Location is good, close enough to main train station, plenty of restaurants/bars around, looks newly refurbished/painted
Me and my son planned a 3 night stay here, paid for an en-suite room, and asked for twin beds. When we checked in we got a room that smelled of smoke and was the size of the double bed in it with a bathroom that hadn't enough space to even turn around not to mention get changed for a shower, (in fact I had to get dressed inside the shower cabin as that had slightly more space). For a bonus, the massive window opened onto the bed, rendering half of that unusable while open. When I went to reception and asked to be moved to a twin room, I was told we would have to share a bathroom with other guests, if we wanted separate beds. That's not what I booked or payed for. We had no other option for that night, but booked another hotel for the rest of our stay straight away. There was no lock on the bathroom door, so whenever my elbow hit off the door, it would open into the room, which not ideal when you're sharing this tiny space with a 14 year old boy! Absolutely unsuitable for anything other than parties. They advertise a common area for eating, but there are no forks, cups or plates. You can use the microwave but have to purchase cutlery from the vending machine. Some of the pictures online were of a different hotel, reception area is not as advertised! When we checked out in the morning, the woman at reception met us kindly, and had no problem understanding that we were checking out, asking how our stay was. When I started to complain and explain why we were checking out early, she all of a sudden didn't know a word of english! I complained to booking.com directly as well, yet more than a month later I still haven't received my refund for the last 2 nights! I work in a hotel myself, and this service was appalling! AVOID

Clean and very nice rooms.
Clean sheets and comfy beds.
Very good for one star hotel.
You can hear very clearly everything outside your room. It can be a problem if you have noisy neighbours.
3.5
The facilities were appropriate, although the toilet and shower were in the corridor. The breakfast was good and plentiful, also cheap if you order it after your arrival.
The insulation could be better as you heard everything from the corridor and sometimes the neighbour snoring. Important to remember the 6-digit code to your room when you go to the toilet or shower!
3.5
Nicely renovated rooms, room looks good.
Good location, easy access from the highway en to the center.
Friendly staff but you're going to need to talk a bit of French to communicate.
They allow pets for 5 euros per night per animal.
Doors lock with a keypad, so very safe and no chance of losing your key.
The room was very small, bathroom aswel. The sink was so small that washing your hands would cause water to fall on the floor. No airco in the building, so when it gets hot, it's hot inside and no way to cool down. Building doesn't cool down well on its own, when outside temperature drops, it's still hot inside all through the night.
Internet isn't great, often out of reach or just so little that you can't load anything.
The beds were very hard, we realy had to adjust to them.
No closets to put your stuff,
