Lovely balcony and a well set out apartment in a great, central location

Not easy to find - never would have found it without a good taxi driver pointing out the door. App based lock was a bit hit and miss, taking up to 5 attempts to unlock room each time. Also no WiFi at the door, but it needed to be online to work, so had to switch on costly data roaming just to get in.

Location and very friendly and helpful staff. Victor was really helpful. I had a problem with the air-conditioning but it was sorted out the next day.

Air-conditioning. The first night the temperature did not go below 30. Thankfully a fan was sent which helped me to sleep. The second night was fine with an additional portable air-conditioning machine.

Classy modern apartment with large sun terrace and close to the cities bars, restaurants and things to see in walking distance, Even though this apartment is virtually in the city centre it's quiet at night and is only room on the 7th floor so you don't really see or hear any other residents or holidaymakers Would definitely recommend staying here to anyone coming to Valencia for holiday

Not a problem but if you are checking in via the app and arriving later at night be sure to check instructions before hand to access the main door and you'll be fine Is easy to use and a good system if you follow the instructions from the app and use your code provided

Lovely apartment in a great location

The location was brilliant - very close to the old town, the metro and various bus stops. The terrace was also a real bonus - lovely for sitting outside for breakfast / in the evening.

More information ie, something on the outside of the building as we arrived at night and could not find the entrance. A welcome pack, water, shower gel etc. we had to use an App on mobile phone for entry and on first arriving the entrance is so dark we could not read the entry instructions.0

Very central location. The balcony was large and very nice. The appartment has everything what you need.

The coach in the living room was broken and you couldn’t really use it. On the pictures looked much better and newer as it was.

Excellent location, very convenient to everything. A well equipped apartment with great sun terrace. Super clean and well presented. Entry via the app made the whole process very easy.

Very little…..if I were to be really picky, it could do with a full length mirror somewhere, and a pair of recliners for the terrace

Great apartment in the heart of Valencia

Amazing location in the heart of valencia, with a walking distance to everything. Great and big terrace, but still quiet as it is on the 7th floor. There was a few problems with the keys that didn’t work so well, but this was fixed right away, so that was great! We would definitely come back!

I have nothing to complain about, but a bit of general maintenance would make the apartment even better (painting a few places on the terrace, having a cuchion for the sofa outside etc.) but as said, this didn’t negatively affect our stay in any way. 😊
