Would definitely stay here again.

This is a family run inn and the family is very nice and helpful. We especially appreciated Niksa. It's in a residential neighborhood and from the balcony/patio, there's a beautiful view of the sea. The room was bright and clean. There's a communal kitchen and a grocery store close by, so we had a nice, light breakfast on the patio.

We took the #4 bus from the Old City, 3 stops away; <2 Euros, each. The walk to the inn from the bus stop is a steep climb with many stairs. Carrying our luggage was a bit challenging. Next time, we will take a taxi. Because we booked late, the only available room was the one with the bathroom across the hall. The inconvenience was remedied by the reasonable cost of the room.

Une vue magnifique !!! Très calme ce qui est fort agréable après le tournis touristique d’une journée dans les remparts… Place de parking au pied de l’établissement possible. On se situe à 25min de marche du centre, pour ce qui ne veulent pas marcher un bus passe dans une rue pas loin. Un grand étendoir à disposition pour sécher son linge. La personne est très accueillante et serviable.

Le lit mou qui est un vrai calvaire pour dormir…

Superb host, gave us a succinct rundown of where we were situated and best routes into the old town and nearest beaches. Fantastic location, <10 minutes to several beaches and can reach the old city in 20 minutes by foot. Our room was very clean and comfortable. There was also a kitchen available to cook in. Easy parking just outside the property.

My friends and I recently stayed at this apartment and we were impressed! The apartment was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was also great, one beach that was really close was beautiful. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive to any questions or concerns we had throughout our stay. perfect host, super clean apartment and great breakfast at nearby restaurant.

~~ fantastic host greeted us on arrival with cold beers which was a nice touch and gave us all the info we needed on places to eat, busses, old town etc. apartment was spotless as was the entire house and grounds. great location with a 2 minute walk to the bus stop or 30 walk to the old town. situated in a very quiet part with a beautiful veranda. breakfast was taken in a fantastic restaurant just down the road and was delicious.

Everything specially the host really helpful and friendly!!! There was sun cream, bottled water, coffee everything was available for every guest. Less than 2 min walking we have Street food. 3 to 4 mim walking we have pharmacy, restaurants, bakery and two mini markets with everything to cook a meal or buy something you forgot at home.

Clean, near places to eat, ride bus, buy things, quiet neighorhood. What I appreciate most is owner’s helpfulness - guidance on how to go around, where to east etc, maps, my transfers to airport etc. Very responsive and patient with inquiries before arrival.

Great value for money at 10-15 minutes walk to the center of the city. Host was really kind and gave us details about restaurants, bus stations and places to visit. It was great that host let us stay parked longer at our checkout date.

Love it!

Bright and clean facility. The host was very nice and thoughtful. I used to stay there before and it speaks volumes if your guests want to come back. Simply, I like this place, besides the nice sea view, Montovjerna that area in Dubrovnik is pretty quiet.

Host was super nice, room was small but cute. You could even have fresh new towels every day. There was also a kitchen area, what we could use. WIFI was amazing and the tv had a lot of channels. Location was perfect, not that close to the busy oldtown tourist area but close enough to walk to oldtown. If you walked to the other side, there was also a nice relaxing beach area. So the location is right in the middle.

The room could have been cleaner. There were some hair laying in the bathroom from previous visitors, but it wasnt also that bad. All in all we really enjoyed our stay!
