Exceptional

Our first vacation at Kalives Poligirou and definitely not our last. It turned out amazing and this place is a pure gem. We were welcomed by the owner at our given arrival time, they showed us two apartments that were ready to choose from and both were spacious enough for a family of three. Clean, no pests and equipped with all the necessities you'll need, from towels to kitchenware . The property is right on the sandy beach and has its own sunbeds and umbrellas that are free to use with the room key (an umbrella and two sunbeds per apartment) Extremely quiet place if your vacation is all about resting on the beach. The water is very warm, even when the weather is cloudy or windy. Thank you for this wonderful peaceful experience. We will visit again

Nice owners, very nice location!

The hosts were very friendly, kind and ready to help any time with anything we might have needed. The house has a perfect location, very close to the beach, nice, comfy terrace ideal for a family meal. It was quiet, with an equipped kitchen and enough room for our small family.

The additional Sofa/bed, which was very uncomfortable. If it would be replaced, the Apartment would become a 10 from 10, without a doubt.

Excellent!

The accommodation was absolutely exceptional and very near to the beach which is perfect. Very clean, very comfortable, all necessities were already in accommodation. Towels and sheets were changed every 3 days. Our dogs enjoyed the stay too ☺️ We would like to come here again!

Everything was great. I simply can't find one thing we didn't like.

A very pleasant stay!

Great location, right next to the beach with sunbeds. Restaurant and supermarket nearby. Studio with hall, bedroom, bathroom and kitchen, all separate. And what's important, very kind hosts.

Pet friendly apartment, near beach with good wi-fi and parking,

Hosts are great and positive people, always willing to help and make your stay pleasant. Apartment is fully equipped with all necessary things, very clean and comfortable, 20m from a beach. Great wi-fi signal, pets are welcome also (we had 30kg labrador with us).

For a guy that is tall 185cm bed is a bit short. :) But everything else compensates this.

A good and comfortable place, close to Kasandra and Sithonia.

Its extremely close to the beach (only cross the street and you can sunbath and use room's wifi). Next door there is a restaurant with great food and kind staff. The room and bed were comfortable. The host is an elderly man who does not speak English so we communicated through his son. We payed by card although it was evident our host hadn't used its card terminal much.

We booked a room with a balcony but our room was on the ground floor and at first we had some privacy issues. Nevertheless there is a big porch which for outdoor use. The room had thin walls and we could hear our neighbours. There is a shop on the main road about 15 min walk. The bahroom was not fully renovated `- the towel stand was not properly attached and fell after we put our towels. There was not a stand for the shower in the bathroom. The beach at front is not bad but gets boring quickly - there was not a beach bar or music. We mostly visited other more beautiful beaches.

Great apartments, Friendly hosts, Nice location.

-The hosts were friendly people. -Nice and clean apartment. -We traveled with our pet - a dog. -A parking spot was provided.

The beaches were not what we expected. We traveled to other regions.
