Amazing stay

The rooms were cleaned every day. It was a cosy place. Good location not in a crowded area but still near to all beaches and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing with varied and local cuisine food, also seasonal fruits. The staff helped us find pure olive oil and arranged fast delivery. I recommend it and will be back.

Good place in Paralia

Very nice place. Everything was perfect. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is really friendly and polite. The food at breakfast was fresh and homemade.

Rooms are pretty small.

The apartment was very clean,the host was very friendly, breakfast tasted great and the location was in a peaceful area close to the beach.

The host was amazing, anything I asked she had the answer and breakfast was very lovely and home made. I will absolutely stay here next time I am in Paralia. And for my stay it was essentially between the hotel and the beach, so it was important to have a comfortable stay. The room was nice as well as the balcony, very peaceful.

Very lovely hotel

Absolutely amazing staff! Many special thanks to Elena and Dimitr. Very client oriented style of work, Elena has spend a lot of attention to us to any question raised regarding living, food, additional tours. Regarding the Breackfast, it was almost individual focus, we were asked on daily base what we would like to have. There were daily change of new dishes, almost all of them were cooked in home style. Elena kindly shared with recipes and video instruction ;) The location is very convenient, it takes only 3 minutes to get sea area. The sea and beach are amazing. Thee are max 5/8 min to the lovely city centre. The hotel itself is very clean and cozy, tidy and comfortable garden. It was a pleasure spend 9 nights in this lovely hotel. And many special thanks to Elena!

We would recommend to install a little bit softer beds.

If I come again to Paralia, I will stay at Kalipso again for sure!

The breakfast exceeded my expectation. The location is perfect, not crowded and noisy like in the city center, yet, only 10 minutes walk to the center, and very close to the best part of the beach, with very nice beach bars. The small market is at the corner, the big market is at 2 minutes walk, in the same street. Elena, the owner, is very friendly, but also very professional, she was always there and offered me any kind of help that I could possibly need.

My room (the economy one) and the bathroom were very small but beautiful and clean. For one person and for the price it was more than ok.

Good value for the monet

Hellen, the host, is extremely nice and helpful. Don’t mind the 1 star rate if the hotel, should be rated 3*, is in a less crowded part of Paralia, nice beach 5 min away as well as playing ground for kids. Free parking in front of the hotel and great breakfast as well. Cheers Hellen !

Elena is an wonderful and lovely host. She gave us a lot of worthy information about Katerini and the surroundings, including Olympus mountains, the house of the Gods. We had a lot of fun at Kalypso Hotel and an amazing breakfast prepared by Elena herself.

The room we had was a little too small but very well equipped.

This boutique hotel is just amazing two Star hotel. Kalipso- Family running hotel is high above expectations we had. It is placed in quiet location but very close, just walking distance to the beach and all attractions of Paralia. Paralia place is very laud, touristic area so if you want to have good sleep--Kalipso is the place to stay. Great breakfast, eccpecialy if you are sweets lover. Elena will look after you, nothing is too much for her when asked to help. Room is not too big but very comfortable. Good size beds ( two single connected beds), small fridge, desk, huge bathroom, well working A/ C, TV. There is small but beautiful garden where you can rest, eat breakfast or just relax with drink. Highly recommended,hope to be back.
