Very good stay, enjoyed the terraces with seating and views of the sea. Beds comfortable, nice bathroom and shower. Cooking in the kitchen was important to us, but the upstairs where the kitchen and 1 bathroom was was completely un-useable as it was boiling hot before even turning the stove on - no flow through breeze from outside, no air conditioner, and a sad fan that barely worked. Listing should note it's a steep walk from the train/ferry and then another 4 flights of narrow stairs to the property - if my parents were traveling with us this time they would absolutely not have been able to make the trek.

Great location, beautiful views from the three balconies. Clean, good AC, comfy bed. The washing was hard to figure out but the clothes came out clean. Will say that this is a bad place for someone with bad knees- the stairs are very steep. But that’s a little true of all of Cinque Terre. They had lots of prints of the best modern artists in the place which was fun.

It’s a very beautiful place with amazing view from the balcony. The town is centrally located. The manager gives detail check-in instructions.
The place is 10 min walk ( uphill) from the train station.
There are very good restaurants and stores very close to the place. We truly enjoyed our stay and wish to come back again.
Thanks to the property manager for clear communication

We loved our stay in Cinque Terre! Such a wonderful area, and our favorite was hiking the footpath between the 5 towns. The views were amazing!!!

We spent 3 wonderful days in Riomaggiore, one of the beautiful village in Cinque Terre.
Apartment is very nice and the location in the village is perfect.
Communication with Maurizio (the host) is very easy and he gave us lot of clear instructions and recommendations.
The view from the terrace is wonderful and we spent all our dinners there. It was so nice and relaxing!
The main inconvenient was the fact the apartment is very warm. Probably the Air Conditioning is not powerful enough for hot summer weather. During our stay mid of August, it was even not possible to stay in the Kitchen located in the first floor of the apartment, it was too hot.
Ideas of improvement: Make the air conditioning more powerful. Also it would be good to unfreeze the fridge.
Except those small issues, we spent 3 lovely days here and I would recommend this nice apartment.

Good location in town. Nice roof top balconies with good view. Clean place, good amenities, kitchen, washer. Owner is very helpful and friendly.
Cons - there is no elevator. Need to carry suitcases about 3 storey up. Walking up and down daily especially after a long day. Aircon is a bit weak, luckily the open windows help.

Very nice appartment (two rooms separable by sliding doors; one room has aircon, the other two ventilators) with a very nice host who immediately came over to help us when we had a problem with the elecricity. The flat is situated in the upper half of the main 'commercial' street (shops/ groceries nearby but not noisy). Rather steep ascend. Beautiful village, Bathing opportunities a bit limited, but charming. Would come again.

My husband and I just stayed here for 3 nights during our visit to Cinque Terre. The location is ideal for checking out all 5 towns. It’s also not too much of a walk from the train station. The suite itself is clean, tastefully decorated and spacious. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this suite to anyone!

This was a great spot for a family of 3! The bed was comfortable and the pullout couch worked just fine for our daughter. We were there during a heat wave, so the air conditioning was a huge perk (although it doesn't reach the kitchen area upstairs).
The hosts were very communicative and helpful, but check-in was with a lockbox, which was the best of both worlds – it was nice not to have coordinate our arrival time too carefully.
It's a short uphill walk from the train station, but it's more than worth it for the views from the balconies, and to be a little removed from the hubbub.

It’s a cute place, located in the quieter part of town, which is nice. A nice view of the town and water in the distance.
There are a lot of stairs, which is known. However, the stairs are taller than average and makes it tougher.
The kitchen is located upstairs, which has no air conditioning and gets very hot. The downstairs is the LR and BR, but the AC is not big enough to cover the bedroom and made for hot sleep.
Parking in town was challenging, which is not the property’s fault. After parking near the church up the hill overnight, I moved it to the free parking all the way up the hill. The next morning around 9, I walked up to the car to get something and noticed available space in the garage (€35) and moved it down. You need to do it early in the morning because it fills up.

Our stay here was amazing. The apartment was clean and the location was perfect. Riomaggiore is beautiful and quaint, with plenty of good food and beautiful views. Ferry to others towns was easy to get to, along with the train. Our hosts were extremely kind and helpful! I would recommend this apartment to all!!

What a lovely apartment and helpful hosts. The stairs they talk about are real so if climbing is an issue this great place is not for you. Very nice location two balconies to choose from for a nice sit down outside. Highly recommended

The property was a comfortable transition from a regular hotel room. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and used the kitchen for breakfast 2 days and the washing machine several times. The only issue was the third floor stairs after a steady hill climb- for those with mobility issues- this property would be impossible. We hope to return next year.

The location is very good & walkable for Riomaggiore. The communication with the host was timely and detailed. However, the entire experience is a HUGE hassle. You have to park in the garage and haul your luggage to the apt, and then up 3 flights of stairs - that is not communicated in the listing. When we arrived, dirty towels were left in bathroom. and the dishwasher drainer not working, my husband had to fix. Also, there is a rusty washing machine outside on the balcony but no dryer as the listing indicates. The host was very nice to apologize but the upkeep was not good and clean.

A well appointed vacation rental with great sea views! The location is perfect for exploratory the town (and Cinque Terra) but private enough for relaxing on the terrace.

My husband and I stayed here in July. It was our first visit to Cinque Terre. The place is great. We were there in the middle of a crazy heat wave and the a/c kept us comfortable. The host was communicative and responded when we had a couple minor issues. The apartment is conveniently located steps away from the main town center, and we were able to walk with our bags easily from the train station. I would recommend this place, we got a lot of value for our money!!!

Cinque Terra is amazing. The apartment was very clean & accommodating. Plenty of room. Loved having access to a washing machine to get caught up on laundry. Such a darling town! The communication from the manager was great, directions to the apartment was great. The only downside- it’s up a steep hill, & lugging suitcases was not fun. Also- 4 flights of stairs! Just be ready for that!

Very cute apt! Well equipped with everything needed for the stay. Owner is very nice and communicated with us throughout. Def recommend if you’re visiting Riomaggiore.

The property was not what it appeared online. Expensive for what it was and had to have the fridge and freezer cleaned and areas of the bedroom and upstairs shower room cleaned. The property manager did respond immediately but there was a lack of attention to detail. However she did put a bottle of bubbly into the fridge for us which was appreciated. I have stayed in riomaggiore before in an apartment looking over the bay which was immaculate and views breathtaking and less expensive. This apartment needs some attention. But the area does not disappoint.

We loved this place - the great location made it easy to explore the town and surrounding countryside, plus it has fun decor and was well-stocked. We enjoyed the sights and sounds of Riomaggiore from the balconies, which were nice respite from the crowds. Hosts/contact person was very detailed and helpful. If you’re lucky enough to book this apartment, just pack light and be prepared for lots of stairs :)

My husband and I recently spent four days exploring the towns of Cinque Terre. This lovely, two floor apartment, high above the town was the perfect home base for us. It was quiet, clean and had a well-equipped kitchen for home cooked breakfast before the days’ hikes began. We particularly loved the three balconies! Wonderful for enjoying a glass of wine in the evening. The host was lovely and responsive and even came to our aid quickly when we locked ourselves out of the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment!

Stayed for 3 nights our host, Angela, was quick to help and respond to our questions and more. The apartment was clean and in a great location right off the main street, Via Colombo. Riomaggiore is super steep and not easy to walk around for sure and if you choose this apartment it is on the top floor so be prepared to do a lot of uphill walking. I would stay in this apartment again if I ever go back to Riomaggiore but I would prefer to stay at a less hilly town such as Vernazza next time.

Great location, updated apartment. Easy to get between towns using the train. Nice restaurants. Make sure you are able to walk up hills and steep stairs. It is a 4 story walk-up. Difficult if you have large luggage. Parking is also tricky if you have a car.

Exactly as represented. Apartment is very cute and well located. You should know that there are a lot of steps to climb to the front door and another flight within the apartment, in case that's an issue. It wasn't for us. Host's manager gave good directions to get there from the train station. Great location to jump on the train and explore Cinque Terra!

We will surely go back, thank you.
