención de todos los trabajadores del hotel. Amables, atentos, prácticos, precisos, ubicados, etc. Felicitaciones al equipo por tan buena atención. Nos vamos felices y retornaremos. Las instalaciones son buenísimas, la limpieza es impecable, el desayuno fue muy variado y rico, el café a toda hora se agradece. La habitación es grande y cómoda, muy limpia, todo excelente.

The staff could do a better job briefing on what’s available at the hotel in terms of eating and/or drinking. The person that was at the front desk when we arrived was border line mean.

Amazing place to stay for car travelers

Everything was great: the place, the parking, the room with an amazing king-size bed and amazing pillows, great blanket and soft bedclothes. The personal super friendly and helpful, we booked late check-in and all was good. Wi-Fi was great, the place was quiet, out of the city but with good shopping center on the next street and amazing restaurant Don Camarón with greatest sea food and pisco sour. Highly recommend for travelers by car.
