Spacious room, breakfast very good. It is in the heart of Ravensburg, which is very convinient to get in and out at any time when you are visiting the city center. There is a elevator to easier the carry on of luggages.
The access to the garage is complicated. You have to get in a restricted area and the garage spots are not spacious. There wasn't anybody at the reception for the check in. Luckly I had a German friend besides, which called the interphone and solve everything.

Breakfast was great - full of delicious variants. The rooms were super clean, cosy and comfortable. The hotel staff were amicable, always answered all questions politely, and when asked to leave our suitcases in the hotel after check-out until our train time - they kindly offered us an option.
The beds creaked and the shower gel was half water.

Nothing
Everything, poor breakfast, old furniture, stuff unpleasant, warm during night, church is ringing non stop - you cannot sleep, internet is not useable in the room...one of the hotels which should be closed.

In a quiet side street, the hotel is nonetheless right in the old town, just a short walk from the main square and with the tourist office and numerous restaurants close by. There was a generous sized lift and the varied breakfast was exceptional value. The manageress was helpful and informative. The soundproofing between the rooms was excellent.
The double bed was of a style common in Germany 40 years ago with two single mattresses side by side (in those good old days there was often a plank in between, no doubt contributing to the falling birth rate in Germany at the time...)

spacious rooms, a lot of light nice bathroom, decent breakfast
poor wifi quality in the rooms, for whatever reason only one pillow and one blanket (although it was sufficient), friendly, but awkward reception staff experience (but it is all correct and good)
3.8
Perfect location in the cit centre but no staff. You will only get an online key to enter.
There is no staff onsite. Everything is online

The access to the hotel requires entering the pedestrian zone, which is ok, as the hotel states that guests are allowed to drive in it. However, the Christmas Market made the access more complicated and I was not warned beforehand. I had to drive to the hotel listening to instructions on the phone.

Breakfast was very good and the lady there was very very friendly
gentleman who was at the night reception when we arrived
Not helpful at all!

Great breakfast - location - cleanliness of rooms.
No-one available on site. Had to call three times once to get our rooms keys - twice to get the second room keys we had booked - third to explain how to enter the garage etc

The hotel is in the downtown in the pedestrian area. Very close to restaurants, bars and shops. Parking places available at the hotel and a public parking (quite expensive) is at walking distance. Breakfast is normal for this hote category.
Room was with quite hold fornitures, the moquette on the floor quite old and even if clened every day, not the best. Beds was not so comfotable and very noisy.
Noise was also coming from nearby apartments.

The location
The hotel had terrible wifi. It was unusable as it had an unsteady signal strength and terrible speed.
3.8
calm and very peaceful friendly staff
due to the heat it would have been nice to have an AC in the room. a mini fridge for keep water cool and also coffee tea facility.

location
hard to find

Large room . Close proximity to the centre of town. Good value . Lady on the desk very friendly and tried to converse with us in English. Good breakfast with good choice of products.
A kettle and tea making facilities in the room would have been nice as there was no one in reception after 11.30 am so could not get drinks. There is no mention of building works taking place across the road or the large overhead crane outside the reception area.

Big room. excellent breakfast. Very good location
Maybe a little bit old furniture

excellent service, great breakfast bat noise because of the church

Sauna available on request and great breakfast.
Everything was fine - no complaints at all.

everything was OK
missing smoking area

the bed was very very uncomfortable. You could feel every single metal spring. Why not invest 200€ in a new mattress?

Very nice stuff, very good breakfast, location very good
The pillow to sleep, it has to be changed

The location is good, close to market and easy to identify.
If you open the windows you will be bombordent by mosquitos.

very good location downtown in the pedestrian area close to restaurants.
Breakfast was not as good as it looked in the pictures. there was not enough fruit. No croissants, only bread and not enough.
