It was very good except the 1 lady staff in the restaurant. Front Desk she has no personality.

Room was comfortable.

There is one staff in the restaurant shes not approachable.

Good hotel for the price.

Overall clean, bed was very comfortable., nice breakfast. Staff friendly and location was off the main street close to shops, mall and bars.

Hot water in shower difficult to control, spent ages trying to get the temperature right due to low cold-water pressure. They had cable TV but most of the stations were scrabbled so not much to watch. That said will likely stay here again.

Stayed here for a very short visit but

It was close to downtown

It’s filthy and everything doesn’t seem to work . Toilet doesn’t flush and the sink doesn’t drain. The shower head is rusted .

Under the sink is leaking. The aircon is too noisy, we cant sleep well from a very long hours flight. There should be menu in every room so they just call to the restaurant easily.

Bad smell in room. Not clean. No water pressure. Bugs everywhere. Carpet made my family's feet stained.

Leisure Time

The place was nice. It exceeded my expectations. It was a good place to go whenever you're about to go party with your friends. The facilities were all working fine. The staff were nice and very approachable. The only downside was that the drinks prices were not updated, as we paid more than what we had initially calculated.

only the situation and the price

hotel is old, not proper maintened, matress, pillows, blankets are over used, aircond is noisy bathroom is old and dirty.... every thing in room is old and smell the old... cable tv is poor.... the end arrive slowly but surely...

Golden oldy

The room was very large and all furniture was solid wood and granite. Bathroom was very large and plenty of hot water. With a little work could be great. Overal good value for your money.

The hotel at one-time must have been very grand but it needs attention, not many staff and no one to make up the room.

the staff was great. They were very helpful. In fact, the staff made my stay enjoyable.

There was no internet connection in the room. For 7 days I had to sit in the lobby to get the internet. I told the manager about it but nothing was done. For my work I needed the internet in a private setting not in a public place, the Lobby.

Did not like it and will not be considering this Hotel for any future travels to Bacolod City.

The only positive aspect of this hotel was the staff

Old old old fixtures, features, furniture, This property has never seen a single update dice it was built from what I saw. I paid for breakfast for 2, as I was ordering the breakfast I paid for I was told that I wiuld need to pay extra for eggs or what the staff called an Amercan breakfast. The toast was terrible, the bacon had a absolutely zero bacon flavor but the eggs were ok.No elevator. I called the desk and asked for 2 additional towel I was told I would have to pay a fee for any additional towels unless I gave them the old ones that I had wrapped around me, I had to take the towel off of me throw some shorts in while I was still wet and hand over the old towels to housekeeping when they came to deliver the dry ones. So you have the info and now it's up to you to decide if this property suits your needs.
