Nous avons bien aimé cet Hotel qui accepte les animaux de compagnie 👍🏻

C’est un bel Hôtel, agréable d’entendre les oiseaux le matin au balcon.

Dommage qu’il n’y avait pas de frigo dans la chambre.

Le personnel est formidable ont se sent en famille. Le petit déjeuner extra et un service au top. La directrice très accueillante à l'écoute et soucieuse du bien être de ses clients. Vous êtes sincèrement à votre place magnifique ne changer RIEN. A très très bientôt. Hadia

After 8 pm no possibility to accès drinking hot or cold water

Parc Ornithologie excellent - easily reached by bus. Drinks available for purchase. Take a picnic.

Hotel next to bus stop for Arles. Pool closed (sadly). Room balcony nice but small & overlooked by adjacent rooms.

This hotel is small, relaxed, unpretentious and excellent value for money. This time it was spoiled by a couple of arrog

very friendly and competent receptionist.

Families around the pool allowing their children to make non-stop noise when it was perfectly obvious that others were trying to read or relax. Families with rooms beside the pool treating the area like a private terrace. Both of these equate with arrogance.

Decent size of room. Veranda overlooking pool area. Pleasant staff. Seemed a popular place with repeat bookings from regular customers.

Well meant, I'll say "on average".

Location close to the city and the parking.

This hotel needs urgently a renovation, the best years of this hotel are a long time ago. The Wifi didn't work during my stay. This was disappointing, because I payed for this service! The water drain in the bathroom didn't work well. The water drained off only very very slowly.

Acceptable for a one night stay, but I would have not stayed another one.

The room was very clean and two pillows are offered. - One soft, one harder. There is plenty of parking spaces next to the hotel. The AC was working great (but noisy) and somehow compensated the cold temperature in the room when we arrived.

I did not see any staff member until the payment moment, when I had to call a phone number to get someone to the reception. As the entrance is autonomous, the keys were placed inside the room. Prior to the arrival the room door was left open and the inner temperature was really cold. Noisy room: I could listen the toilets flushing from the neighbouring rooms, as well as the AC pipes.

The hotel is starting to age a bit so the rooms are not the fanciest, but who cares: great soft beds, good airconditioning, clean bathrooms, dark shutters. Add the nice pool, excellent breakfast, good location, easy parking and not to forget: a really welcoming and friendly staff.
