Beautiful Munds Parks cabin with the best views in the Park.
3 bedroom 2 bath upstairs, Studio apartment down stairs.
Upstairs has three bedroom, two king beds and one queen, huge great room, cable TV, WIFI, games to play and table that converts into a poker table.
New flooring thru out, brand new stainless appliances.
Studio apartment downstairs has two sets of bunk beds as well as a reclyner sofa and an air hockey table. The studio also has a mini fridge, stove, oven, fireplace, cable and internet.
Cleaning fee $155
Pet friendly with $150 non refundable pet deposit.
$500 security deposit to be refunded after inspection.
No garage access, two parking spots up top.

We enjoyed the 2 decks with great overhangs so we could be outside rain or shine. Very well equipped house. Very responsive host. We enjoyed our stay in cooler weather with excellent view of the pines.

The house was in an excellent location for access to the woods for 4 wheel driving and also to the Odell Lake for fishing. Well stocked extremely clean and maintained. Our host were prompt in getting all our questions answered. Great property!

This was a great property. The place was just as the photos depicted. It’s was super clean upon arrival. Kitchen had everything you needed. Grill worked great.
My bed was awesome. Slept like a baby! And, I’ll say it here, I’m a bidet guy. Absolutely loved that this rental had bidets! (I actually picked this place over another Munds Park rental because of it.)
You can rent this place with confidence. I was just here with a buddy for a few days. But it feels like a good space for a group. Did not get to take advantage of the deck area….just a bit too cold, but it is a nice space.

My family had a ton of fun staying here. The views were beautiful the cabin was better than the pictures. We were supposed to leave Sunday but we woke up to snow and we were too excited we extended our trip 1 day so we can enjoy the snow.

Very nice, and clean! The bedrooms were well arranged for our family. Nice having three bathrooms.
Nothing in the listing mentioned that, due to the basement steps and the lovely porches, it is not a good house for young children. Good thing none of the little ones were with us this trip. All of the grands with us were18 and over.
There were no blankets on two of the bunk beds. My grandsons had to bring their own.

My fiancé and I got married over the past few days while staying here. It was very clean and quiet and the neighborhood felt very safe. The views are quite nice and the amenities, like the appliances and laundry, were top notch.

This place is amazing! Pictures don’t do it justice! It is extremely comfortable & welcoming and has amazing views! It is so nice they allow pets and still very well kept and clean! My kids loved the air hockey table! Owners were very easy to communicate with and overly accommodating! Highly recommend!

This cabin is great for families traveling together. It is very clean and the living room offers plenty of cozy seating and a large table for everyone to gather and eat/play games at. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, utensils, cookware, etc… The view from the back patio is gorgeous, and the kids enjoyed playing air hockey downstairs. We will definitely return!

The property has an amazing view and works well for a large group. There were only 3 adults and dogs (which we greatly appreciate that you allow pets) we did not use the downstairs at all. Loved the comfy furniture and beds and views from the great room. Would love to visit in summer and use the patio. Highly recommend you give it a try.

We spent a wonderful week at this property with family. The location is beautiful and really had everything we needed, but is within easy access to Flagstaff if you need more shopping or more extensive hiking. The house is clean and comfortable and comes with a very well stocked kitchen. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a trip mostly for my grandkids and family members. It was an excellent choice for my first VRBO. The area was so beautiful. The cabin was very clean and so welcoming. Communications w/ management was very good. When I had a question re the property, they responded promptly. I will definitely stay at this beautiful property again. There were 7 of us staying. We loved all the comfy seating in the huge family room and enjoyed coffee on the deck. There was the table in the kitchen and the large round table in the family room that worked great. It was nice being able to bring our little pug.

The property was located conveniently off the interstate and in close proximity to either Flagstaff or Sedona. The house was older but gave us a very homey feel with lots of kitchen amenities. While we didn't use the downstairs other than for a third bathroom, it would have been great to have brought children or grandchildren. We thoroughly enjoyed the wonderful hiking in the area. One day we hiked at Red Rock National Park and another, Oak Creek Canyon, both easy hikes and very scenic and in close proximity to wonderful restaurants in Sedona for lunch before heading home to enjoy evenings on the deck. The gas fire pit on the deck warmed us while we enjoyed the beautiful view accompanied by gorgeous sunsets each day, and just relaxing with family. On our final afternoon we enjoyed hiking nearby Kachina Wetland Preserve and seeing numerous different birds from various waterfowl to soaring hawks, followed with the sun setting over the water and the moon rising in the east...we would have hated missing this. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home which enhanced our overall experience!

Best Weekend Getaway Ever
This property was just as described. It was the perfect set-up for our 4 generation family getaway. The furnishings and beds were relaxing and comfortable; the kitchen was stocked better than any other VRBO we've stayed in; the views were spectacular and the kids enjoyed riding their bikes and playing in the culdesac and at the nearby playground. Munds Park is such a quaint little area away from the hustle and bustle of Flagstaff but just close enough to enjoy the nearby attractions of the town. We had a blast at the Flagstaff Snow Park and just enjoyed playing games and spending time and relaxing with the family in this home. We hope to make this getaway an annual tradition. Oh and the cinnamon rolls at Kota's Coffee House are a must-try. Thank you for sharing your home. Although we only stayed for the weekend, it was definitely one of our best vacations ever.

This was our first ever trip using VRBO to find a place to stay, we always used hotels or our travel trailer. This was our Wedding anniversary/50th Birthday trip, just wanted a quiet getaway and some wheeling in the Jeep. We have a year old German shepherd pup that has some pretty bad "stranger danger" so boarding him or having a housesitter is not an option, it was so nice being able to bring him with us and continue improving his people skills.
The views and sunsets are amazing. Our first night the winter storm was approaching and gave us such an AMAZING view!!! We had the first snowstorm of the year roll in on our second day and dropped about 3 inches of snow overnight. Couldnt have asked for a better trip.
Went hiking in Sedona, @ Red rock crossing where we got married, took a trip to Flagstaff, played in the snow with the dog, he loved it! Went wheeling in the Jeep, Schnebly Hill road views were nice but road was just rocky and bumpy and long, but Broken Arrow was a TRUE 4X4 adventure, can't wait to go again. But most of all we absolutely LOVED spending time in this home. Even with the winter storm, winds, rain and snow it was nice and warm inside. We even enjoyed using the firepit on the porch, drinking some hot chocolate enjoying views of the winter wonderland. I had packed my camp kitchen box to make sure I had everything we needed but NEVER had to open it. This house is fully stocked with pretty much everything you might need, except a cheese grater (which is probably there but I couldnt find) I even had the needed equipment to make a last minute birthday cake. This is obviously a home and not just a rental and the owners really allow your to feel like its your home while you are there.
I only wish there were a fenced area off the porch so I didnt have to get FULLY bundled to take the pup to go potty in the snow at sunrise, beacuse potty turns into "ohh whats THAT smell?" And off we go tracking random kritter prints. But that is MY problem not the homes fault. This home is perfect and we hope to stay here in the future.
