kein Traumhotel aber OK

die Lage war schön. Frühstück wurde individuell vorbereitet und war lecker. Die Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert.

das Essen im Restaurant war, außerhalb des Frühstücks nicht lecker. Wir haben außerhalb gegessen. Wir hatten die Unterkunft ganz hinten oben. Das Bad war sehr dunkel und nicht besonders sauber. Teilweise hat es sehr gerochen. In unserer Unterkunft ist das Wlan sofort weggegangen, sobald man es "benutzen" wollte. Wir waren wohl zu weit weg. Der Pool hatte zwar einen schönen Ausblick, war aber so warm, dass man meinen konnte, man schwimmt in einem Whirlpool. Wir konnten uns dort nicht erfrischen und haben somit auch keine Zeit am Pool verbracht. Unserer Meinung nach ist das Hotel schön, aber Preis- Leistungsmäßig finden wir es zu teuer. Es ist mehr Schein als Sein.

Rustic, quiet, peaceful with an amazing view, what more could you ask for? Bali pf 20 years ago. No TV but with good internet enabled us to stay in contact with the world but only when we chose to.

It was a well maintained property,very helpful staff and the owner was very accommodating and compassionate . The property is in a good location to just walk down and see the sights. The breakfast was excellent.would highly

Low key escape, beautiful sunset and surf views

Great location, beautiful sunsets. Perfect view of the surf. Salt water pool. Very good staff. Good food. Comfortable beds and amazing shower pressure.

Superb

What a fabulous spot to sit at each night and sip a cocktail as the sun went down. The outside facilities were great and the pool was perfect for a swim to cool off and watch the view. The hosts were super friendly and helpful. Asked for a scooter for the day and one showed up 5 minutes later! If you feel comfortable have a go at riding a scooter as it’s really the only way to get around on the island, but that is what makes Nusa Ceningan so special. Room was comfortable and clean, no complaints.

the stay was nice but it was a little underwhelming when we arrived and it wasn’t like the pictures

Great stay at the Cenigan island!

Big clean room with an amazing view you cant get tired of🌞 Nice pool with oceanview so you can see the sunset or just relax to the waves. Both owners and their staff is such beautiful people who always do their best so you wont miss anything in any way 🙏❤️ Big tasty menu with all (award winning) homemade Mexican/Indonesian/western/veggie u name it! Especially the Mexican part of menu is yummy!🌮🌯 This is really a 10/10🌸 Great stay at a calm place!

Exceptional

The hotel is located on the west side of the island with an amazing view of the sunset, which you can watch directly from the pool or at dinner. Nearby is the nice Secret Point beach and several beach bars. From the other side, a view of the beautiful Blue Lagoon. The staff is very pleasant. Jordan is very helpful in arranging any trip. We really liked our stay

ocean view property with good food. kitchen chef is talented. Assistant Manager Jordan was amazing and a good communicator. He was really helpful in making our stay special. he arranged tours and private photography. bike rental, etc. This island was surreal.

The Palms Hotel Ceningan's - ABSOLUTE MUST STAY amazing place !!

If i could I would rate it 20 out of 10 !!! Absolute dream property and owners, from the minute you walk in you feel instantly relaxed hosts Jay and Wayne are just a) delightful b) warm c) love to look after their guests d) know what good looks like and strive to offer the best for their clients , and its clear from the off , from the tentative staff , restaurant and bar excellently run, food that was home-cooked off the scale catering even for myself who is vegan because everything is home cooked they we're able to replace and substitute so many things for me which was just amazing ! amazing bar with the REAL cocktails ! and happy hour makes it easy to taste them all !! and finally LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION ! the PALMS overall is a fabulous property lovingly renovated recently by the owners and is constantly kept well, comfy gigantic day beds, awesome salt water ifinity pool overlooking the best spot of the island, if you are a surfer you are in the right place if like me you dont surf you can sit a watch all day long with a cocktail !! plenty of shade and the best VIEW to die for on Ceningen !! especially at sunset time ! Rooms are stylish and comfy with all the mod cons, and every purse is catered for you can take a lower cost room with no view or a bungalow with views over the pool you choose ! yay indoor showers ha !! cleaned daily - I booked for 5 nights and extended to be there 10 days ! that tells you everything - THANK YOU PALMS my stay was everything I wanted it to be and more - BTW they also help on excursions scooter hire ferry booking ... walking distance to some great points on the island so no transport necessary if its not your bag - You get it right 5 star service all the way ! and you will not be dissappointed assuming you can get booked in its a very popular spot !! till the next time Team Palms thank you !! x

Great stay , amazing food, and great place for money !

the place is really beautiful, such nice Pool and view watching the lovely waves. they have a nice close spot for surfing. if you prefer the swimming side can be a bit rough tide but still really beautiful. the people there are very welcoming and always were so attentive to whatever we need. I recommend trying their restaurant food is delicious , we recommend beef fajitas and the chicken curry. piña coladas, beers etc

maybe the pillows, and you will find a lot of worms on the floor, around the island and hotel but you don’t have to worry about it since they are harmless. this really are minor issues

amazing location! staff were all so beautiful and helpful. the owners were great they even organise massages for us.

water wasn’t available at night which wasn’t ideal when we had Bali belly but that would of been the case at any accomodation in Bali

Perfect for anyone. A heaven away from home

The property is amazing. the view is exactly what anyone needs when they come to the island. The service was a 100% and we were made to feel like home. Jan and Wayne (JaWa) were excellent hosts. The staff was exceptional as well. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to have a genuinely amazing island experience. Cheers guys. Keep it up. *****5Satrs*****

The view was outstanding the sunsets were stunning the bungalows were perfect ❤️ and the food was 10 out of 10 not to mention the amazing owners Jay and Wayne were like family we loved them ❤️ we originally booked 3 nights and ended up staying 24 😀 The staff were sensational we loved them also ❤️ we can not wait to return to our home away from home 🥰🥰🥰

Great stay!

Jay is really amazing, she booked us a shuttle bus and a boat in two hours time. Staff is super nice, the view is great and the food was really good (special mention for the chicken tacos and the yogurt/cereals/fruit bowl)! The bed was super comfortable (even though it would have been better to have dark curtains for the light in the morning), we had a small dressing place and the bathroom was nice. Great view on the sunset from the pool!! His colleague Jordan help us book a scooter, the Nusa Penida trip and our boat to go to the Gili islands.

- The door from our bathroom was difficult to handle as it was always blocked when we tried to close then open it. - Smell in the bathroom was a bit strong sometimes (but I suppose this is due to the pipelines?), and a hairdryer would have been appreciated - I don’t know why but all of our white swimwear became red when we went to the pool, I had to throw them away as it stayed red after washing them :( - Food/Cocktails were a bit overpriced on our opinion.. Other than these small negative things, we were happy about our stay, everyone was really friendly, we had a great view on the sunset in the pool and the hotel was worth the price :)

Castaway paradise

We absolutley fell in love with this place, it was like a surfers castaway paradise. All the staff were down to earth but very accomodating and we were able to have conversations with them. They were great at sorting out anything we needed from snorkelling trips to motorbike rentals. Breakfast was really good every morning and the owner is happy to go above and beyond to help you out

The owners were lovely, and the place was beautiful.

As soon as you walk in, you see a beautiful view of the ocean! The place is so clean and aesthetic with new interior. The couple who owns The Palms are so lovely and very welcoming and the staff is also very friendly and helpful. We had dinner here and the food was so good! They have a beautiful pool, and our room had an amazing view of the ocean! Will definitely come back to stay again for sure.

Spectacular view. The sound of the wave crashing the cliff was my lullaby. The staffs were friendly.

Unfortunately the pool was dirty. Pak Wayan tried to fix it, but still it was not possible to swim in it. It was really a bummer.

A quiet and beautiful option to Stay in Ceningan

The view from the room & pool is breathtaking. And there's a beautiful hidden beach with a stair at the edge of the pool. Wayan helped me to rent a motorbike and he was waiting for me at Mushroom Bay, so lovely.

They didn't provide mineral water in the room that's a standard for even a small hotel or hostel.

Really amazing place to stay! Happy and comfortable.

Everything was perfect and peaceful! The view was the best part! The staff and the hotel were super lovely. Location was amazing! Surf break views from the pool! Can’t wait to go back!
