thanks for a lovely stay
a lovely stay everything went smoothly. i found the food in the restaurant particularly good and well priced. well situated in cuernavaca in a quiet and flowery area. the highlight of my stay was the swimming pool which was delighfully warm.

The Staff was great.
The room and furniture had a very moldy odor. Once I arrived to the room I could smell it. I unpacked and put my clothes in the closet and all my clothes caught the smell. It was disappointing, also my bathroom shower door was not working properly

I reserved a master suite and they provided a double room. Plus tried to charge the master suite. They tried to take me for a fool. I was angry for the rest of the stay. Really idiotic.

Pool and garden are in good shape
Rooms are not comfortable and service on restaurant and pool are terrible, waiters take forever to ask for your order and they don’t have room service, you have to pick your order on the restaurant.
