Perfect location for the touch footy comp, and to be near the creek and Sawtell.

Location of the creek was good, and use of Kayaks. The pool and BBQs where good too.

Rooms are fine, a little dated but the location makes up for it. It would be good if the restaurant was open, or at least a coffee shop.

I’ve stayed here before, but it was bad this time

The resort facilities were good

We stayed in the garden apartment and it was clearly not ready as in light bulbs were blinking, shower head was broken, towels were not properly washed, the roof was being fixed every morning so it was super noisy every morning:(. The staff didn’t seem interested when I told them what was wrong either.

Great one stop holiday

Our unit was very well equipped and very comfortable. The resort was very relaxing and had plenty to offer if you wanted to keep busy!! There is a very nice Indian restaurant !! The pool was lovely and the games room was heaps of fun. We realy enjoyed the no under 18's party room . The local drinking holes have courtesy buses that will pick you up .

There are a few repairs still happening from past weather events. They did not interfere to much with our experience

Loved it would stay again

The size of the apartments were very generous. The pool area was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were so kind and helpful.

Relaxing and enjoyable stay

Really enjoyed our stay. Location is great, walk to the beach, canoe along Boambee creek or hang by the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and tidy.

Boambee Bay Resort Review

The staff were pleasant and the location was beautiful.

Facilities were meh. Also, it would be better to have clearer instructions on how to access equipment. I ended up paying to canoe on the river, not realising it's free for guests of the resort.

Lovely stay for our young family. Will definitely stay again!

Everything you need in one place, from dining to activities. if there is anything that you did need like groceries or shopping, it is a very short drive to town or the beach.

Our washer/dryer wouldn’t dry our clothes but we stayed multiple nights so we’re able to hang clothes over furniture.

I will not be going back to this place. It was not good value and was damp and uncomfortable

The kitchen was large and well equipped

The bed was hard as a rock. The sofa sagged in the centre. We were nowhere near the actual "resort". Our friends were allocated a villa which overlooked the pool and the tennis court. We were given an upstairs apartment that overlooked the carpark and the undercover carpark entry was directly below us. Constant noise of traffic and loud voices from staff and other guests

Almost as good as I remember

The facilities were great.

Check in starts too late. The pool was shut 2 of the 4 days we were there. The reception hours are too short. We wanted to go to the sauna just after 5pm but because the only access keys were at reception we couldn't go.

it's a good place to stay for the family with kids, but not suit for us.

little golf, tennis is good. Staff is nice.

The view of our room is the parking near the reception which is no view. constant hear people push trolley or Bin at night when we sleep, very noisy outside our bed room. too warm is the room. we have to keep the fan on all the time, too cold to turn on the air condition. It's pity we don't have the balcony.

Great location but needs an upgrade

Location was fantastic as were the outdoor facilities.

Old and dated in our 1-bedroom unit. Super uncomfortable furniture and the unit was freezing. The heating was so uncomfortable to have on that it just made an inside night horrible.

Location and facilities are beautiful. Very easy to stay and relax

Beds r a bit uncomfortable. I bought up a topper as last time the bed wasn’t good. I tried the pull out for an afternoon nap. Definitely couldn’t sleep on that.
