Excllent staff!

Staff bought and set up a SIM card for me so I was ready for my trip when I arrived. Amazing hospitality!

A little loud when guests are talking in their rooms.

Close to the airport but too noisy to sleep

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The receptionist was also able to order us some cheap dinner and a taxi to the airport.

We were put in a room right behind the reception and it was extremely noisy. The receptionist had a small child with her who was playing on a phone until the wee hours of the morning. Despite a sign at the reception to please be quiet, people were having loud conversations in the lobby all night.

It was an ideal place for us for our brief stop in Quito before departing the following day.

the staff made us feel very comfortable and the where very accommodating to our schedule. arranged for our transportation to the airport. Our breakfast was lovely.

Clean and quiet as well as close to the airport.

At breakfast, the staff seemed cold and distant. Not very friendly. However, they did allow me to stay over the allotted time as my flight was not til late.

Can offer more variety for breakfast than just bread, rice chicken would been preferable and some fresh fruit for those who dont wat cheeze Could hear somd conversations of visitors next door occasionally

Close to the airport. The room was small but functional. Linens were very clean as was the room and bathroom. Breakfast was a tasty ham and cheese panini with coffee. Good value.

Taxi driver arranged by the staff was $10 which was a bit high considering the distance.

Too noisy, no sound proofing in rooms. One little towel, too small, used my own Not very close to restaurants (they do offer a take out menu for delivery) Weak Wifi

I will stay there again.

I arrived at 10 in the morning and was given my room that early. Everything is very clean. Christian and the ladies went out of their way to make sure everything was awesome.

I won't stay at this hotel ever again

The staff was courteous

The hotel is nothing like the pictures. The rooms are old and have a particular smell. The beds are uncomfortable and the room is entirely outdated. Also, you can hear absolutely everything. Every single noise you will hear. I stayed in the room close to the reception and could not sleep. I had to ask to be moved to another room.

Nice value hotel for a quick overnight stay. Very pretty grounds and good breakfast.

Very nicely decorated hotel and nice staff. Breakfast was promptly served.

There was no hot water the night we arrived. There was intermittent hot water in the morning.

Very nice and comfy hotel, located near the airport. Staff was always friendly and helpful when needed. Breakfast was amazing and always fresh. Special mention to Edison who no matter what time you needed something he would help you with anything.

It was a short stay.

Although we were expecting a bit more than what we got, based on the online photos , we really couldn't complain for the price we paid. The price was in line with the accommodations, and although I was overcharged at check-in, they did allow us to switch rooms. The included breakfast was fresh and delicious and the staff was pleasant.

The electrical outlet box in the restroom was out off the wall and therefore didn't think it was safe to use. Other than the room being humid and the shower leaking water into the bathroom, we did have enough towels to lay on the floor.

Would recommend this place to people traveling to the Galapagos.

They shuttled us to the airport at 4:30 in the morning!! A bit isolated, no ice, breakfast room wasn't functioning. Wifi was a bit wonkie. But, it had hot showers and nice grounds.

Only one food establishment nearby. We like ice.
