The staff was very kind and attentive to all of our needs. The rooms were clean and well put together. The location was great, walkable distance to many places to eat and in an easy area for catching taxis or other types of transportation.

Cheap, but you get what you pay for.

I like the location

Heat didn't work, poor attitude with staff, food made me deathly ill, cockroaches in my room. I used to love this place but it has gone so far downhill that I will never stay again. I was so sick from the food and freezing from the broken heater. I was told that there weren't any other rooms available, even though I could book one on booking still, hence the poor attitude comment. I ended up moving to a hotel down the street where I was finally warm and treated much better. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The room was very clean and smell very good. The bed and the shower were the best.

Will not stay here again and not sure about Booking.com

A few of the staff tried to help. Hotel was clean and secure.

Room was way smaller then pictured. Breakfast was under cooked and not served til after 8:30am past the time people eat and get out to see things. Shower barely drained and I asked to have it fixed but never was. Ask for more pillows as room had two small ones and never got one. Need someone on staff that speaks English and when they send out messages it would be nice if in the language of the booking person. This hotel was not worth the price paid and no way a three star hotel.

Great value, staff is very friendly & accommodating, would definitely come back.

Had a little problem with the flow of water in the shower but I was adviced what to do & the problem was solved.

I was aware from the beginning that the elevator would be out for three days, but it ended up being inoperative for the whole 10 days

The hotel are making renewals the noise it's horrible, I got in on Saturday nigh, however on Monday morning around 7.30 am the noise were horrible. As well the room are not well insulated all the noise from the street I could heard it's was like I was sleeping in the middle of the highway, and i was on the 5th floor.

When I cancelled the reservation and move to another hotel, Palmetto charged me my full reservation, they said they can give me credit to used any other time when I am going to comeback. I am fighting on this. As well Peru has something to complain that is CUADERNO DE QUEJAS y can be done on line.
