The Tuscany experience people dream of.

Giacomo was superb. Breakfast was the best of the trip. Sunset at the property was perfect photo location. Spotlessly clean. Contemporary amenities in an ancient and historic building.

Magnifique séjour dans un superbe hôtel de charme.

Bel endroit rempli de charme et de souvenirs toscans. Magnifique chambre désuète à souhait mais avec tout le confort moderne. La salle de bain était vraiment superbe. Très bien placé entre Florence et Sienne à 5 kms du centre d'Arezzo. Petit déjeuner personnalisé magnifique servi dans une décor de rêve avec vue sur la campagne. Quant au Personnel, parfaitement intégré dans le cadre et charmant.

Egy fantasztikus több száz éves csodálatosan rendben tartott kuria. A szállásadó a sokadik ott élő generáció tagja. Fantasztikus szobá, kigazi Toszkán kert. Nem olcsó de extra szuper reggeli.

A very special stay...

We had a very special stay at Bella di Ceciliano. The house was absolutely beautiful, full of history and character. Everything was spotlessly clean and the coffee was excellent. Giacomo was a wonderful host and even brought a lantern out to the garden one evening while we were sat enjoying the view.

Amazing stay in a museum like setting

Beautiful property. Amazing views. It was like staying in a museum. Great shower. Fabulous breakfast. Host was extremely welcoming.

Restful and very enjoyable. Very highly recommended

The property was wonderful. The rooms large and comfortable. The beds were large and very good for people with back problems (like me). The location was excellent. 15 minutes away from Arezzo's center and in the middle of the countryside with wineries and olive trees all around. Very quiet surroundings that allowed for restful sleep. The welcome by the owner and his son was really nice. We spent time chatting about Arezzo and US Universities and old style bruschettas.

The breakfast was very pleasant with cold cuts, chesse and bruschetta. It would have been absolutely perfect if the orange juice were freshly squeezed. I would also recommend an espresso machines instead of the traditional moka but I know that some people like the moka better.

Giacomo was engaging, informative and charming. Breakfast every morning overlooking the Tuscan countryside was magical.

Stunning views , authentic atmosphere, comfortable furnishings, and great location to Arezzo. Also great Wi-Fi. But the best part was host Giacomo!! He gave great recommendations for side trips and delicious breakfast that can be added as extra. We love learning the history of his family villa.

It was all a perfect Tuscan vacation.

Just what we hoped for. A quite out of town place with a toscan view. The host was wonderful and helped us around, gave us amazing recomendations. And the room was comfy and with a great shower.

Truly stunning villa in Tuscany

Beautiful Tuscan villa with breathtaking views! There are so many beautiful art pieces and antiquities within the house, not to mention the huge size of the room. We had the Garden Suite, very tranquil with a very comfortable bed. Breakfasts were delicious, assorted cheeses, cakes, (meats for non vegans/vegetarians) etc. And the grounds are truly stunning. (A feast of inspiration for an artist.) The jacuzzi was perfect, placed to enjoy the incredible views and very relaxing after alot of walking and travelling around. Would highly recommend a stay there, we hope to return one day. Thanks to Giacomo and family for their wonderful hospitality!

An amazing place and a lovely home, carefully preserved by family members. The owner is always ready to help and we had a wonderful Italian weekend enjoying real home Italy. We had local products at breakfast, personally prepared and grown by the owner and learned a lot of interesting things about the history of this villa. Modernized rooms with air conditioning and all bathroom amenities. There is also a jacuzzi with stunning views of Tuscany. Close location to Arezzo city center. Nice place to relax.

Welcoming period house, half musesum in a serene location with friendly down to earth hosts.

The location is a short drive from Arezzo center so you need a car but you benefit from the quiet of the nature, the hisotrical house if a half museum, the decorations, the ceilings, the objects. The owners are super nice and welcoming.

If you want to enjoy breakfast in the property, it must be ordered in advance. I missed this point. i didnt realize i didnt order breakfast so we couldnt get it. its really my fault for not paying attention. I will definitely order breakfast in advance if i get the chance to return there.

Beautiful property just 5 minutes form Arezzo with comfortable rooms and great breakfast.

The host was very welcoming, and our room was lovely facing the garden, very spacious and comfortable, like we were staying at a friends house. Breakfast was very nice with local foods and everything was very fresh.

It was not easy to find the property, but our host was kind enough to call when we did not show up at the hour he was expecting us. He helped us find the property but it is not properly signaled in Google Maps or Waze which made it difficult to find by ourselves.

A beautiful holiday stay (bella), I would recommend this property highly.

The fresh local produce at breakfast. Beautiful property, building, family history. Welcoming host. Serene space. Close to a local restaurant and fairly close to public transport. Room made up daily. Heaters turned on for a chilly evening. Lovely selection of drinks in minibar fridge if you choose. Comfortable beds. Giacomo provided a lift one day when we asked for a tel number for a taxi. Very nice of him!

Unfortunately spa was not operational as per advertisement in booking.com and host website. It states open May - October. Cannot eat in rooms but lovely heated dining room downstairs and around the corner for meals.
