Satisfaisant

L'emplacement est parfait à 5 minutes à pied de la cité. La chambre est spacieuse, la piscine agréable après une bonne journée de visite. Le complexe en général est sympa et accueillant. Le personnel est agréable.

Les équipements sont vieillots. La propreté pourrait être meilleure, tâches et traces douteuses sur le rideau de douche, à côté des wc, sur les draps, porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas...

Lo que más me gustó fue la calidad precio. El apartamento era iluminado y con su balconcito que podías salir a comer o cenar fuera. Apartamento muy completo y agradable. Volveremos

Not as good as it used to be.

The location for visiting the castle was really good, in fact walkable for most people. The room was clean, and the balcony a bonus. The young lady on breakfast duty was very friendly and cheerful.

We visited this establishment 18 months ago, and were really happy with it. However, we were disappointed this time. The apartment seemed very tired and verged on shabby. Curtains were partly hanging off the rails, the shower needed wedging in the right position, and the toilet door couldn't open even halfway as it hit the toilet. The continental breakfast wasn't great either: limited meat on day one, no cheese on day two, and the bread was rock hard.

Great Location on a budget

Location to Cité was 5 minute stroll (exit apphotel, go left then right and follow road to the Cité). Staff super helpful and great information provided. The facilities while basic were clean. Small swimming pool was an added bonus.

1 toilet roll provided for 3 day stay. No hand towel provided just a bath sheet. Checkout is 10am whereas 12 noon is the norm in most accomodations.

El emplazamiento, La seguridad para el vehículo en recinto cerrado, El silencio, etc...

Mobiliario y cortinas muy antiguo y muy deteriorado, sofá durísimo, (Era un sofá-cama), el aro del WC, tenía un tope de apoyo delantero roto, con el peligro de que al apoyarte en él, se rompiese, papel higiénico de bajísima calidad, sólo tenía bañera (NO DUCHA), con un fondo resbaladizo y sin agarraderos por ningún lado, el borde de la bañera era muy alto, con el gran peligro de tener un serio accidente, al entrar y salir de ella, para las personas mayores, como era mi caso.

-chambres separées( parents-enfants) SUPER! - personnel tres accueillant - toilettes separés de la sdb propres - proximité de la cité de Carcassonne - parking gratuit et sécurisé

- certaines choses sont vraiment a renover: piscine( moisi entre l‘ intérieur et le bord; sol pas propres) -propreté en géneral - sortir les poubelles de l‘appartement( si non fait 15€ de taxes).

La atención de recepción, impecable, muy amables y atentos. Un lugar muy bien situado, muy tranquilo y muy cerquita del castillo.

Las almohadas eran un poco incómodas y el ruido de la nevera era un poco molesto para dormir. Pero por todo lo demás, muy bien

séjour sympa à 2 pas de la cité médiévale

L'emplacement est top car à 10 minutes de marche de la cité médiévale. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus. Nous y allions en fin de journée.

Staff were lovely and very welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Great coffee in the morning. Very short walk to medieval city.

The location, parking and access, and the staff was very good.

The interior is worn and torn. The pictures present a better impression than reality. The pool has cabins like public pools, where the cabins take up more space than the pool itself.

Functional & convenient hotel Great for dogs.

Close to the old city (5mins walk) very large carpark, this hotel is functional & convenient with friendly reception staff. The apartment was large and well equipped The ground floor has access to a grass area, accessible via French doors from the lounge and also the bedroom, which was convenient for the dogs.

The sofa was really thinly padded and uncomfortable, & the wifi was poor. You have to dispose of your own trash into a bin outside the gates, which was a little inconvenient having to go back to wash your hands after vacating the room but not really a problem.

Avoid

The hotel took €200 from me as a deposit and have not returned it. The deposit policy is highly unfair and exceptional compared to other hotels. The customer service is very poor and the staff have been very unhelpful in dealing with this refund

Very good

The staff in this hotel is a treasure. We needed to leave the car at the hotel parking lot earlier that was check - in. Not only it wasn ´t a problem but smiley staff let us have an early check in. Location is not that far from the castle. Swimming pool with saunawas nice althogh a little small for hotel like this.

The furniture seems to have better days behind.

Good value for money and perfect location to visit Cite.

The property is located very close to the Cite so you can come and go between exploring during the day and night. Perfect for families as facilities for cooking. Very friendly staff.

Would be good to have tea/coffee in room on arrival.

Superb

Very nice place with a lot of facilities. They rent apartments, so that offer you a home style management of your stay, you can cook etc... Went in winter time of season, so it was quiet at night. Staff was great and helpful, they have a nice buffet breakfast. Takes 10 minutes at the most to be at the castle.

Accommodation was excellent. Full equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, separate toilet and bathroom, double bedded bedroom and an extra room.

Connection with the center (2.5km). Poor bus connection. Difficult to obtain taxi. Ordering a taxi may take more then 20 min. I, personally, don't like one blanket cover for double bad.

Excellent option in Carcassone

Walking distance to castle at quiet neighbourhood, safe car parking, white clean sheets, clean apartment, customer friendly staff at reception and answering messages.

Two single beds were a bit narrow for adults to sleep.
