Ideal for what we needed! We visited for an event in the P&J arena. They had onsite parking, house reminded me of my old college house back home in Ireland with its quirky layout. The hosts were great to be in contact and super helpful! House was clean and well kept!
The house is old and despite having the heating timed parts of the house just didn’t warm up we couldn’t use the sitting room without hauling in the duvets from the bedroom it was just too cold and the back kitchen was the same so we found it hard to find an area to relax in!
The major thing and not the hosts fault either guests or residents of the upstairs apt were super loud or the walls are just paper thin in the house which is expected with the age but we were woken every morning at 6am with the phone alarms upstairs which on one occasion went off for 15 minutes as we can only guess someone was in the shower so it never got switched off! This was very frustrating!

A very attentive host...the property was very well maintained and kitted out. Parking was very easy with a parking permit included at the house. Great value for money if a very, very long way from home!
Nothing - it could not have been any better. When we are next up in Aberdeen we will endeavour to stay again. Many thanks to our host Koi.

It was a large flat with plenty of storage. Its loaction was good. I loved the large livingroom with original features but was amused by the wood burner stove with no fuel available. Hey ho, the house was as i had imagined, or so i thought.
The damp wet walls by the single glazed, rotting in places, windows.
The fact that every time one opened the dishwasher the piece of wood at the bottom of the kitchen next to the floor fell down exposing under the units.
The fridge freezer would not shut right and so consequently it was left ajar as we didnt notice it at first!
The shower head never stayed up in place and thus one had to duck to be under its flow or act like a midget.
The towel holder on the en-suites door kept falling off everytime we used it.
The bed sheets actually felt wet; the house was so damp.
The instant coffee had nearly run out.
The garden was overgrown and unsightly.
There was a parking permit, but when one cannot get a spot in the entire street it rather defeats the purpose of having one! In short, this flat could have been absolutely lovely, but as it was, it was not lovely at all. Rather it was tired and in dire need of new windows, that do not make the walls bulge with dampness and a handy man. I was evry disapointed and had hoped for a much higher standard for the money i paid. I will never book this property again, and do not recommend anyone else does either especially due to the dampness, if you have children with asthma.

Room sizes were good and we had an extra bathroom we didn’t know about. Location was easily accessible. Plenty of dishes and cutlery
Stairs in what was supposed to be a ground floor apartment as two of us had recently had operations on knee and hip. Beds although appeared to be new all 4 single beds had a ridge down middle of mattress. A larger frying pan would be good for 6 people. Not made clear in description that there were parking restrictions and the nearest free parking was 20 minutes away.

Apartment in better than the website suggests. Mention should be made that there is a shower over the bath and that one of the bedrooms has an en-suite shower room. We had a small problem after checking in which was dealt with promptly by the hosts. They kindly allowed us a late checkout which was greatly appreciated.

We loved the location...beautiful street close to the centre. The flat was spacious and well furnished and the shower was brilliant. Lots of little touches that all made the stay effortless.
There was nothing we could find fault with.

Place was absolutely fantastic. Very spacious and comfortable. The owner has though of absolutely everything with books for young kids and a very generous welcome basket. If you are looking a place in central aberdeen then I’d highly recommended this property.
Nothing. The place was way above expectations. Would be delighted if I could take this place again in the future.

Such a stunning ground level apartment....you feel as though you have a house to yourself over it being an apartment - so roomy, bright and airy. Couple of lovely touches with the pack of chocolate digestives left on the dining table along with a new bottle of milk waiting in the fridge.
Couple of small things (and they are small) which include the showers not being terribly powerful and it might be worth noting in the website (if it isn't already) that there are stairs down to the kitchen/dining space, just in case anyone has mobility issues. Otherwise though........a very lovely experience!!!
