We had a lovely stay and would go back if in the same area😊

Hosts were lovely and view from property was amazing!

Walk uphill from town centre was steep but doable!

Wonderful location, food and great hosts

The owners were very welcoming and accommodating to all of our preferences and dietary needs, the breakfast room was delightful with a mesmerising view, the garden room was more like an apartment, very spacious and beautifully turned out and it’s all in a great location.

The owners were great- it is so good when something just works and my two days awere great

Everything about LochView is about as good as it gets. I really value the small things as much as the big ones. I asked for a small helping at Breakfast and I go it. Two Americans were raving about the fresh fruit. Great bed, pillows and the view out to the hills and sea. I'll be back

The cleanliness of this B&B was impressive, as it is evident that the proprietor takes great pride in maintaining a spotless and well-organised environment. This attention to detail extended to the cosy and comfortable room I was provided, which was tastefully decorated and featured all the necessary amenities to ensure a pleasant stay. The owner of Lochview House B&B went above and beyond in terms of hospitality. Their welcoming and well-mannered demeanour made me feel like a valued guest, and they were always available to assist with any needs or enquiries I had during my stay. One of the highlights of my visit was the fantastic breakfast served each morning. Prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients, the breakfast menu offered a variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. The presentation was equally impressive, demonstrating the proprietor's dedication to providing a delightful dining experience for their guests. Very happy to go back in future. Worth visiting.

Lovely breakfast. If we had wanted a very early one we could have had their breakfast pack which I'm sure would have been good too. Great drying room for wet gear. Lovely views. Look at the birds in the garden!

A couple more milks would have been appreciated of rate tea in the room.

Very comfortable rooms with a nice view.

Very nice location in Fort William. Over the years, we visited several hotels and BnBs in Scotland, but the Lochview House in Fort William was by far our most prefered location! The view from the rooms and the breakfast room is very nice and the rooms are very spacious. The rooms are very tidy and the interior is very well-kept. Karen and Vince did an amazing job with the Lochview House!

Beautiful house in a stunning location. Karen was an exceptional host and was very friendly and helpful with extensive local knowledge. The smoked salmon and scrambled eggs breakfast is highly recommended!

Beautiful and cozy. I slept so well that I accidentally slept through breakfast and almost missed my bus! They also let me leave my luggage there in the morning before check-in, so I could go on a hike!

Superb location and hosts but unsuitable if you lack mobility!

Location overlooking the Loch was superb. Hosts were excellent and their recommendations. Room was decorated to a very high standard. Dining room was perfect location.

The room although of a high standard of furnishing was compact and the shower room very tight, shower in particular was a squeeze! It is a steep climb up to Lochview and unsuitable to those with mobility issues! Stairs to all rooms!

Excellent Small Guesthouse overlooking Loch Linnhe serving superb breakfasts

Wonderful Loch views especially from Dining Room. Quiet elevated location 10 minutes walk from town centre. Clean, comfortable rooms. Terrace with outdoor seating and residents lounge. Friendly owners. First class tasty breakfasts.

After a long hard climb (Ben Nevis) Lockview House was just what I needed.

A group of friends and I climbed Ben Nevis and Lockview House is where I stayed. If was Fantastic, the room very clean with my own toilet and shower, beautiful view from my window (room1) and a lovely breakfast, thank you.

Great location for a stay in Fort William.

lovely breakfast room with amazing views (worth the walk up the hill for). Karen the hostess was very friendly and helpful. The bed was really comfortable. Great breakfast with take-out option for early start on our final morning.

Nothing (although if you don’t like walking get a taxi up the hill!

Excellent stay. No complaints except the drying room.

It was a great room for a good price. The room was clean and comfortable. No complaints at all about the room.

The only downside at all was that the drying room wasn’t effective. The heater wasn’t on, the fan/dehumidifier was turned off at some point in the night and there was no newspaper left to stuff shoes. This resulted in my shoes still being very wet the next day, which I wasn’t too pleased about since I had to wear them for the rest of the day

Excellent host, very comfortable, clean & welcoming. Very good local knowledge

1st class choice for breakfast, ordered the night before & all ready when we came down. Cooked fresh for the time we ordered. Location suited us high above Fort William very quiet & peaceful, we were able to walk into town for dinner each evening & walk back.

Don’t think anything could be improved. Little touches in the room e.g toiletries etc we’re well thought about to make it very comfortable . Nice lounge available to relax in.
