Great hospitality and environment. We received bicycle so we could easily cycle to Sirmione and Perschierra. We had a great time.

Besser geht es nicht!
Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben. Alles sehr sauber. Die Lage sehr ruhig. Die Fahrräder für Touren in der Umgebung völlig in Ordnung. Der Pool sehr sauber und gepflegt und immer freie Liegen verfügbar. Renato und seine Frau waren tolle Gastgeber!!! Renato reagierte auf Fragen in absoluter Rekordzeit. Also: Alles super!!!!

Vorab ein herzliches Dankeschön an Sonia und Renato. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Appartment ist gut aufgeteilt, zweckmäßig eingerichtet und bietet eine Terrasse sowie einen Balkon. Die Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer funktioniert sehr gut. Es gibt keine Spülmaschine und keine Waschmaschine, was wir jedoch nicht vermisst haben.
Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das gilt auch für die tolle Poolanlage (Badekappe nicht vergessen). Die Poolanlage besteht aus Schwimmer- und Nichtschwimmerbecken, bietet zu jeder Zeit genügend Sonnenliegen, Bademeister, Schattenflächen und Toilette. Am Wochende kann es etwas voller werden. Das Publikum ist gemischt und besteht aus Eigentümern und Urlaubern. Uns hat das gut gefallen, insgesamt eine freundliche und sehr entspannte Atmosphäre.
Die Lage zwischen Sirmione und Peschiera ist sehr gut. Fußläufig erreichbar ist ein nettes Restaurant mit Kinderspielbereich, zwei Mini-Märkte, ein Kinderspielplatz und die Strandpromenade mit einer netten Strandbar. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man gut nach Sirmione und Peschiera. Auch drei Supermärkte befinden sich in einem Umkreis von zwei Kilometern.
Die Vermieter, Sonia und Renato, sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war etwas schwierig, da wir kein italienisch sprechen. Mit Hilfe einer Übersetzer-App geht das dann aber ganz gut.
Wir können die Vermieter und das Appartment nur empfehlen!

Mooie accomodatie aan het meer
Prachtig, in het groen gelegen accommodatie met een groot eigen zwembad op de residentie. Zeer rustige omgeving vanwaar je in 5 minuutjes naar het meer loopt om heerlijk te zwemmen. Ook de dorpjes in de omgeving zijn leuk en makkelijk bereikbaar.

Super saubere Anlage und sehr netten Vermieter
Das Apartment liegt in einer abgeschlossenen Wohnanlage mit mehreren 2 stöckigen Häusern. Jedes Apartment hat mindestens 1 Balkon. Die Zimmer sind mit allen ausgestattet was man braucht. Sogar eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer ist vorhanden.
WLAN empfang war super, durch Router direkt im Apartment.
Der zum Objekt gehörende Pool war gigantisch. Sehr groß, super sauber und gepflegt. Ausreichend liegen am Pool mit Sonnenschirm oder Schatten von Bäumen und viel Rasen.
Es gab 4 Duschen und ein Pool für die kleinen Gäste zum planschen.
Die 2 kostenlosen Fahrräder waren sehr nostalgisch aber super zuverlässig. Da wir nur für eine Woche ein Mietauto hatten, haben wir die Räder sowohl zum See als auch zum einkaufen gut genutzt. Sogar am Abend sind wir 2x mit den Rädern bis Sirmione zur Wasserburg und 1x nach Peschiera de Garda gefahren. (Beides ca. 25 Minuten entfernt), "Lidl" und "dm" waren nur 5 Autominuten entfernt.
Bei unserer Anreise und Abreise hat uns Renato vom Zug in Peschiera del Garda abgeholt und wieder hingebracht. Nochmals vielen vielen lieben Dank dafür.
Auch bei Problemen oder Wünschen konnte man jederzeit per Whats App Kontakt aufnehmen.
Wer mit Auto anreist, hat bei Renato und Sonja einen super tollen entspannten Urlaub, mit vielen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Umgebung.

Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt😃�. Es war eine sehr gepflegte Anlage mit einem schönen Pool zum entspannen. In der liebevoll eingerichteten und sauberen Ferienwohnung war alles vorhanden was man brauchte und hat für drei Personen vollkommen gereicht. Die Vermieter waren super nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung bei der es an nichts fehlt
Wir (2 Personen) haben eine Woche in der Ferienwohnung verbracht. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts, von einer Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer, Deckenventilatoren, Mikrowelle bis zu einer wirklich kompletten Küchenausstattung, alles vorhanden. Auch zwei Fahrräder wurden uns angeboten.
Die Vermieter, Sonia und Renato sind supernett!
Renato antwortet sehr schnell und versorgt einem vorab mit allen Informationen.
Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt. Der Pool macht einen sehr sauberen Eindruck. Ja, hier gibt es die Regel, dass man nur mit Badekappe in den Pool darf, dies hat mir aber nichts ausgemacht.
Wenn sechs Sterne möglich wären, hätte ich diese auch vergeben.

Super Unterkunft, gerne wieder
Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Renato und seiner Frau sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war schön und sehr sauber.
Renato hat bereits im Vorfeld sehr schnell auf Fragen o.Ä. reagiert und auch die Kommunikation vor Ort war dank Übersetzungs-App und Grundkenntnissen in Englisch kein Problem.
Zum See läuft man ungefähr 5 Minuten, mit den Fahrrädern, die zur kostenlosen Verfügung standen, war man sogar schon in 2 Minuten am Strand. Der Poolbereich war ebenfalls sehr schön, mit riesigem Pool und großer Liegefläche.
Alles in allem ein wunderschöner Urlaub!

Een mooi en functioneel appartement op 10 minuten lopen van strandje aan Gardameeer.
Op een mooie en rustige locatie. Contact, opvang en introductie door verhuurders zeer vriendelijk/gastvrij en ondanks dat wel elkaar niet verstonden ging het met behulp van Google Translate prima. Mooie, vrij nieuwe badkamer en keuken. Mooi rustig parkje met eigen parkeerplaats op terrein binnen de hekken. Geen overlast van camping er naast gehad. Daar waren we enigszins ongerust over.

Wunderschöner Urlaub am Gardasee
Zuerst noch mal ein ganz dickes Dankeschön an Renato und seine Frau, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Auch bei Fragen, oder Tips zu Ausflügen, war Renato immer zur Stelle und hat uns weitergeholfen! DANKE!!
Innanzitutto un grande grazie a Renato e sua moglie, siamo stati calorosamente accolti. Anche con domande o suggerimenti sulle escursioni, Renato era sempre a portata di mano e ci ha aiutato! GRAZIE !!
Die Anlage ist komplett umzäunt (man bekommt einen Schlüssel für's elektrische Einfahrtstor) und mit Palmen, Büschen, Bäumen und Rasen begrünt, alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eigener Stellplatz ca 50m von der Ferienwohnung entfernt. Zur Anlage gehört auch eine Poolanlage, mit einem 20m Becken und einen kleinen Kinderbecken, Duschen und viele Strandliegen sind vorhanden... alles auf modernem Stand und tip top geflegt und sauber.
Die FEWO ist gut aufgeteilt, auch für drei Personen ausreichend und ebenfalls gut eingerichtet und sauber.
Sie besitzt 2 Balkone, den kleineren benutzten wir für den Wäscheständer, den grossen zum frühstücken...herrlich!
Die Umgebung und Landschaft lassen keine Wünsche offen, es wird so viel angeboten, dass man dort auch Monate verbringen könnte, ohne das Langeweile aufkommt.
Den kostenlosen Badestrand erreicht man zu Fuss in guten 5 Minuten, mit den Rädern (inklusive !!) noch schneller.
Unser Action Tip, eine Canyoning Tour bei aquathrill.de ...der Hammer!
Frische Brötchen und alles für den kleinen Einkauf gibt's direkt gegenüber im Campingmarkt...in ca 5km Entfernung ist ein grosser moderner Lidl.
Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit dort und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder...100% zu empfehlen!

La vacanza perfetta
Siamo stati una settimana in questo splendido appartamento, all interno di un residence bellissimo come d altronde lo è la località di Sirmione.
L appartamento corrisponde in pieno alla descrizione, la cucina è molto
fornita di accessori e, cosa importante, dotato di aria condizionata oltre che alle famose bici "vintage".
Infine, ma non per ordine di importanza, ci sono i proprietari, Renato e Sonia che sono veramente delle gran belle persone.

Super Urlaub
Wir haben bei Renato und Sonja einen super schönen Urlaub verbracht.
Das sehr schöne Spätsommerwetter hat natürlich mit dazu beigetragen.
Auch wenn die Verständigung problematisch ist, wir sprechen kein Italienisch, unser Gastegeber kein deutsch, haben wir per Handy mit Übersetzungsprogramm uns schnell verständigt. Alles hat super geklappt.
Da die Hauptsaison beendet war, ist auch am Pool und der kompletten Ferienanlage alles ruhig und entspannend.
Schade das wir kein deutschsprachiges Fernsehprogramm entfangen konnten.
Wir können das Feriendomizil nur weiterempfehlen.

Erholsamer und schöner Urlaub
Es ist eine sehr gepflegte und sauber Ferienwohnung. Dies gilt auch für die Gartenanlage und den Swimmingpool. Durch die etwas abgelegene Lage des Hauses ist es zwar ruhig, man ist jedoch auch auf das Auto bzw. den Bus angewiesen. Deshalb auch nur die 4 Sterne. Leider ist es nicht möglich nur einen halben abzuziehen, da wir den Urlaub und die Gastfreundschaft der Menschen am Gardasee und des Ehepaars Bertolassi sehr genossen haben. Alles im allem war es ein sehr schöner und erholsamer Urlaub! Vielen Dank.

Casa accogliente e host gentili e premurosi; l'ambiente del residence è signorile e tranquillo, la piscina molto pulita e il lago( bellissimo) a due passi...
Un solo piccolissimo difetto: manca la luce esterna sul balcone con tavolo e sedie, in cui si sarebbe potuto cenare.

Für Familien ohne Kinder zu empfehlen
Der Gesamteindruck war sehr gut. Trotz der Sprachbarriere, das super freundliche Vermieterehepaar spricht nur italienisch, hat alles hervorragend geklappt. Einziger Wehmutstropfen ist der Pool, der zwar groß genug ist jedoch nicht für spielende Kinder geeignet. Auch liegt die Unterkunft weit außerhalb von Sirmione, was uns jedoch nicht störte.

Sehr schönes Appartement
Das Appartement war sehr schön und funktional. Für zwei Personen perfekt geeignet und ein kleines Kind findet bestimmt auch noch Platz. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Klimaanlage die für kühle Nächte sorgt, während es draussen heiss ist.
Alle Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Badezimmer wurde erst vor kurzem erneuert.
Bei Ankunft erhielten wir einen LTE Access Point mit einem wöchentlichen WLAN Kontingent von 7GB, was für gelegentliche Skype Anrufe, Facebook Updates etc. vollkommen ausreichend ist.
Die gesamte Appartement Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und in sehr gutem Zustand.
Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind in der Nähe und zum Gardasee ist es nur ein Katzensprung.
Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr zuvorkommend und sehr hilfsbereit. Eventuelle Sprachbarrieren sind in Zeiten des Google Übersetzers kein wirkliches Problem.
Also alles in allem, können wir diese Appartement und seine Beistzer zu 100% weiterempfehlen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung in gepflegter Anlage in Sirmione
Renato und Sonia sind sehr nette Vermieter, die alles dafür tun, dass es den Feriengästen gut geht. Trotz Sprachbarriere konnten wir uns mit Hilfe von Google-Übersetzer im Vorfeld und bei Wohnungsübergabe gut verständigen.
Die Wohnung ist mit allen nötigen Dingen ausgestattet auch Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Sowohl die Ferienanlage als auch der Poolbereich lassen sich nur mit Zugangsschlüsseln betreten. Schön war auch, dass wir zwei erhielten falls man einmal getrennte Wege geht. Die zwei vorhandenen Balkone sind teilweise überdacht dies ist im Sommer sehr angenehm. Von einem Balkon kann man auch das Ufer des Gardasees sehen, der zu Fuß über eine nicht für den Autoverkehr zugelassene Straße innerhalb von 5 Minuten erreicht ist. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es einige kleinere und größere Supermärkte die auch am Sonntag geöffnet haben. Für Fahrradtouren stehen drei Fahrräder zur Verfügung.
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohlgefühlt und sehr gut erholt. Sicherlich war dies nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt bei Sonia und Renato

The apartment was very clean and well equipped for cooking. There is a corner shop and two restaurants directly opposite which made staying there so much easier as we didn’t have a car with us. The building is part of a holiday resort so it felt really safe staying there, and the couple who own it were really kind to us! The bikes were brilliant, we basically cycled everywhere and found some amazing beaches. The pool was great although you need to wear a swimming cap so we much preferred swimming in the lake which was only 5minutes away. Would definitely come back again!

Sonia, die wir bei der Ankunft kennen lernten und Renato, der bereits im Vorfeld supernett schrieb, waren klasse Gastgeber. Mit Google-Übersetzer, Händen und Füßen verständigten wir uns und erhielten alle erdenkliche Hilfe. Mit den 3 Rädern waren wir mobil und kamen auch ohne Auto prima zurecht. Vom / zum Bhf. wurden wir von Renato gefahren. Die Wohnung war blitzesauber, alles tip-top. Die beiden kümmern sich prima um Wohnung und Gäste und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Einziger "Wermutstropfen" für unsere Tochter war die Badekappenpflicht im Pool, die aber nicht von Renato ausging und zumindest auch auf dem Campingplatz gegenüber bestand ;)

Super séjour
Excellent séjour dans un appartement simple mais bien suffisant pour nous deux. Au sein de la superbe copropriété, très bien entretenue, nous avons trouvé le calme et aussi le chant des oiseaux tôt le matin. A noter la sympathie, la serviabilité et la gentillesses des propriétaires. Allez -y, nous recommandons sans hésiter cette adresse. En plus elle est bien située et facilement accessible. Hummm on a envie d'y retourner!!!!

The room was missing some basic stuff that we had to buy like :salt, oil, more toilet paper, dishes soap etc but in general it was as expected. The Wi-Fi was good, the apartment was big enough. Hot water can run out and you need to wait around 15 minutes to get warm water again in case you are a family that all need to shower one after the other...
