NEEDS IMOROVEMENT

THE LOCATION AND VIEW WERE LOVELY. TAO THE BARMAN WAS EXCELLENT. THE BREAKFASTS ARE INEDIBLE. STALE CERAL AND ORANCE JUICE THAT IS NOT ORANGE JUICE.

BEDS AND PILLOW ARE ROCK HARD.

Hotel is situated across the water from the port. Very quiet but 10 mins in car, you can be in the heart of the hustle n bustle.

Great location, amazing view

The hotel really needs a refurb. Our bedroom was in dire need of an over haul. There needs to be more beds round the pool. The food, even the breakfast is not great.

I was very disappointed, I expected a much nicer hotel after seeing the pictures.

not much

it doesn’t look like the pictures I saw of the hotel. You get only one thin pillow, no duvet, one morning no hot water, only every 2nd day cleaning and the towels were really old. I could feel the springs of my matrass when laying down.

Disappointing and below expectations

The few good things about this hotel was the friendly staff and location in comparison to the port (5 min car) and airport (5 min car).

Very disappointed with our stay. Booked on the basis that this is a 4 star hotel, but felt more like a 2 star hotel. Room was not clean, mould in areas of the bathroom. The shower facilities looked like they were hanging loose and the bath was half the size of a normal bath. Taps made a ringing noise when you turned them on and hardly any hot water throughout the stay! The beds were way too hard and painful to sleep on. To top it all off, breakfast was poor. Couldn't even drink the orange juice because it tasted gone off. We ended up going to the port for breakfast every morning even though we had breakfast booked as part of our stay. The rules of this hotel were also a little odd - you had to hand your key to reception every time you left the hotel, whihc was a little unsettling seeing as most people have valuables in their bedrooms and wouldn't be best pleased (just as we weren't) leaving that to the hands of the hotel. Seriously thing the hotel should not be advertising itself as a four star as its terribly misleading.

the uncomfortable beds and mattresses the old fashioned bathroom the running hot water was turned off at night time sometimes the water ran brown it was not a 4* hotel the hotel room was average there was only one iron available for the whole hotel the breakfast buffet was unclean, old and tasteless

The staff were friendly and the pool and view is great. Selection of food is great for breakfast. Pool area is really quiet and suitable for children although it turns all your costumes green.

The rooms are dated and smell. The air con is completely pointless as they cap it at a certain temperature. I am 14 weeks pregnant and have 2 small children and I had awful sleeps due to this. The beds are rock hard also. I would expect a lot more for £250 a night and 4 stars. The shuttle bus to town is only at 4 and 7 and doesn’t have a return to collect later in the evening after dinner, I find this a bit crazy.

A very relaxing environment for a lovely holiday

outdated rooms, racist owner.

The view to the port

When we arrived they put us in a room which was not the one we booked and much smaller. The receptionist said that this is the room which has booked for us (family of 4) and to cahnge the room we must see the manager. After 5 hours of waiting the onwer arrived and from the first moment she was very rude and ironic. To all our questions and demands she was totally ironic, " this is room", "if you don't like it is your problem" etc. And finally she made a racist remark that she was bored to hear complaints from Greeks and she would give us the money back and next day "after breakfast you will leave". I agreed to this immediately, I contacted Booking.com in order to arrange the refund, but the response from Booking was poor, actually no solution at all (no booking.com again). Next day another manager offered to meet us and he apologized for the mistake about the room booking and next day we can move to the room we booked. Again, not the same as in the photos (no balcony) but the size was the same. When we pointed out the fact that they are the ones who upload the photos of the rooms, he said that mistakes can happen. Great hotel on a Great Island

The hotel was great, really clean and the staff were so friendly a special mention has to go to the 2 bar staff Katerina and Maria..... I loved the location as well,it was just far enough out of town to enjoy the peace and quiet and for the more able and energetic of us a nice walk in to town. Taxis back were regular and at a fixed price of €10 quite affordable, the hotel does provide a bus service but this only runs 3 times a day.

I only have 1 criticism please invest in some double beds. The slit down the middle although might suit some didnt suit me and my partner who still like to cuddle at night.

can’t fault it and looking forward to next time

loved the location peaceful stunning views and just slightly out of town but the hotel run a minibus into town 3 times a day for their guests. all rooms exceptionally cleaned every day food delicious, pool clean and bar and staff all couldn’t be more helpful and friendly.

Nice hotel with nice staff, the location is 3.5km from the port but it was more a plus than a minus for us

Breakfast was quite poor, every morning exactly the same stuff and the bread especially was very bad

Very relaxing and we will be back !

The bedrooms were a good size and comfortable. The view from our balcony was amazing. All members of staff were very welcoming and helpful.

Location meant it took a bit of extra effort to go anywhere but the free courtesy bus provided by the hotel was a massive help.

it was nice, but could have be much better

Receptionists were nice and helpful even tho we had some health complications. Waiters were nice. The view was beautiful.

Wi-Fi was super slow! Furniture was oldfashioned. The bathroom was not the cleanest(hair on floor and in shower). Breakfast little bit boring, every day was the same.

It was nice stay, but could be much better.

both girls receptionist were really nice and helpfull, same with waiters. The view from rooms was really really nice, outside was over all really nice.

i would not say its 4 star hotel. the furniture is kind of old fashioned and the place would deserve some reorganization. One thing i was really mad about was that the bathroom was not properly cleaned, there were hair in shower, on floor, some dust, not really nice picture if you come at 11pm to check in and see this. the food on breakfast is everyday the same, so if you stay longer you could be bored.

in general, good value for the money but we could see some space for future enhancement

we loved the view and nature around. parking without problem dinners with nice variety of food

breakfast was quite boring. same every single day. coffee was not drinkable. bar very expansive. just one key for the room. not a chance to get a sunbath chair by the pool as people use to put a towel on them early in the morning.

The location is very good, ideal I can say if you are looking for a peaceful place to relax. View from the hotel is amazing (also from our balcony). Very clean. Stuff is trying hard to serve you.

The manager of the hotel creates a bad atmosphere, people working there feel very stressed from her, and customers can see that. Her attitude was to check personally everything with her own style. This style is not working anymore. We must trust our partners. I have discussed with other clients, we met at the hotel, which they have the same opinion, that everything negative at this hotel is because of the management. The coffee at breakfast was at least unacceptable, needs improvement this point, and morning buffet was just good, will be also good to offer something new, not the same food every day. Wifi signal reception at rooms was very bad, few signal repeaters can solve the problem.
