Ottima posizione, terribile il resto

Le uniche cose positive della struttura sono: la posizione che è l’ideale per girare anche a piedi (15 min dal Louvre) ed è ben collegata con la metro (fermate a pochi metri), e la modalità di check in senza orario limite.

I tasti dolenti dell’appartamento sono principalmente due: la pulizia e il bagno. Ogni cosa nell’appartamento si presenta visibilmente sporca, lenzuola, coperte e asciugamani sono davvero incommentabili: macchie, capelli, sporcizia generale. Il bagno non credo sia a norma e se lo è lo trovo scandaloso. Il wc è in una stanzetta minuscola senza finestra, con il lavandino rotto. La doccia si trova in una stanza separata (anch’essa senza finestra) e all’interno di una delle stanze da letto in pochissimo spazio. In linea generale, non è una casa vivibile da un gruppo di persone e per più di una notte. In una delle due camere non c'è nemmeno un armadio per disfare la valigia, e in generale non ci sono spazi per appoggiare i vestiti. In tutta la casa non c'è nemmeno un appendino. Carta igienica scarsa.

I spent a whole day cleaning tired from the airport!

Only the location

It was dirty very dirty! I had to clean when I arrived to it! It was so dirty that my husband had allergies of how much dust it had! The bathroom had mold, it had nothing cleaned!

Very good

It was located in a good spot for tourists such as myself, making things a lot easier.

You can only turn on the corridor lights from downstairs. But no upstairs.

The stay was pleasant however I did not feel it was good value for the cost.

The apartment is in a lively area with lots of resteraunts however a considerable walk to tourist sites.

The Apartment gave us a true feeling of a family living in downtown paris. It was full of life!!

I loved the location!!! and the apartment was perfect for our 7 people family!

The air condition was not working and the Television in the living room was not working

superb location but very very small for 6 people

The location is absolutely amazing. Everything ia just right there.

the apartment is very small with only one bathroom for 6 people. The sofa bed is not at all comfortable, it’s huge but very uncomfortable.

Just location

1) Employees 2) we found mouses walking in the apartment. 3) just one bath 4) charge everything including tax for small children ( bags, visitor tax ???, etc) 5) bad beds, with holes 6) do not recommend for anyone

Noisey location in the city even late night. I wouldn't go again.

The staff when we are on arrival was really nice man. Explaining everything we need. Someone answer the phone while we are staying in was helpful.

The staffs when we check out on (urban flat in Paris) office are not helpful. Literally our check out time is 12 noon but we check out and handed the key with them 10am. We want to leave with our luggages with them for a couple of hours then they charged 4 euro for each luggage and you have to carry and collect yourself at their storage (not far but still travelling under the raining) We understand they will charged for luggage if you check in earlier then 4pm. But that was we check out early and we still have time for that day. There is no toilet facility and assistance at the their office after you checked out.
