Yleisten tilojen viimeinen fiksaus puuttui esim. lampunvarjostimet vinossa :)
3.5
Good breakfast, neat room, exceptional facilities
Room inside was very hot and warm.
Would be nice have more activities at night like music, a live musical group, karaoke or something for couples entertainment.

Great location with lots of facilities. Good food, the pizzas were huge! Nice big room and very clean.
Good selection of beers too.
Everything was fine
3.0
price, breakfast was fine
a bit overcrowded
4.5
Staff was very kind and helpfull.
Room was cold.
3.5
The location was very nice because it was right on the lake. It had activities for children
Breakfast itself was quite poor even though there was a lot of things. But everything was quite basic and just taken from the finished shop. Presentation of the breakfast was also quite weak comparing to other hotels at this level.
Family room was quite basic and there was not even a table where you can sit with a computer for example.
3.5
Welcoming staff and clean place. Spacious minimalist and comfortable rooms.
Good choice of reasonably priced restaurants and a convenience store within the hotel building.
Fun swimming pool and entertainment on offer.
Very good breakfast options.
We were able to check in 2 hours early without notice and access the swimming pool straight away so that was nice.
Too expensive for what you get.
Price included breakfast and access to one part of the pool (not the spa eventhough it said access to spa on the booking). Charged extra to use slippers and bathrobes.
So we had to pay extra to use the gym and pay extra to use sauna world where there was no cold plunge as advertised and one of the saunas didn't work. The bowling was very expensive. The place was very crowded so the pool felt more stressful than relaxing.
The evening buffet didn't offer many options and was pricey. Dessert cost extra.
We booked 3 people but only had towels for 2 in the room and one lightbulb didn't work. There was a kettle but no tea bags or coffee or sugar or milk so bring your own!
No smart TV in the room so only main channels available to watch. At 200€/night I'd expect more.

Nice location near the lake, good spa (a little bit too dark from my point of view), good breakfast
The breakfast was cleaned almost 30 min before its ending time, so we took some food already from the trolleys that were moving out from the breakfast area.

The Sauna World at the spa is very nice and worth paying the extra charge for - although on our first day the gate was open and anyone could enter the Sauna World, regardless if they had paid or not, resulting in a crowded atmosphere. On the second day the Sauna World was only accessible with the bracelet, and it was much nicer. The slides were fun and families with younger children will definitely appreciate the spa area.
The rooms are poorly equipped for a 4-star hotel. There was a kettle in the room but no tea, no coffee, and no mugs (only two paper cups and two plastic cups in the bathroom), no complimentary toiletries at all (you can purchase toiletries from the Reception), the iron did not work, there was an error code in the safety deposit box. You need to pay extra if you want to use the slippers and/or the bathrobe. Also, the room sizes can greatly vary even when booking the same type of room, so it is worth enquiring before booking. We also did not appreciate the flimsy sliding door between the bathroom and the room. Be prepared to pay extra for everything.

A lot of activities available, various options for accommodation, facilities still in decent condition
Unbearable waiting times at reception and restaurants. Could not access other services because they were only bookable thru reception that was not available.
4.5
Very nice place. A lot to do with children's.
In the room was 20 degree's. Little bit cold.
In the breakfast wasn't bacon.

The sauna was hot, but some showers had quite cold water. Room was very good, but floor heating in the bathroom was too hot.

Hotel was clean and the staff of hotel was friendly.
Did not like the restaurant Le Biff. The food was good but 1)we were not alerted by the staff it works until 10pm (we arrived there passed 9pm) 2)found hair in food and we showed the waitress that but she said nothing. 3) served us tea which smell/tasted like some shampoo. after our complain she gave us another tea pot which was fine, so we believe the tea pot was not washed after washing liquid etc.

Hotel rooms are a bit tired and will need refresh soon.

If you like sauna, than get an extra ticket to Sauna World

Quiet and comfortable room with a small private balcony. Cozy territory with lake and pine forest where you can walk.
Everything was fine.

Nice spa, saunas, great breakfast, patient staff in reception, bowling.
Our first room was located quite far, no fridge, no nothing, i could have settled for that but actually the room was not even cleaned after previous people... Thankfully we got new room with very comfortable bed, huge windows and fridge. At the reception i heard other people had trouble with their rooms too, but reception lady handled it with patience and nice attitude.
