Perfect for a stag party.

Super easy - door codes work well for a big group, contact was communicative and straightforward, location is perfect (10/10) for a group who want to be central (it’s noisy but that wasn’t an issue for us).

Beds are basic.

If I visit Lisbon again I'd love to stay at the same apartment...

Excellent location, with excellent and friendly hosts, as noisy as every downtown of the touristic city, but it's even nice...

just a tiny thing lacker of the bathroom was broken... but it's ok ...

Spacious flats in prime location for nightlife

Easy check-in through whatsapp texts, spacious rooms and common spaces, big bathrooms.

I can get very noisy at night but it was just what we were searching for.

Definitely recommended for group of friends. The apartments exactly look like the pictures.

The apartments were very spacious, the staff is great and they are very keen to give you the best service. We were even provided with an upgraded apartment. The location is definitely unbeatable, just next to night bars road, main Turism attractions, and in the middle of the city center.

Sofa beds weren’t dressed, but nothin really important.

A great apartment if you want to be in the middle of the city and don't mind noise.

The location of the apartment is great if you want to be in the city as long as you do not mind noise. As the building and apartment opens with a code instead of a key, it's ideal for groups or individuals that want to be independent from each other from time to time. The view of the water from the 4th floor is very nice.

If you're looking for a calm and quiet place, this might not be your choice. We were there in December/January when the apartment on the 4th floor was ok temperature-wise (outside it was ca. 16°C). It was difficult to properly air the rather humid apartment and all my clothes felt a bit wet after some days in the apartment.

Perfect place for a group on a drunken weekend away.

Great location for a large group visiting Lisbon. directly next to the Pink street bars and clubs and near to the time out restaurant. Also directly across the street from the rail and tram station to get to / from the airport.

No air con, fans supplied but as it’s a noisy area you can’t really leave windows open at night.

Great accommodation, excellent location

We stayed here as a group of 11 on a stag party and it was perfect. The facilities were clean and spacious and everything we needed. The location was excellent. Would highly recommend.

Good

I really liked the position of the house. It's in the center of the city and as you go out you are already behind pink street, one of the most famous street in Lisboa center.

The hous was NOT the same of the pictures on the website. We got disappointed when arriving there, it was not the same. And also, one of the night we stayed.. there was a house full of people that were making a lot of noises, banging things and we got really scared. i don't know if these people use to live here so it's the same everytime, or if theey just went in vacation.

Good price but a lot needs to be improved

Awesome location Good price Comfortable beds Staff was quickly available via WhatsApp for any issue 2 bathrooms are a plus

One towel only per person for 5 days 4 toilet paper rolls provided for 7 people for 5 days Electricity was broken the last day (fire hazard) We got locked out because the door system broke, had to call once again property management The shower and sinks were clogged on our arrival, got fixed by handyman the day later

Overall the place is nice, but there are some easy improvements to be made.

Location was very central. Next to bars and public transportation. There was noise but it's expected in such central location. Appartment was big. Communication with the host was good.

Not enough TP for six people. Ended up having to buy more. Not enough shampoo and shower gel for six people. We received a tiny sample in each bathroom, ended up buying more. Not enough towels. We only received six body towels, no face or hand towels. When we asked for more they said they didn't have any more towels. No dishwashing liquid. Single beds were on the small side, bunk bed matresses were uncomfortable.

Very good location. Cheep and cheerful. Apartments on lower floors are nicer but noise is excessive

Not very clean apartment. On top floor and still was very noisy from street below. Top floor apartment. Recommend getting apartment on lower floors as they seem to be done up nicer

Perfect, exactly as wanted

Location was great, very close to bus, tram, train and metro station. Many bars and restaurants very close by too.

Some people hoped for two pillows on the beds.

Great location

Apartment was 5th floor with no elevator it is 98 steps to the top. Was aware before arrival and it is the only thing I'd change about the stay.

Citytrip 2/10 - 6/10

It's in a neighborhood where they party a lot but we didn't mind. It was close to the train station so in 15 minutes you where is Cascais. Als 15 minute walk to the shopping street an very good restaurants around the appartement.

When we made the reservation for the appartement they didn't say anything about kids not allowed. There was even an option to book a baby bed extra. When I made the reservation I asked a few times if it was okay to put a babybed. This was no problem, 2 hours before we arrived in lissabon they sended us a message that the crib was broken and that their would not be a bed for the baby. This was at 11pm. When we called the host he said it was not his problem en that there were no children allowed.

Don't go to this place

The location, but the experience went awful due to the bad status of the apartment: flooded bathroom and terrible smell from the wc flooded

The apartment has one bathroom unavailable, without an awful smell and with the floor full of water , flooded from the wc. The owner didn't help us and didn't sent any maintenance or gives us any solution, not even a refund.
