Just had a fantastic week at the villa , the location was perfect and the views to wake up to every morning were amazing . The villa had everything u could possibly want and Aris the owner even provided a cot and high chair. The pool and outside areas were great and maybe there are a few aspects of the villa that are looking a little tired it certainly doesnt stop it being a great place to go

We stayed at this house in September 2022, and it was certainly something special. But not always in a good way.
Before we even arrived at the house, we were supposed to contact a phone number provided by in the mail. However, the person did not respond to any text or calls. We only got into the house since the doors were open. Again we were not informed about it. The person only responded when asked about the Wi-Fi password and the alarm, to which they responded not very friendly via text message
Another minor thing was that we did expect 6 bathrooms, like the website suggested, but that is an easy fix.
The bathrooms itself were not very clean and one of the shower curtains was actually moldy upon arrival. Many other things were also broken, such as one of the wheels for the dishwasher for example. In general, the house had signs of much usage.
The overall cleanliness was also not the best, and we had little to no options to clean ourselves, as there were no brooms (or at least we couldn't find them) and the vacuum cleaner was full and in need of a new bag.
The property itself was in the cute town of Cala Pi, with shops and a little beach around the corner. But it was in need of a good cleans as well. There was trash beside the gate that was there when we arrived and still when we left, which was not very nice to look at. The pool was cleaned twice, or at least the filter was cleaned. The pool was very nice and super big, but deeper than expected, at least 1.85 m at the far end.
Otherwise, the house itself had a stunning view, probably one of the best ones we've had on the island so far. Also, convenient was the fact that there was enough space for at least two cars on the property, as the street parking was always full. The kitchen also had everything anyone might need, from pots and pans to enough plates to feed a football team.
Overall, the house definitely lives off the views and the pool as the rest was not very satisfying.

This Amazing property in Cala Pi was nothing short of Spectacular!
There are no words grand enough to describe the view - from the large beautiful infinity pool overlooking the Mediterranean, or from any one of the 3 cliff side decks on this stunning property.
Note: the morning sunrise is a Must See to Believe!
Our family group of 6 adults were able to enjoy the indoor and outdoor spaces with plenty of room to spare.
One of Spain’s top 10 beaches- Cala Pi- was also a site to behold and an easy 3 minute walk from our ‘own little paradise’.
The hotel grocery shop across the street had everything needed to stock the well appointed kitchen (including delicious fresh bread, croissants & pastries). The surrounding restaurants provided options from delicious pizzas to fine dining fare including fresh caught seafood and Spain’s famous Paella!! Our only disappointment with the entire experience was the fact that these local restaurant kitchens closed surprisingly early - so dinner time/planning was required.
We were happy to have the private & secured parking spaces on the property as road spaces were limited. Having a car available for day trips to Palma and other beautiful beaches and calas was great, although there did seem a steady stream of taxis to/from the neighbouring hotel if needed.
We can’t wait to return to this exceptional property and hope to make it an annual experience!

Der tolle Infinitypool reist alles raus
Wir haben mit 10 Mädels in dem Ferienhaus gewohnt, was zu viert in einem Zimmer bettenmäßig etwas beengt war.
Leider hatten wir ein sehr unschönes, beängstigendes Erlebnis mit der Alarmanlage.
Beim Check-in wurde uns nur mitgeteilt, dass wir mit der Anlage nichts zu tun haben und wussten auch nicht, wo diese ist und wie man sie auslösen würden. dies ist aber dann irgendwie passiert, mit großem Alarm, wir konnten nichts tun. Unser Anruf beim dem Hausverwalter war ganz schlimm, er hat uns unglaublich frech am Telefon tituliert, als dumm bezeichnet und uns gesagt, dass er uns nicht helfen kann, wenn wir so doof sind…..wir waren hilflos, er hat einfach aufgelegt. Irgendwann kam er dann, hat sie ausgestellt und uns nochmal unverschämt beschimpft.
Jeder Gast sollte sich Alles genau erklären lassen, in unseren Augen geht so ein Benehmen für einen Verwalter gar nicht!!
Der superschöne Pool hat uns aber im gesamten einen wunderschönen Urlaub geschenkt

Second visit to the villa
The location is great - only 30min from the airport and 3min walk to the beach and restaurants. The outdoor area is a dream and the pool is wonderful and large. The interior is functional and the bathrooms in particular are very dated. One has to speak of a renovation backlog in the meantime. But we knew that from last time and came back anyway. The cleaning was unfortunately not perfect and we found several white hairs from previous guests but we are not that sensitive. The price-performance ratio is still good and we enjoyed every day. Only the welcome by the manager could have been more extensive. He unlocked the door for us and showed us where the Wi-Fi password is - that's it. But that was no different on our first visit. Thank you Aris for being our host again.

Alles perfekt
Traumfinca mit unbeschreibliche toller Lage. Zum Supermarkt 0,5 min Fußweg, zur Bucht 2 min Fußweg. Sonne den ganzen Tag, himmlischer Infinitypool und eine super Terrasse mit herrlichem 180 grad Meerblick. Wir waren alle super begeistert und hatten eine wunderschöne tolle Woche.

We were 4 adults, partially even 5. Enough space for all. 3 full bedrooms + baths.
Some features in the house are a bit old by now and could use a refresh or replacement.
The house, space and outside terrace + pool are superb for a great vacation.
One needs to be aware up front that the village Cala Pi itself has absolutely nothing to offer. A handful of medium- to good restaurants, that's it. The house is above the cliffs and the walk down to the tiny beach has ~150 steep steps in a stairway. Not really tempting to climb.

Das ist der absolute Traum.
Egal wo man sich im Haus oder dem Grundstück bewegt, es ist einfach nur super schön. Für Leute die wirklich immer etwas suchen und nach dem Haken fragen....die Einrichtung hat hier und da einige Macken. Das war es aber auch. Küche super ausgestattet, es hat an nichts gefehlt außer an noch mehr Tagen.

Everything we wanted for a week by the pool. Beautiful house, amazing views, very comfortable, big bedrooms, great pool and lots of terrace space for everybody, front, back and upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped so staying in and cooking was really easy. The shop across the road, indeed expensive but perfect to get your milk, bread etc but you do need to visit bigger supermarket. The bar (attached to shop) also very sweet and people very friendly. Highly recommend eating at Taverna La Paleta - amazing food and service but you have to book! Location was perfect for us, we didn't want to do loads so chilling by the pool with a couple of trips out was just what we wanted. It's just 5 minutes walk to the beach. The owner Aris, was quick to answer questions before our stay, very helpful and nothing too much trouble. We would 100% go back again.

Traum Lage Traum Aussicht mit kleinen Abzügen!
Ich kann mich der vorherigen Bewertung nur anschließen.
Es ist eine absolute Traum Lage der Blick ist gigantisch aufs Meer, der Pool absolut Mega, man hat das Gefühl man schwimmt ins Meer hinaus. Alles ist sehr gut angelegt. Außerhalb findet man alles was man braucht tolle Restaurants, 2 Supermärkte welche allerdings Touristenpreise haben, daher lieber nach Campus in den Lidl fahren.
Eine wunderschöne Natur Bucht liegt direkt 300 Meter entfernt.
Zum Sonnenuntergang geht man am besten an den alten Turm am Ende der Straße dort kann man wunderschöne Bilder an einem alten Baum machen, auch nur ein paar Meter entfernt.
Wir haben noch nie so selten das Auto auf der Insel bewegt wie hier.
Das Haus ist innen leider schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, das Mobiliar in den Schlafzimmern nicht sehr ansprechend, die Außenanlage wurde leider nicht gefegt so das alles voll mit Oliven, Blättern und Piniennadeln lag.
Die Sauberkeit könnte etwas besser sein aber der Ausblick entschädigt dann wieder alles.
Bitte beim Check In eine Einweisung verlangen, wegen Alarmanlage und Lichtschalter.

Ein Traum
Wir haben zu viert 16 Tage in diesem Haus verbracht. Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit. Die Lage ist genial schön, direkt am Meer über den Klippen mit einer traumhaft schönen Aussicht. Der Pool ist nicht zu überbieten, grosszügig und sehr sauber (wird jede Woche gereinigt), der Garten ist ebenfalls grosszügig und nicht einsehbar. Das Gartenmobiliar wie Liegen und so sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber durchaus noch brauchbar. Das Haus ist ebenfalls grosszügig mit sehr viel Charme. Wir haben uns ausserordentlich wohl gefühlt, aber man muss es mögen, dass nicht alles perfekt ist oder perfekt funktioniert. Es gibt 3 Schlafzimmer mit Bad ensuite wobei man sagen muss, dass die Dusche im oberen Schlafzimmer im Zimmer selber ist (eigentlich eine runde Badewanne und ohne Duschvorhang) also nicht wirklich zu verwenden. Die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, könnte etwas sauberer sein, aber das sind die Ansprüche unterschiedlich. Wohnraum ist grosszügig mit einer fantastischen Aussicht. Wir hatten ein paar kleinere Probleme, die aber immer gelöst wurden. Die Betreuung durch den Service vor Ort war sehr gut. Das Haus hat eine Alarmanlage und da hätten wir uns im Nachhinein (wir haben sie versehentlich ausgelöst) eine Einführung gewünscht. Ein Auto ist sicherlich empfehlenswert
Zusammenfassend war es eine wirklich sehr schöne Zeit an einem wunderbaren Ort und wir können uns gut vorstellen hier noch einmal Ferien zu machen.

Die Finca ist halt in die Jahre gekommen und das sieht man.
Lage und Pool sensationell.
Gartenmöbel gehören ausgetauscht , Vorhänge auch .
Bei dem Mietpreis kann man eigentlich erwarten das es an den Fenstern Moskitonetze gibt.
Sonst nur alles positiv , würden wir sofort wieder mieten

Traumlage in Cala Pi
Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Die Lage auf den den Klippen und die Aussicht ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist sehr groß und war im Oktober noch warm genug. Zum Strand sind es nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß und ein kleiner Supermarkt ist gleich gegenüber. in 3 Minuten sind mehrere Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Unser Auto haben wir im Urlaub kaum gebraucht und verbrachten die meiste Zeit auf der Terrasse. Die Bäder sind leider etwas veraltet, ansonsten war alles im Haus, was man für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht.

Fantastisk bolig i rolig strøk
Vi var 6 voksne som fikk en uke på dette flotte stedet. Cala Pi er et rolig sted på Mallorca. Ønsker man fart å spenning er ikke dette stedet. Men for oss var det flott. Vi leide taxi når vi skulle oppleve ting.
Grunnen til at det ikke får fem stjerner av oss, var at det manglet litt på rengjøringen når vi ankom. Altså det lille ekstra.
Det skal så lite til tenker jeg.

Very relaxing and enjoyable stay!
The property has a fantastic location in Cala Pi and the villa is well kept and has all the amenities one needs for a relaxing break. It is very spacious, clean and tidy with tonnes of character, in contrast to some emptier properties we have stayed which can feel a bit sterile. Everything was very intuitive and the owner Aris is very responsive, and Adrian very helpfully let us in to the villa and was on the phone if we needed anything (which we didn't).
The pool, terraces and bbq area are the absolute highlight for our two families of three, and we are missing the villa already. We should have gone for two weeks but school demanded our return. Would love to return. Thanks again, the Woodleys and Brauns

Second visit at this wonderful place with stunning view. As we are coming back you know we´re going to wright is good. We had some minor setback with AC but this was rapidly fixed by Aris (the owner). We´ll be happy to come back a third time if we have the opportunity. As Cala Pi is not a "major city" (not what we´re looking for) you really calm down together with a private massive pool of your own and the stunning, breathtaking view. If you want to go into Palma its only 20 min away by car. Nice stay again!!

In June this year I went with my 4 teenage children to stay for two weeks in this beautiful house in Cala Pi. Needless to say the weather was gorgeous - but the house exceeded our expectations! It is a place that needs to be experienced for sure. The views that welcome as you enter the property are fenomenal. They truly are!!! The poolarea and patio is a place that is hard to beat.
The house is absolutely gorgeous had three large bedrooms and three bathrooms. Kitchen was well kitted out and there was plenty of place for us to sit. We never used the television provided but there was one.
There are a few lovely restaurants in the area that were great and it is only a 20 minute car ride from Palma. I highly recommend you rent a car!
We had a few issues that I brought up with the owner directly and I cannot thank him enough for dealing with them so swiftly and being so understanding and helpful.
I do hope that we will get a chance to come back. I am thinking of renting the same time next year - if no one beats me to it :)
So, all in all, a thoroughly enjoyable stay in an absolute pearl of a house! Thank you Aris for giving us that opportunity!!

The views, pool, communal areas, rooms, facilities, EVERYTHING was outstanding. There was 6 in our party, all adults and we had one of the best holidays of our lives here. The sunsets, sunrise and the moonlight dancing on the sea are breathtaking.
The villa is very well equiped and everything is on hand for you to have a fantastic time.
Our only complaint (And this has nothing to do with the villa) is that the hotel across the road is VERY expensive if you need any supplies. As we didnt have a hire car we were forced to use the hotel regularly.
Cannot reccomend this villa and the facilities enough. We are already planning our next holiday here!!!
