location of the property was very good
facilities where very old and needed to be refurbished.
3.0
In terms of the bare minimum the location of the property as well as the basic breakfast (toast and cereal) were advantages. However I would be being to generous to give more.
Upon arrival we were greeted and checking in was easy, however we immediately noticed the property was rundown and extremely dirty. This was perpetuated by the infestation of bugs in the women’s bathroom on level B and the adjacent sinks to the rooms. Again the bugs and lack of cleanliness were apparent in the women’s showers which were so dark, damp and mouldy.
Moving onto the room. Where to even start. Room was dark, sheets were like sandpaper (scratchy and thin) not to mention the pillows might as well have been just the case because they provided next to no sponge/comfort. Our room was located right next to this fan which blasted 24/7 and was so so obnoxiously loud, like? also towards the end of our stay the fire alarm was malfunctioning so we were woken up in the middle of night multiple times and we went to evacuate but no staff were around, so as one would be we were concerned for our wellbeing but just had to assume there was no fire?
Would not recommend unless you are really prepared for a budget hotel.

location
very aged place. rooms very sparse. breakfast was basic but convenient
3.0
the location was close to the fields
The property was old. facilities need to be updated badly. Charged for towels, onsen and washing facilities. Driers didn’t dry anything after being in there for 1.5 hours. Had to dry in room.

spend $100 per room on a tv that people can use, also pillows were a little below average

Location and breakfast
3.0
The staff was nice, English speaking.
The room was super small and not as per photos.
Breakfas wast included, but you should mention that it is absolutely simple: bread, coffee and cornflakes. Price was more than 50.000 JPY for 2 nights, there is no problem with payment, but at least it should be something for what we paid that amount.

Breakfast is simple (cereal, toast, coffee, juice) but the location is really tough to beat.
Parts of the hotel were closed (onsen) and the wifi was only available on the first floor.

Its a 3 minute walk to Hakuba Snow Resort and many different shops/restaurants.
The Hotel does not provide any wifi except the cafe/bar. The free breakfast only provided sliced bread, cereal, coffee, yogurt and not fully boiled eggs. And our room had a funny smell, but it was easy to ignore.
3.0
Bed was comfortable, breakfast was quiet enough, and location is great.
There were only 2 staffs for all the full hotel, so it was their excuse for not opening the onsen (but without informing about that in Booking.com), and not cleaning the entrance that was full of snow/ice (in comparison with other hotels of the same area). But that was not reflected in a reduction in the price. The toilet inside the room is a little small, but acceptable. They didn't provide sandals to use after the entrance or the drying room, again, in comparison with other hotels in show areas.
