Location and views from terrace very good.
Approach to property very bad, food quality fair not great.
Property pool area very poor and no lounge/ common area to relax in.
New extension should solve some of the issues.

Amazing location, team and facility. The wine tasting was world class, and the accommodation truly 5 Star (so many claim to be and aren't... this is truly 5 star!

Beautiful location. Fantastic restaurant and of course, the wine. Amazing view and kind staff.
The suite we stayed in was structured in a way that the bathroom is upstairs but did not have the shower/tub. The shower alone was downstairs and the ceiling of the shower was open to the second floor, which I thought was weird and inconvenient. Once I got over that it was all good.

interesting designed resort in the middle of the Cerequio vineyards… Staff were the kindest and tended to our every need… fantastic views and a nice relaxing pool as well…Also the attached chapel was perfect for us during Holy Week!
a bit isolated so you will need a car but excellent staff provided transportation options for us

Very friendly hosts, offer transfer out to nearby La Morra. Beautiful view over the hills of the Barolo. Informative and good wine tasting available. Dining option at the hotel is fantastic, fresh produce and great cuisine.
There was a technical issue with availability of warm water during our stay which was not the hosts fault, but the host offered a discount to compensate for any inconvenience, which was appreciated.
Access to the property through the vineyards is partially unpaved and leaves cars pretty dusty/dirty, but this is quite common in the area (also when visiting other restaurants in the vineyards) and due to being world heritage site the road needs to remain untouched/unpaved. There was a technical issue with availability of warm water during our stay which was not the hosts fault, but the host offered a discount to compensate for any inconvenience which was appreciated.

Roberto and Jane made us feel at home at the lovely hotel which is stylish and comfortable at the same time. Breakfast has a good sample consider how boutique this hotel is. My daughter loved the Nutella machine.
My first time staying in a room that has your own steam room which was pretty amazing. Free bottle of wine for our stay. Cellar within the hotel did not disappoint - guided by Roberto on the tasting which we learnt so much about the local terrain, and we were able to take our own time in the cellar to finish off our tasting. The ability to roll back into bed with a sweeping view of the vineyard was exactly what we wish for! Definitely one of our best stays in record - we are frequent travellers in Asia and Europe.
We wish we could stay here for longer to enjoy the restaurant and the pool.
Nothing - must have a car and a smaller car would help to drive down the narrow path to the parking

Beautiful property in serene surroundings in the middle of miles of vineyards as far as the eye could see. we were given one of the newly renovated rooms which had a personal sauna, jacuzzi and a 15 foot tall rain shower. All amenities were top of the line.
The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. They arranged restaurant bookings as well as private wine tours. A big shoutout to Jane who took care of our every need.
The on-site restaurant had amazing food, and dining in the open terrace surrounded by vineyards is an experience not to be missed.
The road leading to the property is only partially paved which made the drive back and forth a little bumpy

the view, the staff, the amazing wine and food, the location
the mattress of the bed should have been a little bit more comfortable

The top thing to share is that the staff at Palas Cerequio are outstanding. They are incredibly friendly and treat you like you have been with them for many days from the beginning. Breakfast is outstanding. Dinner was incredible. But what will just stun you are the views in every direction. You are literally in the middle of high end working vineyards. And please do the on site wine tour - seeing the cellars are worth the time.
Nothing really. It was truly a wonderful experience which we will repeat.
