Cómodo y limpio, a dos pasos de la playa y cerca del centro en una zona tranquila .

La limpieza del apartamento e instalaciones exteriores comunes ( entrada, ascensor, corredores, jardín , piscina y tumbonas ). La tranquilidad y silencio. La comodidad de colchones y almohadas y la terraza amplia . La ubicación en una zona tranquila sin tráfico, a dos pasos de la playa y cerca del centro. Numerosos enchufes bien distribuidos .

La escasez de menaje ( dos cacerolas, dos sartenes muy picadas , no batidora, no cafetera) La barra de luz en torno al espejo del distribuidor (entre sala de estar, dormitorio y baño) con un sensor que se encendía al pasar por delante y era molesto Las puertas correderas ( en cocina y distribuidor) no corrían con fluidez.

Nice one night stay

I liked how the apartment is in a quiet neighborhood between the beach and the town center but they are both worth the visit. It is probably specially nice to be there in the summer when the pool is open

The hotel where the keys are is a bit further away from the apartment and you need to walk some way to get them and once you get there you are in the lobby of a different hotel so it is a bit confusing.

Location

Small, pool out of use, bed uncomfortable, no extra clean sheets or towels, different locations to check in, keys stopped working after 3 days and lovked out of room. Asked for two singles and got a double.

Feels like budget accommodation - Unloved and forgo

The location was near the beach.

The property did not reflect the advert. Very poor maintenance, dirty surroundings, unclean apartment, no hot water for 3 days with no explanation. Gardeners moving the lawn during the day disturbing guests (telling them to move)

It was a memorable stay for our family and we are happy that we stayed at Sunway Apollo.

Location was perfect and room was very nice and most important needs were in the room. Air conditioning, balcony, beds and kitchen were nice. We didn't use the pool but it was also nice to have one.

Elevators didn't work while we are checking out. It was actually the only time we really needed them. It has been difficult to take all luggage through stairs from 2nd floor. Water was pooling on the edge of the bathroom sink. This was uncomfortable while using the sink. All the rest was very OK.

Avoid this place, miserable.

We think this was possibly the worst stay in all of our 6 week trip to Europe. You pick the keys up far away, at a completely different location, no stragglers here, no place to leave your bags upon departure, room took 3 hours to cool off, and there is NO elevator, and we were on the top floor. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. A hostel would have suited us better. We are all exhausted.

Everything.,.literally beds were hard, sheets were dirty feeling, AC did not work properly, no elevator, no staff to help w bags…just terrible.

Great apartment with all the facilities needed

The apartment was located in one of the best areas of the town. It was quiet, everyone respected the sleeping hours. The property was just a 2 minutes walk from the beach.

The check in method was a bit complicated. You must go to another Sunway property to get the keys, if you don’t have a car, is a fairly long walk from one property to the other.

When you check-in you have to pick up the keys pretty far from the appartments.

A few steps from the beach. Large apartment. Good equipped kitchen.

The registration desk is rather far from apartment. They declare their apartments as non-smoking, but there is an ashtray in the room. We had a situation when a neighbor was smoking on the balcony and all smoke was going to our apartment where the baby slept. Noone reacts to our claim about this.

4pm check in and 10am check out is not good on average 6 hours less time spent in the apartment compared to other places, also be aware you collect the keys from a different hotel 1.6km away. no oven in the kitchen. no kettle. apartment was cold.

EXCELLENT STAY

Very clean, and has great value for money. We were positively surprised. Well-equipped kitchen, big shower, and bathroom. Big TV. Cozy. Peaceful area, you can hear the sea waves from your apartment. The view to the swimming pool. EXCELLENT STAY

- Check-in is around 1,5km from the apartment (if you need to prolongate your stay you better have a car to get there)

the location of the apartment is amazing

When we entered the apartment it was smelling horribly. Our predecessors had smoked inside! only after three consecutive days of ventilation, it was bearable. this took away a lot of the holiday feeling.

My second stay at Sunway Apollo and I would come here again without hesitation.

"Madlen" apartment on the 2nd floor: spotlessly clean; bed firm but comfortable; quiet surroundings; excellent wifi signal. Good quality modern furnishings and equipment and bright, attractive decor. Splendid bathroom with perfect hot shower and a vast supply of towels ! Friendly and efficient check-in procedure at the Sunway Hotel reception.

Microwave oven is in a cupboard with a door which opens at head height - be *very* careful ! - awkward to lift out dishes of hot food. Filter coffee machine rather small and flimsy: OK for one person (I was on my own) but probably not so good for a group; no kettle. Cooking smells from other apartments sometimes seep through the ventilation system. Sliding doors on wardrobe in bedroom did not always run smoothly and sometimes jammed.

Superb

The staff were very friendly and attentive, making the sign-in process easy (even with a late arrival). The accommodation is excellent. It feels new, spacious, and modern. I was highly impressed as the pictures on the site do not do it justice. It is a short walk from the centre. I thought this would be an annoyance, however it made for a lovely stroll in the early evening and then again after the bars and clubs.

It is a long distance to collect your keys - it was an additional EUR10 from the key pick-up to the accommodation. This is far from ideal, and is something anyone should be aware of when booking the hotel. The aircon was inconsistent, and more than once tripped when we were staying there.

Location is different than where you collect your key!

Location of the hotel and where you collect the keys to your room is different. This wasn't mentioned to us before we arrived to the property. So we needed to walk to the main hotel with our luggage which is 15 min by foot on the edge of the town and back to where we are staying in the middle of a hot day. Also on the day you leave if you want to store your luggage until your train/bus time, again you need to go to the mail hotel and store your luggage there which is completely on the other side of the town. Another friend staying in another location of this apartment complex mentioned they had a fire in the apartment complex they are staying in in the middle of the night. And because all the workers are working in the main hotel there wasn't anyone to talk to in the middle of the night before it was made sure it is safe to go back to the apartment. It shouldn't be difficult for them to leave one person at the actual apartment locations to do the checking in and made sure you are contactable when needed!

Overall really good but lacking little extra touches

The person on the front desk at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The location of the apartments is superb - 2 minutes walk from the beach. Pool is a good size and well maintained, with separate kids pool. Apartment is air conditioned. Good size for a couple. We had an issue with the shower not draining one evening. I messaged the owners via the WhatsApp contact provided, got an immediate response and the shower was sorted quickly. This was in contrast to last year when my WhatsApp message (about the safe not working and the wardrobe doors coming off their runners) was never answered or addressed. So improvement there.

The keys have to be picked up from a hotel a relatively long way from Sitges station and also from the apartment. We had to get a taxi from the station to the hotel (we'd made the mistake of walking the previous year) and then it's a bit of a hike back to the apartment. We're reasonably fit so didn't mind walking but anyone older or infirm, with kids and/or lots of luggage would need a car or taxi to the apartment also after getting the keys. This is all a pain after a long journey. The apartments are nice - we'd stayed the previous year and returned - but lack a few little extras. For example, there are only around half a dozen really old loungers around the pool - for 20 odd apartments. It's not enough. The apartments themselves have only the most basic utensils - fine for us as we didn't really cook there, but could be an issue for families wanting to make meals. Little things - the cutting board for example was really old and pathetic. How much would it cost to replace those with new ones?

Spacious apartment in great location, nice pool & only 3 min walk to lovely beach.

We had to collect key about 20 min walk from apartment complex, pretty tough on a very hot day. I feel at the price someone could have met us at complex . Nice apartment with lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Location to beach was great (beach towels would have been handy) Approx 20 min walk into the Old Town with all the restaurants etc. Sadly only basic kitchen equipment, no kettle for coffee/tea, had to boil a pot. Floors had been mopped but I had to sweep them to remove grit & sand. Overall, I would stay again but I think some things could be improved

Someone could perhaps meet you at apartment rather than getting taxi to apartment, register & get key, then have to call another taxi to apartment. Beach towels would have been great.

good overall apart from the check-in/reception at 20min walking distance

Nice studio and apartments with all the basic stuff you need, decorated with a touch of modern-style furniture. very good technical assistance: we had a problem with the air-con in the middle of the night (heat wave) and the 24h phone number - with a technician accesible at the other side of the phone who managed to solve it and made it work again. Cleaning was very good. really close to the center (10min walk) but away from the noise in a very calmed area with the beach 2min distance. the swimming pool was also ok. good overall.

even if mentioned in the booking, please be aware that there is no reception in the same building and the check-in / pick up of the keys need to be done in another hotel 20min walking distance from the apartment, with no possibility for anyone to hand over the keys closer to the apartment. To bear this very much in mind if you do not travel by car, with many suitcases and staying with kids (as in our case) as logistics get complicated. Also the check-in time is at 16:00 (quite late) and check-out at 10:00 (although we were given some minor flexibility there - which was pretty appreciated) but, again, no place to store the luggage but in the main hotel (again to another 20min walking distance and not huge availability in term of taxis in Sitges) so we ended up travelling back earlier than what we had planned to avoid the back and forth in the middle of the summer heat.
