Limpio, espacioso, tranquilo.

Estamos muy satisfechos con nuestra estancia de 10 días en El Caxigu. Llegamos temprano, pero el empleado fue muy amable al ayudarnos a conseguir la llave. La habitación está muy limpia y ordenada, tiene todo el equipamiento necesario para una estancia más larga: cocina eléctrica, lavadora, vajilla. Las camas son cómodas. Gran vista desde la ventana, sin ruido de la calle. Definitivamente nos encantaría quedarnos nuevamente si alguna vez lo necesitamos.

Fin de semana de relax

Check-in y check-out súper fácil, el piso de 2 dormitorios es súper espacioso. Lo mejor de todo, las camas suuuuuper cómodas. Nos dejaron un bebedero para el perro, ¡gracias!

Faltaba jabón de cuerpo y champú en los baños, creo que es un producto que no cuesta apenas dinero y hace el viaje más fácil para no tener que ir viajando con mil botes.

I would come back but in appartments in higher floor

I liked location and big space for the family. A lot of space for the car parking. Room was clean and nice.

We got worst room on the ground floor near the entrance door, so you hear loudly every passing and entering people and also some just standing and loudly talking at the entrance so try to ask other floors, I believe that will create big difference for your stay experience. I also would recommend to buy few fans per appartment it is not big investment but in summer time it would create much better experience, especially in ground floor where you don't feel comfortable to keep open windows.

Very good and spacious apartment, value for money. We experienced it as your own home from home!

Nice appartement to stay and also close to the 'Picos de Europa' which we wanted to visit. Restaurants and bars at easy walking distance. Although there is noone to welcome you in person (you receive acces information and codes per whatsapp) possible problems are solved very quickly and in a very friendly manner (we had a problem with the remote acces unit for the parking garage). We used the parking garage and had a personal parking space there (extra fee required) and this service was very good. We recommend it. It is in the building and you go to your appartment from there by elevator. Apartment was spacious and clean. Our apartment had a large kitchen with cooler/freezer and oven

The kitchen could use some better knives.

We would choose it again, but would opt for an apartment not on street level

Our apartment was on street level, with partly blinded windows. Quiet location on a side road. Large free parking area behind the building, underground parking available at extra cost.

Small bedrooms with beds we did not like: the structure of the bed springs could be felt, causing hard spots. The fee for the parking is collected separately by giving them your credit card number and details by WhatsApp or e-mail. This is not a safe method, therefore we inserted those infos in the online check-in form we received by e-mail in the box for our phone number. We told them so, but it seems they never read our e-mails. After some back and forth, it finally worked.

Fully equipped apartment in a lovely village

The apartment is fully equipped for coocking, as well as laundry. It has a garage parking for an additional reasonable price.

The owner insisted on receiving my credit card details in order to reserve the parking. No body soap nor shampoo.

The apartment was perfect for our needs, quiet and well maintained.

The location, perfect base for cycling and walking. The apartment is very clean and tidy. We booked the parking which saved us having to put the bikes in the car after every trip. The use of the lift to the 2nd floor was ideal.

We have stayed here before and I commented then that there was only one mirror, over the wash basin, in the bathroom although there is ample room for one to be fixed to the wall in either the hallway or bedroom. Sadly there is still only one mirror over the wash basin! Also no kettle.

Superb

Very clean and spacious apartment. Had everything we needed apart from a kettle! Very good location for walking into the town. Very easy communication with the owner.

No kettle in the kitchen and we had to pay extra per night for the underground parking.

Great location of the all apartments/ not too far from centre of town but in secluded location and all very close to great hiking area Good size bedroom / comfy beds, big wardrobe and basic kitchen

Our apartment was at ground level so we couldn’t leave windows open ( it was hot during the day and night) and lots of people walking just next to our windows with entrance to all other flats so voices + loud talking even during the middle of the night

Great appartment, very big, very good quality, we were 5 and we all loved it !

I got the keys from a lock box and for me its great since I don't have to wait for someone to give me the keys, that gives me freedom of time.

Can't remember negative sides.

Apartment was clean

I was hung up on when trying to contact host, I was unable to speak to anybody, and my emails were left unanswered. I find that extremely rude. They failed to accommodate my parking request. Beds and couch were very uncomfortable. They did not provide any dish soap or washing detergent.

Excelent value for money, to repeat if needed

Great location, calm, near city center, no noisy neighbours. Room was cosy, acclimatized and with everything we needed. It had a great natural exposition to sunlight and the cost / benefit was above average.

The image of the rooms included a parking space in the garage which we didn't have. Had to leave the car parked outside the hotel (but nearby). No reception, although who took us in was always in reach of a phone call we didn't had a way to go to her personaly.

Very nice place for mountains lovers, but with just 40 minutes drive to the closest beach.

Very good accommodation with free parking on the dirt outside of the building, close to the most famous trail of Picos de Europa, well equipped kitchen, spacious apartment. The price of the accommodation was really great compare to the others by the ocean, and you can get to the beach in only 40 minutes.

The view? We had a ground floor apartment so we saw either the street, or the parking lot. But, we did not come there to be inside and as soon as we got out, there were great views everywhere.

Exceptional

Comfortable, spacious, spotlessly clean apartments in an excellent location, 5 minutes stroll to the nearest bars (by the sports stadium) 10 minutes to all the shops/restaurants in town. The most helpful reception from Maria.

Perfect place to stay at Las Arenas

The host was really helpful to facilitate the check-in process. The apartment were great, a lot of space and perfect for 7 people. Two bathrooms was really great, and having almost all you need in the kitchen was nice.

The wifi was really weak, maybe it was just in my room, but it was hard to make some simple email checking. If you wish to cook, there is no common things like salt, oil, etc.
