Me decepcionó

Se encuentran en remodelación por lo tanto está todo hecho un desastre visualmente, no sirve el elevador y te mandan a los pisos de hasta arriba, el ruido inicia demasiado temprano por si la intención es descansar olvídalo. Quizás de las cosas más molestas fue la atención de la recepción donde antes de hacer el pago no se nos informó de las dificultades de subir hasta el 6o piso por escaleras

Un dia no tenian agua caliente, y la regadera demaciado pequeña, se salía el agua del espacio de la regadera y se mojaba todo lo demás

Muy retirado del hotel

que te avisen que los servicios del hotel no están funcionando y que no hay tranquilidad para descansar por arreglos de remodelacion en el hotel para mejaras esta claro pero vamos de vacaciones a,descansar y es muy dificil por el ruido y que NO FUNCIONA El ELEVADOR Y COMO A DULTOS MAYORES TE MANDEN AUN 4PISO O 6 PISO SIN PREVIO AVISO ME DECEPCIONO

Würde ich nicht wieder buchen, gibt genug andere Hotels in der Gegend.

Lage, sonst nichts.

Das Hotel hat gerade renoviert, wovon aber NIE die Sprache war. Der Aufzug war nicht in Betrieb und wir mussten täglich in den 4. Stock. Das Frühstück fand in zwei weiter entfernten Lokalen statt, davon war auch nie eine Rede. Das Hotel hat über Booking mehrere Nachrichten geschickt, die Transfer etc. betrafen, aber nie, dass Renovierungsarbeiten stattfinden. Das hätte man ruhig mal erwähnen können, dann hätten wir das Hotel nicht gebucht. Dafür war es dann doch zu teuer. Es war eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer verbaut, man gab uns aber keine Fernbedienung dafür, weil wir diese nicht nutzen sollten. Finde ich eine Frechheit. Das Bad war so winzig, dass man sich gerade einmal um sich selbst drehen konnte. Die neuen Duschen (zumindest sah das Stockwerk neu aus), sind direkt eine Fehlplanung, da das Wasser nicht von dem Duschvorhang abgehalten wird, sondern nebendran vorbeifließt. Der Concierge war nett, wenigstens die Koffer musste man nicht selber in den 4. Stock tragen.

Hôtel en travaux, chambres et sdb vétustes, petits-déjeuners dans un resto extérieur

Le personnel aux petits soins et qui fait de son mieux malgré les travaux (alors que cet hôtel devrait être fermé pendant la durée de sa rénovation). L'emplacement idéal dans le centre historique.

L'HÔTEL EST EN TRAVAUX et ça n'est pas indiqué dans l'annonce. Les chambres et sdbains pas encore rénovées sont vétustes. Pas de clim, bruit, poussière, coupures d'eau, pannes d'ascenseur. Le petit-déjeuner n'est pas dans l'hôtel mais dans 2 restaurants à plusieurs rues (très peu de choix, le jus de fruit est payant, ainsi que le café supplémentaire). Les chambres sont plus petites que sur les photos. Il n'y a pas d'espace commun où s'installer pour travailler (toujours à cause des travaux). À éviter au moins durant les travaux (qui sont loin d'être finis). C'est à se demander comment il peut y avoir des "avis positifs" ces dernières semaines/mois...

J’ai apprécié mon séjour malgré le bruit.

Tres bien situé au cœur de la ville. Le personnel très gentil, très propre, hall accueillant.

Il y a beaucoup de bruit produit par les bars à proximité avec musique très forte jusqu’aux petites heures du matin. Comme les fenêtres ne sont pas isolantes, c’est difficile de dormir. Les chambres sur cours intérieure sont correctes. Les petits déjeuners pourraient avoir plus de fruits diversifiés et un café plus fort, étant un pays producteur.

Passable, very happy with the location, but general value for money is poor outside of the location.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The staff are friendly.

The room was very small, the hot water only worked at certain hours of the day, the nights were very noisy as there were clubs nearby.

la ubicación es excepcional, se puede movilizar fácilmente a cualquier lugar. los tours salían de sitios cercanos.

La falta de agua y no avisar a los huéspedes. Además, sí algo sucedía no actúan de forma efectiva, no solucionan

En general nos fue bien, hay cosas que se deben mejorar pero en general me gustó el hotel y el personal que nos atendió

La habitación que nos asignaron se escuchaba mucho la bulla del bar que está al lado y era dificil dormir, además de que ingresa mucha luz por la ventana. Otra cosa es que en el día se escuchaba mucho la bulla de los trabajadores que se encontraban haciendo mejoras en el hotel

Totalmente a gusto.

La ubicación es algo que me encanta de este hotel, todo queda muy cerca y es muy seguro caminar por la noche en esta ubicación. El desayuno es bastante agradable, sencillo pero con buen sabor. No puedo dejar de mencionar que la atención de la mayoria del personal es bastante cálida, siempre atentos a apoyarte. 100% recomendable.

Algunas habitaciones son pequeñas, si lo que buscas es mayor espacio puedes pedir un upgrade para una habitación mas amplia.

Second time staying there and probably the last one.

The location. Very close to city center.

3 things I really didn’t like about the property. One was that they made a mistake a wanted me to change rooms so I had to stop what I was doing that day in my tour to go back and do that and when I got there after 30 min of walking they told me they were going to leave the same room. They could of called me before to let me know that instead of me leaving my tour. Secondly they charged me double, but than the problem got fixed. Third I has roaches in my bedroom.

Great Place for Two Nights

Staff was helpful and pleasant. The location was super, about a block and a half from El Zócalo.

Not so much of CANADA

The location is at downtown Mexico City , 6 floor building with a rooftop dining room. Rooms are rather small , and the bathroom is uncomfortable , but for the price it was okay. Staff was great.

It was a very pleasant stay. I had a wonderful time and they went put of their way to make it so.

The location is excellent! Staff was courteous, helpful and very friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Our room had a corner shower that developed mold on the joints around the lower part of shower and on the shower head. Not sure if they use Clorox there.

not the best option for wheelchair users

perfect location

not the best option for wheelchair users, elevator is very narrow, I was not able to go for breakfast because it was accessed by stairs only. The room was very narrow so much that I couldn’t enter my husband had to carry me, also it was very hot no ac nor fan.

Our family vacation would be more better if our stay was more comfortable.

The cleaning ladies was very nice and the staffs was helpful.

The room was very hot without AC. The ventilation is poor and stuffy. No mini fridge to keep drinks or foods. For a prime location in the centro I think it’s time the hotel should upgrade their rooms with AC and mini fridge for travelers who’s visiting CDMX.

Best asset is location

Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staff, central location, easy to find, very clean. Good wifi signal even so could use it from the restaurant across the street. Top floor had a nice sunrise view. Fine place to crash after a long day out.

Thin walls and single layer windows, ear plugs are a must here. Breakfast hall has only about 12 tables, so peak times might have to wait to be seated. Breakfast menu somewhat very basic. On the last night a strong chemical smell traveled through the ventilation (some sort of paint?) So had to keep the bathroom door shut and window open.

1. We had to skip the breakfast as there were limited spaces and many people were waiting. 2. There is a bar right next door so it was very very noisy till maybe 2am in the morning.

Personell was friendly. The location is perfect.

The bathroom was a little dirty and worn. I also saw a cockroach in the sink. The room was very hot and there was no AC.
