We are a 1bedroom/1 bath, NO SMOKING/NO VAPING/NO PET condo located on Manasota Key .Built in 2016, purchased new in 2018.

If you require additional space, we have an adjoining studio which rents separately.

This is an end unit with plenty of windows and natural light.Water is visible from every window! Small view of ocean from the living room!
It has 500 sq. ft. under air +balcony.Combined living area of 500 sq. ft. in each unit.

Sit on your private balconies and enjoy the sunrise on Lemon Bay.Watch the dolphin and Manatee play as you enjoy your morning coffee.

Only 100' away are 5 docks available for fishing and boating. You can even bring your boat! (slips are 1st come,1st serve availability for OUR guests).
Reservations ARE required prior to arrival.
No onsite boat trailers storage allowed .
Off site, local, short term trailer parking can be arranged.Fees apply.
Fishing is available from our docks on the Bay, oceanside from the Beach or fish from our local Pier.
Bait shop located across the street from the pier.

Relax in the new pool directly below the condo.(heated).Large pool deck area for your enjoyment.

Beach access to the Gulf of Mexico is located on the property, just across the street for your morning walks and spectacular sunsets.

Private, assigned, off street covered parking area located beneath condo.

1/4 mile walk to great local pubs, restaurants, bars ,convenience store, beach apparel shops, pizza shop, watersports rentals, Englewood town beach,State Park, etc.

Complimentary golf cart shuttle service (seasonable availability) on the Island if you would rather ride.Local bike rentals available.

WHEN CONFIGURED AS A 2 BED/2 BATH, THIS CONDO FEELS LIKE 2 MASTER SUITES WITH PLENTY OF PRIVACY !.It even has separate entrances, balconies and zoned a/c for added comfort.

Unit is tastefully decorated and nicely appointed with everything you should need..All linens, including beach towels ,Iron/board and hair dryer included.

Starter supplies for soaps and paper products.

Ceiling fans in living room and bedroom.

HD flat screen t/v's (living room has a 55", bedroom has additional 32").Premium Direct t/v package with many channels.

High speed wireless Internet (1.3 gbps)is also included.

Granite counters and vanities. Stainless steel appliances in kitchen.

Premium memory foam mattress topper w/ mattress pad on king size bed for added comfort.

2 sets of washers and dryers.One set is located in main unit,additional W/D available just outside unit at no charge.

All kitchen ware included if you need a break from our great local restaurants and rather prepare you meals in-house.

There is also 2 gas grill located below our unit by the pool.
Additional gas grills are available at our outdoor kitchen area by the beach where you can prepare meals while overlooking the beach.
If you prefer, there is one grille located Bayside.

Even beach chairs(4),fishing poles(2) ,shell rake and 1 small cooler on wheels are available.They are stored in a private cabinet outside of condo to save space and minimize sand inside of building.

Every Sunday, one hour before sunset, there is a drum circle located on Englewood Beach.Stop by and experience the drums and dancing on the beach.

It was all perfect.. We enjoyed the location and condo was clean and met allof our needs. The boat ramp was a great plus although we don't have a boat, we had the option to rent. The pool was nice and warm, weather was beautiful. We even stayed an extra night. We would return and would recommend to friends and family.

We had a great week. The condo was exactly as advertised. It was in excellent condition, up to date and clean. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beach equipment was easy to access and really welcomed. The private beach was a short walk across the road and absolutely gorgeous. Leo was a very responsive and friendly host. Highly recommend!

The very nicely remodeled one bedroom condo is nicely appointed. The kitchen is well organized. The gas grill is conveniently located near the pool at the bottom of two flights of steps. We used our beach cart to walk the 7 minutes across the street to a beautiful stretch of aqua water and beautiful beach. The vibe is “Old Florida” with an abundance of delightful restaurants in walking distance.We saw dolphins in Lemon Bay behind the condo. The covered parking is convenient, however, the parking lot is gravel. It’s a good location to explore Venice, Boca Grande and Sarasota.

We had a great time at Manasota Key! Leo was a wonderful host. Check in and check out were very easy and Leo checked on us to be sure we had everything we needed. The condo was very clean and had nice start ups for paper products and soaps. Easy keypad access and the washer and dryer inside the unit was great! The view of the bay was beautiful and easy walk across the road to access the beautiful beach. The pool was also very nice. The downtown area had several great restaurants and bars within short walking distance. Our stay was great! 10 out of 10!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Able to accommodate an early check in. Entire buildings were very clean. Nice to be able to see both sunrise and sunset. Nice private beach across the street. Saw dolphins in the bay on two separate occasions while having early morning coffee. Able to walk to everything. Leo was very nice and gracious. Very specific check in and out directions. Will definitely come again.

I love our annual trip to Manasota Key. Thanks to these amazing hosts for highlighting the local attractions. The yoga on the beach is part of what drew me here and is always a great way to relax. The condo is a perfect locating and the hosts are wonderfully accommodating.

We had a lovely time. The condo was very clean, well stocked with cooking and cleaning supplies, and was a great floor plan for two people. The location is great..intercoastal views off the back balcony, and the beach is right across the street! We thoroughly recommend!

I’ve stayed twice in this complex. Same condo owners but different condos. Love the location of the private beach and the walking distance to restaurants. Will definitely come back.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom very clean and nice. We was suppose to stay in a 1 bedroom but i fractured my knee so owners was very accommodating and switched my room to ground floor at last minute was thankful for that or we would have had to cancel. Only thing I would say negative is the rooms are not handicap friendly but they never said it was. Under the circumstances we had a great time.

Check in was easy and place was clean. Restaurants were in walking distance and Magnolias on The Bay, next door, was great. Beach access is across the street which is easy and convenient. Only suggestion would be better pillows. Both my husband and I disliked the pillows. When in town, we would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Leo and Margaret were great hosts, Condo was very clean and modern, steps away from back bay and the Gulf of Mexico, also a short walk to all the restaurants and stores. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here and enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunsets

We were lucky to enjoy record high temps during our visit. The unit is bright and comfortable. And it is close to the gulf beach and to the calm bay. Great view from the balcony.

Thank you for sharing your place with us! It was bright, clean and comfortable! The Wi-Fi worked perfectly, which is a big deal when you have to work while you are away. The use of the private beach access afforded us a more relaxed beach experience and easy access to sunsets. I will be checking availability the next time I’ve are heading into the area.

We were really impressed with this unit the moment we opened the door. It was clean and nicely decorated. You can watch the sunrise from the bedroom balcony and the sunset just across the street on the beach. The covered parking was a nice feature as well. The owner was very responsive and courteous. We will be going back to this location for sure!

Property was clean and well kept. It is an older complex, but still very nice. The owners had everything we needed to begin our vacation. They gave us starters for TP, and soap, dishsoap, etc. Beach towels provided, along with chairs, umbrella etc. The pool was quiet and clean. Overall we had a great time. We have never been to Manasota key before, but will be back. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

After a long day of travel we enter our unit and it was so inviting we went into relax mode immediately! It had everything we needed to enjoy the beach and the pool. Loved the location ~ walked to dinner most nights. We cant thank Leo and Margaret enough ~ they happened to be there and it was great to get to know them ~ wonderful people. We can’t say enough good things about our stay at this property! It had everything we needed and things we didn’t even know we needed…like a morning view off our balcony watching the dolphins play in the bay while eating breakfast! So relaxing! The unit was very clean and comfortable and was exactly what we needed to get away from the pressures of work (and the Michigan snow!). Thank you, Leo, for everything!!
