Try to find something else at the same money

Comfortable bed

I didn’t like that inside that room they let some things that they need to clean and there was a stain on the ceiling. I didn’t like the check-out time, at 10 am.

Very poor

The location and the overall look of the hotel

We were probably assigned the worst room of the hotel, right near where the cleaning staff gathers at 7.00 in the morning to start their shift, chatting way too loud and manipulating plastic stuff for more than one hour. It woke us up for the two nights we stayed there, since there is absolutely no sound isolation. Besides, the room was smaller than what we expected (definitely not a 30m sq.) and oddly configured, making it hard to navigate through the room. If in addition to all of that, you add a not so friendly staff (apart from the breakfast lady), this is definitely not worth the price.

It was just perfect!

Staff was so nice and friendly, room very clean and perfect size, appartment with kitchenette in a hotel was perfect for us, very nice bathroom, very good breakfast, very nice view from balcony into garden/nature with mountains behind, supermarket across the street has extremely good fresh food

There were only two sockets in the room, in the bathroom, but it was no big problem

would like to be back

amazing place. way better than expected and than on the photos. good value for money. we enjoyed a big balcony with the view on the mountains. apartment was clean, spacious, with seperate kitchen and very comfortable. Hotel allowed us to check in earlier.

Cutest stay of our entire holiday

Cutest stay of our entire holiday. This place is operated by very sweet and friendly people. Room was air conditioned and had windows. In addition, the breakfast was great, very family friendly and the owners also offered fresh fruit from their own garden. You can park your car in front of the house. + good coffee!!

Good acommodation in Orosei. It is insane to pay 10 EUR for brakfast as there is CRAI supermarket just opposite the road. The appartment is clean, comfy, just the bed was the hardest one I have ever slept on.

Wi-fi is absent in rooms, it is available only in the entrance hall (it was written in the reservation, I just missed it...). There is nothing for cleaning dish (kitchen cloth, sponge, dishwashing liquid), in the kitchen, just count with this.

Good location, not comfortable mattresses

- the worst was the noice. I could hear the conversation of my neighbours and the chairs moving in the flat above mine. So you won’t be able to sleep after 7 am - breakfast (no eggs, no orange juice, very limited choice overall) - mattress was terrible as well as the pillows - they can certainly improve the decoration especially in the front desk, it’s like an old hotel while the fournitures are new …

Great staff and location

Staff was great! Always ready to help and very polite. Locations was also great for exploring Sardinia. Beach is 20-30 minutes of walking distance.

We were just a bit disappointed that pool is actually not a part of this hotel, but their sister hotel, which is 8 minutes walking away.

It’s well located, clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

The kitchen wasn’t so well equipped and missed some basic items like detergent to wash the dishes. The check-in lasted too long, the hotel asked to hold our identity cards for the whole night and since we’re not comfortable with that situation they “only” hold the cards for about 1h. Never saw such a thing… The balcony is spacious but there is not much privacy

if only I could give 15*.... the apt we stayed was better than my own apt - this says a lot!! nothing to criticise, really. cheap enough, personelle was helpful and welcoming. private parking lot

Nice hotel with everything you need

Nice place, close to the centre of Orosei and close to the beach. From here you can enjoy other wonderful places travelling 15-20 min by car. Very big room with kitchen where you can find all you need. Really helpful, polite staff. Free parking. Breakfast could be better, but it was ok with sweet products plus ham and cheese. Orosei is very beautiful small city, which we can highly recommend as a place to stay for few days and reach attractions of Ogliastra region.

the shower was very good

it was next to a very busy street with many many cars, next to a busy supermarket. The wifi did NOT work. far from beach, and a patio with no privacy whatsoever. The lady at the desk gave us incorrect travel information. The bed was very hard to sleep on.
