This villa is situated in Magagnosc, near Chateauneuf de Grasse, on a hill overlooking the traditional village of Magagnosc, with a great panoramic view of the Bay of Cannes and the hills of Chateauneuf stretching to the Esterel. It is nestled in a large Mediterranean garden, and benefits from all the major facilities available withing 1-2 km. You'll be close to numerous tourist sites, and some of the most beautiful villages of the Côte d'Azur: Gourdon, Opio, Cabris, Saint Paul de Vence, Tourrettes sur Loup, and more. You can also visit the famous coastal cities: Cannes, Antibes, Nice, and Monaco, enjoying their magnificent beaches and promenades. If you're interested in cultural sites, there are numerous possibilities: Grasse perfume museum, Renoir museum in Cagnes sur Mer, Matisse chapel in Vence, Maeght Foundation in Saint Paul de Vence, Picasso museum in Antibes, and more. If you prefer the peace and quiet of the mountain, there are numerous hiking trails that will allow you to discover the backcountry at your own rhythm. Finally, for a perfect evening, you can enjoy a quality concert on the small, peaceful church plaza in Opio, or discover gourmet delights in the Valbonne plaza. The house is situated in the heights with a large terraced garden with traditional Mediterraean vegetation: century-old olive trees, agaves, pink laurels, cypresses, and more. The garden is very large (5,000 m2), affording it absolute calm. Wide terraces allow you to rest or eat in the sun or in the shade of a large linden tree near the house or at the side of the pool. The pool is located on a terrace somewhat below the house. The property is entirely private, with access by a communal road below the house with an electric gate. The house is a traditional farmhouse made from local stone. It offers large spaces and has the comfort necessary for 6 people. All of the rooms have been entirely renovated and combine old-time charm with comfort and modernity. They open onto the garden and afford a sumptuous view of the Bay of Cannes. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are very large (20 m2 and 18 m2), with each one having a large and well-lit en-suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. The third bathroom is a little smaller (12 m2), and it is equipped with a shower and a toilet for total independence. The first bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the garden and pool, the second is on the first floor and opens onto a loggia with a magnificent view of the garden, the village of Magagnosc, and the surrounding hills. There is a large and comfortable living/dining room of about 35 m2 with a large opening onto the garden, allowing you to spend lovely moments together in the cool house or in the winter in front of the fireplace. The house also has an independent studio with a piano for music lovers. The kitchen is spacious, clear, well-equipped, and it also opens onto the garden and the terrace. All of the rooms have been entirely renovated and combine old-time charm with comfort and modernity. They open onto the garden and afford a sumptuous view of the Bay of Cannes and the surrounding hills. Everyone will have their own independence, with two large bathrooms with a bathtub, shower, and washbasin en-suite to the two larger bedrooms, and a shower and toilet en-suite to the third bedroom.

Dieser Ort exzellent und absolut zu empfehlen, wenn man ruhige Zeiten in Alleinlage mit gleichzeitig schnellen Anschluss an einen Bäcker etc. haben möchte. Im liebevoll renovieren und geschmackvoll eingerichteten alten Bauernhaus fehlt es an nichts, genauso wenig im Garten oder am Pool. . Herzlichen Dank!

We enjoyed almost 2 nice weeks in this charming and beautiful farmhouse: the view was amazing, gazing at the green hills all the way to the Bay and the sea. The house offered many nice spots offering the possibility to stay both in the sun as well as in the shadow. Very nice pool that we and the children enjoyed a lot on daily basis. Only 10-15 minutes drive from the houses you arrive to the specacular Gorges de Loup, a valley going up into the Mountains with Water Cascades, the river of loup where to hike. And on top of the mountain you find the charming city of Gourdon overviewing the entire valley and area - very beautiful sight indeed. We may certainly recommend this place to other travellers. Me and my husband, and our three almost grown up children, spend a week in this fantastic place.A big beautiful terassed garden with olive trees and flowers.The pool was big and the area around it very nice.The house was very neat and the rooms big and airy.The kitchen was fully equipped. Outside we had lovely barbecue dinners overlooking the fantastic view of the valley all the way to the sea.There was a pingpong table outside, which was a lot of fun. Nice mountain villages easy to reach by car,and of course the beaches at the coast. Nice walk to the village of Chateau Neuf ,just following our street; A good boulangerie and a typical local café for our morning coffee . We can truly recommend this house and would love to come back some day, Lotta Nyrén Holst, Sweden

"Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances en cet endroit exceptionnel. La vue était unique, la piscine très agréable, l''accueil très chaleureux, le jardin soigné et la maison spacieuse. Même un ordinateur à disposition aux locataires. Une adresse vraiment à conseiller. Le seul petit point négatif: Le double lit n''était pas très confortable puisqu''il était composé de deux lits simples qui ne tenaient pas ensemble. Merci pour cet inoubliable séjour."

"Un vrai havre de Paix et de vacances avec la piscine, le ping pong et la pétanque à pratiquer en famille. A seulement 3mn de Grasse et ses parfums, ou à qqkm de merveilleux villages provençaux et 1/2h des stations de Cannes, Antibes, Golf Juan. Aus alentours il y en a donc pour tous les goûts et tous les âges quand on se décide enfin à sortir de ce petit coin de paradis. Par temps clair, au son des cigales, au parfum des oliviers, vous pourrez admirer la mer et le golf de Mandelieu. Le propriétaire n''est pas sur place mais, sa disponibilité et son amabilité téléphonique ou par mail, ainsi que la présence à l''arrivée et au départ, d''un fort agréable régisseur, sont fort appréciables."

Localisation parfaite pour sillonner dans la région, silence intégral, vue époustouflante, maison accueillante et très bien décorée, piscine pour se rafraichir, jeux de sociétés, livres, disques à disposition...bref le sentiment de vivre dans une maison de famille avec un supplément d''âme! Le standing élevé de la maison (intérieur de qualité, grand jardin, piscine à l''eau salée...) mérite une zone pour les repas extérieurs plus soignée. Le mobilier en plastique et la toile cirée se conjuguent mal avec le reste. Mais quel calme et quelle vue !"
