Staff were lovely. There was a great deli counter and very well priced 24 hour cafe which was bustling with a great atmosphere. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Price was great . It seems like it's in the middle of nowhere but very well placed for travellers

The cafe has a comprehensive menu. It was very busy as it is a popular coach stop but there were plenty of staff and they were very efficient.
The only reason I haven’t given this hotel full marks is because it doesn’t have a lift. There are 3 flights of stairs to get to the first floor which was challenging when carrying luggage.

Limited choice, we ate outside as we travelled with a dog.
Very noisy late at night due to coach party exiting bar, obviously had drunk a lot, went on for a long time.

Breakfast was not included. However the 24 hour cafe had adequate choice and service.
There was only towels provided for solo occupancy and because of the restricted reception hours it was quite complicated to acquire more towels.

Room comfortable and all in all a pleasant stay.
Could have done with a couple of extra pillows.

Very big place, close to the highway BUT SO QUIET, I was not expecting such a calm and quiet rooms. That was a real plus for me. Since its a pit stop on the highway, you have gas station at the entrance of the place and big restaurant downstairs.
