Wunderschöne Villa in den Weinbergen, sehr gepflegt, ruhig, Restaurant fussläufig zu erreichen, schöner Pool, bequeme Betten uvm

Tisch und Stühle in der Küchennische könnten bequemer sein, hat aber gereicht, da wir vorwiegend draußen gesessen haben

Perfect vacation destination with pool in the heart of Valpolicella.

Really amazing historic villa which has been restored very well. We loved the aircon in the room which kept it cool when outdoor temps were >30C. The pool is amazing. There was a great wine tasting on site Friday with a local winery. We could walk/bike to several wineries and restaurants in just a couple of minutes, which was great to discover new Valpolicella wines. Very friendly hosts and owners!

The larger upstairs rooms don't have so much light as they're in the top floor of a historic building. But we could go down one level and eat / drink on the Loggia which was really unique. The smaller ground floor rooms have a garden area just outside for eating, but don't have as much space, just something to be aware of when choosing a room. (the property & stay was still amazing!)

Picturesque Villa in the heart of Valpolicella

Our stay at Relais Villa Selle was wonderful. Our small apartment was quiet, clean and had all the necessary comforts. The easy access to the garden and outdoor table is a necessity for anyone traveling with young children, and we used it for every meal. Everything is beautifully kept and looked after. Marco was great at communicating throughout and answering any questions we had. There is a luxurious swimming pool, beautiful garden, small playground, vineyards and fruit trees, and you are in the heart of Valpolicella.

All perfect. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great and quiet place

Quiet location in a luxurious and relaxing atmosphere. Large swimming pool. Friendly staff.

Chairs outside the barchesse look cute but are not comfortable. That is the only thing that kept this place from totally perfect. There is no breakfast although there is a good restaurant across the street which does accommodate for that.

Superb

Really nice place located in the small town of Fumane. We stayed in one of the family rooms in the side buildings which was nice and spacious and clean. The staff ( including the owners ) are very friendly and speak perfect English. We received a nice cold bottle of white wine and some snacks as a gift upon arrival which was just what we needed after the long drive from Denmark. The pool is really nice, it looks new and is very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and it is a very nice place to relax ( except from a few children at the pool that were really loud ). There was a small breakfast ready in the room for the first day but after that we made our own breakfast. The closest supermarket is only a few kilometers away. There is also an opportunity to go across the street to El Pendola for breakfast - but be aware, they charge you 5 euro PER PERSON just to sit down at the table for dinner. We had dinner there one night but after the step extra charges ( the highest extra charge we experienced during our two week vacation in Italy ) we didn´t go back.

There is 3 family rooms in each side of the side buildings ( total 6 rooms in two side buildings ) - we had a room in the middle of one of the buildings and could hear the neighbors from both sides. You can hear pretty much everything that is going on in the other rooms.

The perfect retreat in Fumane

This is a very nice place in the middle of the Valpolicella Classico region. Close to all of the famous wineries. There is a wonderful restaurant some 50 meters across the street where you can have breakfast at a discounted price. Food at La Pendola is excellent and is Italian hospitality at its best. We can absolutely recommend Villa Selle

Exceptional

It was an amazing atmosphere and really relaxing. The ladies who owns the Villa speaks English and are so nice and helpful. We ate our breakfast at the restaurant on the other side of the street wich was reccomended because the Villa don't serve breakfast. You can also enjoy your own breakfast at the big terasse. Our room Had refrigerator and cooking area. It is really worth a visit and we will come back.
