Buena ubicación y vista. Lo demas puede mejorar

La vista y ubicación eran excelentes. El personal de checkin y checkout nos atendió muy bien.

El desayuno debería ser sin asistencia, perdimos mucha comida por que nos sirvieron en exceso y cosas que no pediamos. Personal del restaurante nos retó por usar la entrada del restaurante como entrada al hotel. Pero realmente es mucho mas práctico, y un huesped deberia poder entrar por donde le sea mas cómodo. La vista de la habitación habria sido espectacular si las ventanas estuviesen limpias.

the place is old and not well maintained. it looks nicer in the pictures, but the beds are crappy, the closets are old, the bathroom looks horrible

No windows, not hotel-like, more like warehouse. Food delivery like in school canteen.

Good with fair price.

Excellent localization, breakfast and staff. Easy access to restaurants, shopping, taxi and tours. New Year’s dinner was very good. Fully recommend.

The woman that offers tours should be kinder and didn’t provide good support.

I had a confirm booking with Portobelo Beach hotel. When Iin reached the hotel, I saw the hotel was under maintenance and no room was available. We were suggested to another hotel of the same group, there they had one double bed room against my booking of a triple bedded room. From there i was send to Portobelo Convention, where i got a bigger room. Next my observation was Hotel Room charges was 550,000 COP but Booking.com charged me 60% extra.

If all you care about is location, this place is fine. Everything else is way below average.

The location was great and the breakfast was good.

Tiny, uncomfortable rooms, hard beds, slow internet, small terrible television with a few cable channels, not enough blankets, and gives you a hard time if you ask for more, incredibly loud. No windows!!! Feels like a bad dorm room.

Good breakfast, air acconditioning working and good water supply. Outdoor shower.

The hotel sent us to a different location, the ad showed pool and there were not pool, the bed was not double like was requested (was fixed the second night). Missing towels and blanket on the second night.

Comfortable, but in need of renovations

Restaurnt Food was just ok, but the staff were all very nice. The location next to the beach is why you are paying higher rates.

Lots of hair in the room from previous guest or the cleaning crew. Could feel a few spring coils in the bed. Overall, the hotel is old and all furnishing are dated. Probably not enough money being made to do renovations.
