Вид из отеля, конечно, великолепный. В номере чисто.

Начнём с того, что пляжа в отеле нет - на месте предполагаемого пляжика место впадения в море канализации. По фото мы надеялись, что в море всё же получится искупаться. Рисковать не стали. Завтраки - в принципе, голодным не останешься. И ужасное несоответствие цена-качество. Платный трансфер до пляжа - как-то мелочно при такой цене за проживание. Не имея транспорта в отеле быть весьма проблематично.

reception and restaurant are 3 star not 5 star… rooms are decent for a 4 star hotel. clearly not a 5 star hotel. only good thing was the great view…

المكان جميع. وحلو ونظيف مرا حنا شخصان و3 اولا ودفعون سريرين لهم ب120لشخص اقل من عمر 9سنين مجاني بس بشكل عام حلو الاكل يقولون حلال والفطور متنوع بس انا ماحبيت اكل بس نظيف وفيه خيارات وبيض يسوون لكم على حسب الطلب

لا شي هادي وبعيدشوي مافيه سوبر ماركت قريب يصلح استجمام. يوم بس

Our trip was wonderful we loved everything about it , Kiby , Mike ,Khun Nocc

We loved the whole staff in particular Kiby she’s one of the managers she was very sweet,kind & very helpful always making sure we had everything we needed it she made us feel very special from the first day we got there she welcomed us with cocktails & our suite was beautiful decorated with flowers ,fruits & chocolates , she made sure our trip was very fun & special , also Khun Nocc & Mike the other 2 managers on site went far & beyond to make sure our stay was good & fun we can’t say enough about them & the whole staff , we highly appreciated, we’ll definitely be back next year to stay there once again , a great location ♥️

Pleasant getaway from busy Patong.

We booked 3 rooms through flash deal and got all upgraded to seaview plus extra kid bed—best deal ever! Hotel Teams are pretty considerate and friendly. Infinity edge pool is quite nice and you can walk downstairs to the private rocky beach.

The hotel is located on the hillside. So renting a car would be more convenient as it’s not walking distance to Patong or Kamala beach and not easy spot to catch public bus either.

Lovely stay

Amazing views from the hotel, overall it is the perfect place for your instagram photos. Stuff was very helpful and lovely, absolutely friendly. The facilities are not brand new, but my room was clean and nice. It is just 10 minutes away from Patong

Food menu. Highly recommend to change the menu style to have more thai food options. For such a great hotel, restaurant was much lower. Change restaurant management.

Tolle Ort mit einem unglaublich schönen Ambiente - sehr zuvorkommendes Personal.

Die Unterkunft ist super schön, direkt am Meer, bietet leckeres Essen und tolle Plätze in verschiedenen Locations innerhalb des Hotels. Liebe Grüße an dieser Stelle auch an Prim und das ganze Personal, es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt und wir werden definitiv wieder kommen.

Hab wirklich nichts auszusetzen.

Netter Infinity Pool, schöne Aussicht

Leider gibt es am Pool keinen Schatten. Keine Schirme, keine Palmen oder Ähnliches. Keinerlei Aktivitäten im Hotel.

Hotel paradisiaco con vistas al mar para ir a desconectar unos días a muy buen precio

Las vistas de la habitación, piscina, etc (esta en un sitio privilegiado) y las instalaciones que ofrece el hotel. Especialmente la habitación con jacuzzi y muchas comodidad. Increíble vista de la puesta del sol. Trato del personal nos hico sentir como reinas

Para ir del alojamiento a cualquier otro punto (ej Patong beach o Kamala beach) necesitas transporte. Un hotel de 5 estrellas tendría que ofrecer transporte gratuito hasta al centro en ciertas horas.

Nice stay and not too much to complain about

The pool with the views, the staff abs the overall ambience of the place. It was easy to relax.

I didn’t like the location as it was abit far from alot of places and it was hard to get taxis. I also would have expected much more for that price as I was expecting it to have way higher standards being a 5 star hotel

Great location, delicious breakfast and incredible views

Good property, incredible views from the apartment and the pool. Hotel scenery is great so it is worth to stay there.

Our apartment was nice but the air conditioning wasn’t working correctly so it was a little problem as a temperatures were high. Breakfast was amazingly delicious and all stuff was great. Thank you

Everything about it was 5 stars

We had a wonderful stay at the Zenamya Phuket. We checked in at 11pm and the staff we very helpful making it a very smooth checkin. The location is amazing (just a few minutes from the heart of Phuket) and the views are incredible.

Only view of room

The pool was very dirty and We have told them several times. But unforetunetly they did not do anything about it. We paid that amount because We suppose to use the pool but at the end we could not. Also breakfeast was very poor. I will never pay a penny to them again.

I have a huge jaccuzi in the balcony. The hotel has nice views, a beautiful infinity pool and swings by the sea. A small rocky private beach. Staff at the reception are nice in general.

Comparing with the view outside, everything is bit worn and old in my room. Roomservice lady seemed grumpy when i ask her to help me to open the worn and jammed shower door. Reception lady never call me back after I asked her to help me send my sunglasses back to bangkok and I will pay for the cost. Having a bar view room instead of the sea view which I booked. Only the price of he cocktail at the bar seems five stars. Maybe because the hotel worried that i will feel lonely being a solo traveler. They arraneged me a room with bar view and everyone outside can see me in the balcony. Yea i double checked the booking ,I indeed paid and booked a so called deluxe king room with sea view. With the view of the restaurant and bar, I can smell the food and hear the people outside and even jump into their hugs as they are just one floor below.

The worst hotel and. Service I had the stuff the resptions doesnt no how to deal with Customers I had traveled for 7hours and th welcome was very bad the hotel rooms and bathrooms full of ants domt recomnend this hotel

The location the rooms dirty. The rooms are full of ants bed uncomfitobale. The stuff are not friendly very bad Service the resptions is unwellcoming very bad attide
