Schöne Auszeit in gediegenem AI Hotel.

Saubere, geplegte Zimmer mit üblichem 5* Urlaubshotel - Standard. Gute Betten und Decken, Klimaanlage hervorragend. Nespressomaschine war trotz AI ein Bonus. Überwiegend sehr nettes und professionelles Personal. Gute Drinks und qualitativ hochwertiges Essen. Man muss wissen, dass das Hotel zu 80% von Briten belegt ist - für uns kein Problem Keinerlei alkoholbedingte Ausfälle bei den Gästen.

Adult Only Pool sehr voll, Rest der Pools eher dünn belegt. In der Hauptsaison stehen die Liegen dann doch sehr eng. Personal in der Snackeria dauerhaft muffig und unfreundlich. Attraktive Liegen am Pool können von Stammgästen scheinbar bereits vor Anreise gebucht werden...somit für "Neulinge" bei vielen Gästen kaum eine Chance auf attraktive Poolplätze.

Lovely relaxing week away. The adults only upgrade is worth it for a couple.

Really clean, very friendly and hard working staff. A lot more spacious and luxurious than other hotels along the same strip into paphos.

Cocktail selection, they didn’t do proper blended cocktails. That’s the only thing I would improve.

A fantastic vacation for families

First of all, the resort is amazing!! The staff, the room, the pools, the staff, the food, the beach, did I mention the staff?? The allocation of sunbeds - why doesn't it work all over the world?? Great idea! My wife and daughter are vegans, which made us a bit concerned about the food and snacks they'll get there. Happily, they do have some maekwd vegan dishes, but the veriaty of them could be better. Uppon arrival we had a meeting with the Chef which was outstanding. Him and the whole kitchen staff did their best to make us special dishes for all meals. A big thanks for the great effort. Regarding the "a la carte'" restaurants, it's pretty impossible to get a table so we just gave up. The snackeria was great for me, but for vegans there's not so much to do there. It's a shame because having some vegan chocolate ice cream is not so tough to find these days. To summarize it all, we had a great time. The kids will remember this vacation for a long time (so do the grownups). Definitely recommend it. Even for vegans!

As mentioned above, the veriaty of vegan food in the buffet and snackeria could be me better. It's really simple to take care of that (relevant also to lectose allergies..). Other than that - everything was amazing.

on the whole pretty good

the position was perfect. the buffet restaurant was of a very high standard

there was a problem with our adults only room. we were not able to sit with our family at the pool. in order to be with the children and grandchildren we had to downgrade our bedroom

Perfect relaxing stay

The all inclusive included various different restaurants too so its not repetitive meals each day. All the staff were very polite and friendly.

great play to enjoy with kids

all inclusive next to the sea front the staff is super friendly and wants to help it was a total stress free holiday if you have kids and I would love to go back

the water slides could have been for bigger kids - it is only sub 5 the indoor swimming pool could be more warm. couple of restaurants are closed in December when we visited but that was no big deal if I am honest. rest of the experience was good that all is forgotten

Everything, the cleanliness of the place. The entertainment provided, the buffet food, and a service with a smile. the crèche was also an additional bonus, where you can drop the kids off to be taken care off for a couple of hours during the day.

The cold pools outside, even though the outdoor temperature was 20-22 deg when we visited in late dec/early jan.

Very noisy staff at the restaurant especially at dinner!!!They wanted to get rid of the guests even from 9pm in order to set the tables for the breakfast.Talking loud screaming actually to each other, making terrible noise with the glasses and plates collected.

A nice pricey hotel on the Paphos beach

That's a nice hotel on the Paphos beach. The family room was quite big, a baby crib was provided. Great views to the hotel pool and the sea from the 4th floor rooms. Good to have an underground parking. Wifi was quick and stable. Variety of meals was big, they offered a different cousine every day (Indian/Italian/etc). Nice to drink coctails in the lobby, what is included into your room price. We enjoyed spa/massages and low number of guests in December. You can swim in a pool alone (but this is cold :).

Aircon did not work to warm the room up (looks like switched off for the winter season). Hairdryer inconveniently located in the room, not in the bath. Room keys lock at 11am, though the checkout time is 12 (and that happened to us twice, what meant this was not an occasional mistake). The hotel price is quite high even in the low season.

Very good

The staff was wonderful. The pools and private beach were great. The location close to the harbor, the archeological museum and the water park was wonderful for our family. The family room suite was basic but comfortable. Food was also good. My daughter loved the 50s diner and the little water slides.

There was absolutely no view even though we booked and paid for a sea view. All we could see was a roof below us, so we really didnt enjoy the balcony. Also you have to pay for the teens club which seemed unnecessary when youre "all inclusive" - my daughter went there to play computer games.

A very pleasant experience.

Clean, excellent food, very helpful staff.

I think children 12 plus should be allowed in the gym with an adult. Not allowing them means the parents can’t go to the gym.
